El apodo de Stanley, "el caballero lobo", viene de ser la versión masculina de Eda y su tipo de maldición, la cual le fue lanzada por alguien que por ahora es desconocido

Stanley Pines tiene dos hermanos, ambos mayores, Stanford Pines, su hermano gemelo, y Sherman "Shermie" Pines, el mayor de los tres hermanos, su madre es Caryn Romanoff Pines, su padre es Filbrick Pines, tiene como sobrino a Jacob Pines y a Dipper y Mabel como sobrino-nietos, ambos gemelos
