I hear a loud cry from a distance,
Where it's coming from seems a mystery.
But I feel it, in my chest and my heart.
Not love, Not hate
Just me setting a new pace.
The pains of the past are not in vain,
A brighter future not far, we will gain.
Goodbye to the griefs of the past,
Hope is all there is to look forward to,
A light at the end of the tunnel.
Hope the light I see will bring joy and happiness,
The kind of happiness that will spread with love.
Our hope rekindled, our dreams be fulfilled
To set a smooth pace that children will face.
As we all struggle to run this race,
With our beautiful faces coated with the feeling of accomplishments and pride, We shall emerge from this race victorious.
