Everyone has a part of them,
That part that wants to bend the rules.
They don't seem to care if they are right or wrong.
But it's also more of a feeling,
An unspoken freedom they so crave.
Unusual as it may seem,
The urge to unlock that side of them remains.
Hardships seem to be a part of their everyday journey
A perfectly structured facade they put on.
An alter ego like, Second god,
Manifesting itself down deep till it erupts,
Bursting into an addiction,
Personifying into their darkest desires.
Transforming them to shadows,
Making them see life through a different perspective
Changing their selves and world to an utopia.
Everyone has a part of them that calls out to be explored–the dark side.
