Chapter 1 ''The Beginning''

It was a nice sunny Friday, everything was just amazing until...

THE ALARM STARTS RINGING!!! 

-Jasmine Turns off the alarm- 

Jasmine: Thanks for ruining the date ugh! I was just about to kiss my crush!! :'(

Mom: Jasmine are you talking to yourself again?

Jasmine: No Mom! -gulps- Just talking on the phone...

Mom: Then End the Call! You are going to be late for school, AGAIN!  

Jasmine (to myself): Oh right !! One more day in Hell. Just Perfect! I still haven't forgotten the last time (yesterday) when they bullied me. I really can't take it anymore. Should I just commit suicide? It's so easy on TV..

Mom *yelling *: Jasmine are you still talking? Come down for breakfast or I will come to you're room!

Jasmine: I am coming, I am coming! 

-I went to the bathroom for my morning routine, dressed, and went downstairs-

Mom: Finally! Come eat.

Jasmine: I am not hungry.

Mom: And Why?

Jasmine: I just don't want to eat!

Mom: Are you're classmates bullying you again? You know I will come to school and show them..-

Jasmine: STOP IT! Mom doesn't you understand that you are making things a lot worse then they are. People look down on me because we are poor to effort the operation I need to be normal!

Mom: What do you mean ''normal''? Do you think just because you are a little overweight, there is no other like you? There are a lot of people that are like us. And Is it My Fault that your father scammed us and took all out money?

Jasmine: Mom you just don't understand! You don't have even a normal work right now! I am the one who goes every day to wash cars so we can have something to eat! You just cant... Imagine how hard is for me to forget what Dad did to us! *starts crying* How could he cheat on you with another woman?...

Mom: That's why I want you to go to South Korea! *starts crying too* To Show your father that we can live without him! Plase Jasmine Show him that I made you a good person. Make him feel sorry for leaving us!

Jasmine *sniffing *: But Mom... You Know the stereotypes in Korea. They are too high! I will get More bullied then here in Canada! Plus I don't even speak Korean!

Mom: Plase Jasmine do it. Do it for me...

Jasmine: But Mom..-

Mom: Jasmine if you don't promise me to go to South Korea then I will commit suicide!

-Mom goes close to the cutlery, and takes a knife-

-I fast take the knife from her hands-

Jasmine: MOM Have you lost your mind? Or you went Crazy!?!?

Mom *crying *: I went crazy Jasmine... I went! Because of your father who let me suffer for whole 10 years! (Jasmine's father left them when Jasmine was only 7) 

-Mom gets on the floor crying hardly-

Mom: Plase Jasmine Go... PLEASE!

- I went and picked her from the floor trying to calm her-

Jasmine *crying *: Okay Mom I will...Go *sigh* to South Korea. 

Mom: Really? *she smiled*

Jasmine: Yes...
