She sat on the counter in the kitchen, carefully applying small blobs of cream up and down her arm.

"Owie... Ouch..." Her arm was covered in white blobs from shoulder two wrist, her legs did not look much better, she looked up at you as you walked in, it was only eight in the morning, how could she have injured herself so badly?

"Oh, sorry, I did not expect you to be up so early. Don't worry..." She gestured towards the floor, which was littered with empty tubes of cream "... I will clean all this up," She started applying dabs of cream to her other arm, which was covered in small red lumps.

"What happened to you?" She slightly blushed at the question and was only able to answer with a single word.

"Yum... Bees." She held her head down in a slight shame.

"Bees?!"

"Yeah..."

"Did you run into their hive covered in pollen or something? You must be covered from head to toe in stings, want me to run to the pharmacy and get you some antihistamines or something?"

"No, I'll be okay. There was... A hole..."

"A hole?"

"In my suit"

"I'm sorry, am I missing something?" Mei looked confused and then began to giggle to herself.

"Did I forget to tell you? I thought I might try beekeeping so I brought a suit offline and I am helping at the local at the local bee nursery whilst I am waiting for my own hives but there was a little kink... Hole in my armour." Even through all of the pain that she must have been in she managed to make herself laugh and smile.

"And why exactly did you think that beekeeping was the right thing for you?"

"Because y/n, the bees are dying at a crazy rate and without bees we can't have flowers and without flowers we can't have smiles and plus aren't bees just so fluffy. They just bob along in the air like tubby little submarines. Care to join me the next time I go up? The suits aren't that expensive, I'll even buy you one if you like, for being such a good roommate and all!" You scanned up and down her arms and legs, observing the bright red mounds that dotted her skin.

"I'm... Okay thanks, come to me when you take up something that involves cute animals that are a bit less stingy."
