The me I see in pictures

This glorious being

Who summons the power

Of life and death

A goddess in the flesh

This everlasting bloodbath

Making all who see her tremble

She is a different me

Than the one in my mind

Who is overwhelmed

By the weight of the world

She feels small and ugly

And drowns herself nightly

In a sea of despair

But I can't seem to connect

That these two women

Are one and same

Inside of me
