BEACON ACADEMY THE MORNING AFTER YANG'S POV

We were sitting in Ozpin's office said man and miss Goodwitch looking at us with worry and sympathy, Blake sat beside me holding my hand for comfort, Weiss looked extremely guilty and me I was in a bottomless pit of despair...

We'd been pulled out of the cave system, had to be held in our dorm all day yesterday because of the dead White Fang, we had to tell them over and over about what happened and about Ruby...

Now here we were sitting in professor Ozpin's office along with miss Goodwitch, having to once again explain what happened in the caves, needless to say I was getting pissed with waiting to go save my baby sister!

"Girls, I know this must be difficult for you... however any details you can give would be greatly appreciated" Ozpin said, resting his head on his hands.

"We were... patrolling the caves for White Fang activity, but we got separated we were all captured by those scum" Weiss said, her voice sounding hollow and sad.

"We'd been tied to these posts, Weiss and I were unconscious only Yang was awake for what happened..." Blake said tightening her hold on my hand.

The teachers focused all their attention on me, I took a deep breath to try to calm down however it was very difficult, all I wanted to do was find Ruby as fast as possible but it felt like everyone just wanted me to leave it alone!

"I was trying to get loose when suddenly one of the walls caved in, and in the opening was... Ruby, she was shooting at the white Fang with Crescent Rose when this guy showed up" I said.

"He threw fireballs at the White Fang then he whispered something to Ruby, she called out a charge and suddenly these little brown creatures came from the hole, they attacked the White Fang... killed a lot of them and stole their stuff" I continued.

"When they got to the last guy she told them to stop and they obeyed her, they chained up the thug then set us all free I hugged her but saw something was wrong... I pulled her hood down and she was wearing a weird helmet, he introduced himself to me and then Weiss and Blake woke up" I concluded, I didn't want too keep going and Blake understood.

"The creatures referred to her as their master, and did everything she told them to do, the guy called himself Ruby's adviser and was the leader of those creatures, they called them minions and they acted very hyper" Blake said.

"Suddenly that guy, I think his name was (Y/N)... he said that Ruby had to come with him, Yang objected and we got ready to protect her but she suddenly fell down clutching her chest, The guy said that because she put on that helmet her soul was opened to new powers" Weiss said.

"And that they were going to kill her if they weren't stabilised, and that the only way to do that was for her to go the a place called the nether world with him and the minions, then he called up this strange looking rock and grabbed Ruby" Blake said, I couldn't hold it in anymore and I had to finish the story.

"Then that bastard hit us with some kind of power, we got slowed down and couldn't get to her in time! He jumped onto the rock while the minions ran into a smaller gate beside the big one, a-and we tried... we tried so hard... but she-she..." I sobbed into Blake's shoulder, it was still pretty raw.

"I see... it's okay miss Long, you don't have to continue anymore, I think I've got the gist of what happened..." Ozpin said, lacing his fingers together in thought, miss Goodwitch looked disturbed by our tale.

"So what are we going to do!? How are we going to get her back!?" I demanded.

"Did he say anything else about what he planned to do with miss Rose?" miss Goodwitch asked.

"H-He said something about Ruby becoming... a dark lord or something like that" Weiss said, this got raised brows from both teachers.

"From what you've told us it sounds like they intend to make her work for them, perhaps lead them into a war..." miss Goodwitch said, her brown knitted in thought.

"RUBY WOULD NEVER DO THAT!!" I yelled, Blake grabbed my arm and tried to calm me down.

"Miss Long, we are not implying that she would turn against us, however we must make it our priority to find miss Rose, before it's too late..." Ozpin said.

"Then let us go back and help! Maybe we can do something, or-or find some kind of clue to find them, please..." I begged, Ozpin and miss Goodwitch looked at us intently.

Ozpin took a deep breath and closed his eyes, he sat like that for a few minutes before opening his eyes again.

"Very well, the rest of you will return to the site and assist in the search, I've already called in help from Ironwood and his soldiers, they will help secure the area from Grimm and White Fang while you and team JNPR search..." Ozpin said, I felt very relieved that we would be getting help to find her.

"That will be all... Glynda will join you soon to assist in the search, you and team JNPR will depart immediately. That is all, dismissed" Ozpin said, waving for us to leave.

We stood up and walked to the elevator, Ozpin and miss Goodwitch remained in the office, Weiss, Blake and I reached the ground floor and rushed off to find team JNPR.

"We have to hurry! Who knows what kind of things that sicko could be doing to my sister!!" I yelled as we ran through the campus towards the dorms.

THE NETHER WORLD THIRD PERSON'S POV

Ruby snuggled deeper into her new bed it was very comfortable, and much bigger than her old one, the beds at beacon had nothing on this!

After sitting on her new throne and awkwardly taking in her new title as overlord, she decided to turn in and had (Y/N) lead her to her private quarters, there she got changed into a set of pyjamas and went to bed where she fell asleep pretty quickly.

Her eyes fluttered open as she woke up, she yawned and stretched her arms above her head and flexed the muscles in her back, Ruby was a little confused when she saw that she wasn't in her dorm at Beacon but quickly remembered what happened yesterday, she looked around inspecting her new room.

She saw that rather than a door her room was bordered by rich looking red curtains instead of a door, as well as a primitive looking fireplace carved into the rock, she turned and looked out of the window seeing the view she wanted to go outside and get a better look.

She jumped out of bed and ran outside to the balcony passing several minions who were cleaning up the room, leaning on the rails as she marvelled at the view she saw a massive cavern with vast amounts of magma and water cascading down into the abyss, she also saw to her disbelief dozens of small boulders in orbit around the tower.

"Woooow! The view here is amazing! How do those rocks float like that!?" Ruby said in wonder.

"Magic my lady" came the voice of (Y/N) behind her.

Ruby yelped loudly and jumped into the air, before landing in the scorcerers arms princess style, she looked at him with a blush forming on both their faces before (Y/N) gently set her down on her feet.

"Do you always have to scare me half to death like that?!" she asked, taking a couple of deep breaths and clutching her heart again.

"Apologies my lady, I was informed you were awake and thought you'd have questions" the sorcerer said.

"Well it's fine, just try not to sneak up on me anymore please" Ruby said after her heart calmed down.

"Very well, so what would you like to do today, master?" (Y/N) asked.

"Uhm... I'm not sure, what is there to do here?" Ruby asked.

"Well for starters you may want to get dressed, unless you want to walk around the Nether World in your jammies?" the sorcerer mentioned, a smirk on his face.

Ruby immediately flushed red when she remembered that she was still in her pyjamas, she looked around frantically before using her Semblance to dash off back to her room, leaving behind a trail or rose petals in her wake.

(Y/N) chuckled to himself as he walked back into the tower, passing the magic room that was for now vacant due to Ruby having no spells yet, and he waited in the main room as Ruby changed into her usual clothes.

She stepped out in her usual black and red outfit with a combat skirt, her helmet still very much attached to her head and Crescent Rose attached to her belt, her long red cloak flowing down to the ground, she strolled over to the sorcerer with a small smile.

"Okay! I'm all ready, what is there to do here?" Ruby asked cutely.

"How about a tour of the nether world, my lady?" he suggested.

"Oh that sounds interesting! Will you be the one to show me around?" Ruby asked, her eyes wide again and a pout on her lips.

"Y-Yes of course master! After all it wouldn't do to send you off alone, no no no!" (Y/N) said, a light shade of pink invading his face at the pout Ruby had on.

"Yay!" she squealed catching him in a hug, the sorcerer was unsure how to react to this and waited for her to release him.

"Very good, follow me then master" he said walking ahead with Ruby walking beside him.

(Y/N)'S POV

Ruby and I walked down the staircase and into the throne room passing by the throne, we made our way through towards the ledge where the rocks would wait, we walked out and Ruby instantly started marvelling at the view around the tower once more.

"The laws of nature and a little... flexible, here in the nether world, come step onto the floating rock and we'll go to one of the other parts of the nether world" I said walking towards the edge.

"What is there to see?" Ruby asked.

"Well we've got the Minion Burrows, where your loyal Minions live I'm sure they'd love a visit" I said with enthusiasm, I always loved working with the Minions almost as much as I enjoyed working for the Overlord.

"Sounds fun! Let's go visit the little guys" Ruby said walking over to stand beside me, we waited for a few seconds as a large platform floated close to us and waited for us to step on it, I got on without hesitation however Ruby seemed a little hesitant to step onto the rock.

"Don't worry master it's... mostly safe" I said.

"Is that supposed to comfort me!?" Ruby yelled, waving her arms around quickly.

"Trust me, you'll be fine" I said offering a hand to the young girl.

She looked at me unsure before taking my hand, I pulled her towards me and she held onto me her eyes tightly closed as the rock floated away across the abyss, she opened her eyes halfway there and relaxed a little though she still held onto me for support.

"O-Okay... I'll admit, this is pretty cool!" Ruby said.

"Indeed it is my lady, just don't look down" I said, and immediately regretted saying it when she leaned over and looked at the abyss, she yelped and clung onto me tightly before calming down.

"I told you not to look master..." I said with disapproval.

"S-Sorry..." Ruby said much like a child being scolded.

"It's fine, just be more mindful from now on" I said, wanting to reassure her.

Finally we arrived at the cliff face to the minion burrows, Ruby and I leapt off onto the land and she looked around at the small village the Brown's constructed, they were made of rocks, reinforced leather and some dung, they did smell slightly but were sturdy enough for the little blighters.

The bulk of the minions lived underground in the tunnel systems that saturated this cliff, so only a fraction of the minion army was up on the surface, However when they caught sight of Ruby they rushed over to greet her.

"Master! Hail! The overlord!" came the voices of several minions that crowded around us.

"Hey little guys! How are you all doing?" Ruby giggled, as they rolled around and jumped in excitement.

"You seem to be enjoying yourself master" I said with a smile.

"They kind of remind me of Zwei! They are so cute!" Ruby said picking one of the minions up and hugging it to her chest, the minion grew hearts in it's eyes and fainted from happiness.

"What's a Zwei?" I asked , slightly confused.

"Oh he's my family's pet dog, he's a corgi" Ruby said with her grin still on her face, the minions were bounding around energetically as she watched, much like a mother and her children.

The minions stood up and grabbed Ruby's hands trying to drag her away, she seemed a little unsure and looked back to me for answers.

"Don't worry my lady, they just wish to show you the brown hive, they would never harm you" I reassured her, she relaxed and smiled as the minions led her towards the hive.

They brought her to a small fortress with a gate they stopped before it and dozens of minions came out to greet her, I stood close by just in case they got overexcited as she laughed and played with the browns.

After an hour of her playing with the minions she rose up and walked over to me, waving goodbye to the browns who seemed a little disappointed that she was leaving.

"Did you enjoy yourself master?" I asked.

"Yeah, they are pretty energetic little guys, what can you tell me about them (Y/N)?" she asked.

"Browns are your main melee fighters, they are experts at bashing and hitting things, they live to fight and enjoy breaking things, well not as much as killing things" I explained.

"Wow they sound pretty badass... so where do they get their weapons?" Ruby asked.

"They usually steal them from enemies, as well as their outfits, you know the saying if they aren't using it anymore it's yours!" I said.

"Oh... Well I guess that's okay, better than then being left there" Ruby responded. 

"Indeed, but for now there is someone you should meet" I said pointing towards the lower reaches of the burrows, we walked for a while following the flow of water to it's guardian.

Before us was a large well and standing beside it was a cloaked figure holding a old fashioned death scythe, the figure looked up at us showing old blueish-grey skin and the same glowing yellow eyes, Ruby looked at the figure with interest.

"Who's this (Y/N)?" Ruby asked.

"This is minion Mortis, he's in charge of overseeing the minions lives, spawns new minions, tends the souls of the dead, makes sure they don't come back with the wrong head, that sort of thing" I said then Mortis walked over standing before Ruby with his scythe resting on his shoulder.

"Minions... we live, we serve, we die... it's what we are and what we will always be!" he said with authority in his dry, raspy voice.

He swept his scythe towards the location of the browns.

"Barracks, the spawning grounds... you bring me life force and I bring you minions..." he said with an excited gleam in his eyes.

"Sounds important, so if I bring you more of those glowing lights you can make more minions with them?" Ruby asked crouching down to meet him at eye level.

"That's right my lady, you can gather life force from killing the Grimm, or whatever threatens you, you take the life force into your body and Mortis channels it to spawn new minions" I say, Ruby looks at the old minion with respect.

"What about the well?" Ruby asks walking over to the well.

"That is the well of souls... dead minions swim in those magical waters, for a sacrifice you can resurrect fallen minions... however it comes at a price! Death for life! Life for death..." Mortis says.

"That is true, however you should use that particular part sparingly, wouldn't want to go overboard with the resurrecting my lady" I said.

"Okay... um... can I go play with the minions some more?" Ruby asked.

"Heheheh... very well master, go have fun" I said.

She looked very happy as she turned to run back to the browns little fort, however she suddenly stopped and turned back to me.

"Oh wait... why are there different spots around here? Are the browns the only minions we have?" Ruby asked noticing the empty spaces.

"Ah... well you see master, after we urm... 'lost' our old overlord the minion tribes scattered and hid in dark corners of the world, originally there were four different minion tribes to command" I explained.

"However as for now, we'll have to go find them and bring them back into the fold! But at least we still have the ever faithful browns" I said several browns rushing past us.

"What other minions are there?" Ruby asked, I motioned for her to follow me back to the browns hive.

"Well first off is the reds, they are your ranged fighters, they throw fire at your enemies, and they can also absorb fire through their skin, most useful for dispensing some flaming carnage!" I said with a big grin.

We then heard Mortis sigh dejectedly at the mention of the reds, he had followed us up towards the brown hive from his post near the well.

"Mortis misses the reds, he used to let them roast rats on his scythe..." I said, Ruby looked at the sad minion reaper with a soft look, she walked over and hugged the minion reaper surprising him.

"Don't worry Mortis, we'll go find them again, okay?" Ruby said, petting his head through his black cloak.

She releases Mortis from her hug and turned back to me, curiosity burning brightly in her silver eyes.

"What about the other ones, what were they like?" Ruby asked.

"Well there were the greens they were the stealthy type, their skins could change to match their environment like a chameleon, you'd never know they were there... apart from the ever present stench of rotting flesh and FISH HEADS!" I said, Ruby's face wrinkled in disgust at the mention of that smell. 

"And finally there were the blues, they are the most magically gifted of the minions, they can resurrect fallen minions on the field and they can damage magical beings, they are also the only minions that can swim" I said, Ruby looked at me amazed.

"Wait, is Mortis a blue minion?" Ruby asked.

"Indeed he is master, however he cannot leave the nether world, his job requires him to remain here at all times" I said, she seemed a little disappointed at that.

"But once we find the blue minion hive, you'll have an army of them at your beck and call, same with the reds and the greens, you will of course have to find a good amount of their life force to spawn them" I said, she seemed to brighten up at the thought before a new question suddenly came to her.

"Wait... I thought I only had to grab those glowing yellow orbs to get more minions?" Ruby asked.

"Well that is technically true, however you require life force of different colours to spawn anything other than browns, red life force creates red minions, green life force creates green minions and blue life force creates blue minions" I said, Ruby got another question lined up.

"How do I get different colours of life force?" she asked.

"Different enemies produce different lifeforce, the creatures of Grimm typically drop many different colours, much more in the case of alpha's, if you want to grow the minion army fast culling the local Grimm is a good shout" I said, Ruby grew excited at the thought of slaying Grimm.

"Well that should be easy, after all my huntress training would be good for killing Grimm, and you and the minions would be a great help too!" Ruby said, I smiled at her enthusiasm.

"Very good, we'll have the minion army up in droves very soon, my lady!" I said envisioning a legion of minions of different colours, sweeping over our enemies and taking everything for our master.

As I walked up to keep an eye on Ruby I saw the Minion totem pole, it had unfortunately been diminished as the minions scattered.

(That will have to be improved as well...) I thought as I sat down and watched Ruby chase and play with the browns, who all giggled and laughed gleefully.

ON THE SURFACE PYRRHA'S POV

Jaune, Nora, Ren and I were patrolling the ruined camp that team RWBY were at when it happened...

I looked over to Yang and saw she was still taking it pretty hard, she was staring at the clawed rock intensely I could feel the heat radiating off of her, I could tell she was angry remembering how helpless she was against Ruby's kidnapper.

Almost everyone around was trying to avoid her, and her currently... explosive, temper.

The only people who dared get close were her teammates and mine, I knew she was having a lot of grief right now, I decided to go over and try to help her calm down.

"Yang... I'm sure Ruby's fine, we'll find her and she'll be back with you guys in no time!" I said, trying my best to smile.

Yang let out a sigh and the heat cooled off slightly, now it was less an explosive dust crystal and more a flame, she turned to me her eyes going back to their usual lilac colour.

"I know Pyrrha... I'm just so frustrated with myself! I promised myself that I would always look out for her, and protect her... and I couldn't stop her from being taken away..." Yang started to cry again, I rushed forwards and hugged her tightly at first she didn't respond just sobbing into my shoulder, but she eventually raised her arms and returned the hug.

"Yang, I promise you no one here will give up until we find her, we will rescue her and bring her back to Beacon!" I said with absolute determination, Yang slowly smiled before we let go of each other.

"Why don't you go get some rest? It wouldn't do for Ruby to see her big sister in such a state, and if our enemy is as strong as you say... you'll need all your strength and wit to defeat him" I reasoned, she looked like she wanted to argue but she closed her mouth and walked off to find a bed.

"Thank you Pyrrha... she needs a break" I heard the voice of Blake behind me, she came and stood beside me watching as Yang walked off towards the sleeping area.

"Indeed, I can only imagine the pain she's going through... I don't have any brothers or sisters, I'm sure you can only imagine her pain right Blake?" I asked, she looked at me sadly.

"Yeah... I guess your right, I mean I don't talk with her a lot but she's always trying her best to look out for us, she's like my best friend and the best leader that I could ask for" she said.

"I-I think I'm going to go sit with her... please tell us if you find anything" she said walking over to sit beside the grief stricken blonde.

I walked away to go continue my patrol of the area, I passed several Atlas specialists that were examining the chamber for energy signatures, the robots making their rounds and guarding the equipment I saw Nora Jaune and Ren talking with Weiss close to the rock.

"Hey Pyrrha, how is she?" Weiss asked with worry in her eyes.

"She's calmed down and she's resting, Blake is with her right now we have to find her soon guys..." I said tightening my hold on Milo.

"I'm sure we'll find her, after all she's a team leader, she wouldn't go down that easily... right?" Jaune said trying to reassure everyone.

"Indeed, Ruby is a tough girl, I'm certain that when we find her she will be in good health" Ren said.

"Yeah don't get down Weiss! If Ren says things are going to be okay then things will be okay, Ren's always right about things like this, I mean it's not like we're going to find her dead, at worst we could find her so badly hurt that she'd never be able to get out of bed again, doomed to a life being cared for by a nurse as she slowly withers away and her dreams get crushed..." Nora said, as she talked she mood got more and more depressed at the thought, suddenly she lunged forward grabbing Ren's shoulders and shaking him very violently.

"REN PLEASE TELL ME IT'S GOING TO BE OKAY!!" She screamed loudly, all he did was put a hand on her shoulders and smile, she calmed right down and let go however the frown didn't disappear from her face.

I looked over and saw that Weiss's worry had turned into flat out panic, she had a sister so she could probably get some of where Yang is coming from, probably imagining what she would do if her big sister was the one that was taken.

I immediately went over and pulled her to me in a hug, I saw that Jaune looked a little disappointed to not be the one to hug Weiss, I felt a little sad and hurt that he was disappointed about this but I kept my focus on Weiss who was shaking with emotion after what Nora said.

"NORA!" Ren said, the ginger haired girl deflated from guilt at what she had inadvertently done.

"W-w-what if she is hurt... what if she dies...? She can't die Pyrrha! she can't!" Weiss said tears falling down her face, falling to her knees and taking me down with her.

Jaune and I helped her to the tent with Yang and Blake before we returned to our patrol.

"They seem really upset..." Jaune said, I turned to look at him.

"Well it's hard to lose a friend Jaune, yang especially since it's her little sister... Imagine what you'd do if you lost me, or Ren ,or Nora. I mean we'd probably fall to pieces if we'd lost you" I said, I felt heat rush to my face.

"Yeah... we've gotta find Ruby, and soon!" Jaune said, I felt my heart beat faster at his brave words.

We walked on until we passed the strange rock, I looked at it and felt uneasy almost like it was waiting for something...

THE NETHER WORLD RUBY'S POV

I laughed and played with the browns for hours now, I was exhausted and felt about to collapse as were most of the minions, I looked over to see (Y/N) leaning back on a rock with his eyes closed.

I stood up on aching legs and stumbled over to him, I shook his shoulder gently and he woke right up, he stood up and brushed dirt off of his (F/C) robes.

"Yes my lady, do you need something?" he asked.

"I'm kind of tired... can we go back to the tower for a rest?" I asked.

"Very well master, would you like to sit on your throne?" he asked, I thought about it a little touching my bottom lip with my finger.

"Sure, I don't feel like going to bed yet, I'll sit there for a while then we'll find something else to do" I said, I noticed him hesitate slightly.

"What's wrong (Y/N)?" I asked.

"Well you see... unfortunately we don't have much in the way of entertainment right now, mostly works and the like, although we do have the Battle Rock" (Y/N) said, this immediately caught my interest.

"WE'VE GOT A BATTLE ROCK!?" I exclaimed, grabbing his elbows and locking eyes with him.

"Indeed master, minion gladiator Gash is in charge, he can set up the matches and find monsters to fight, if your interested of course" he said a small smile appearing on his face.

"I'm absolutely interested! It gives me a chance to let my sweetheart do what she does best!" I said unfurling Crescent Rose and hugging it to my chest, (Y/n) looks at me with a warm smile making the blood rush to my face.

"That is quite a weapon you have there my lady, it's unusual to see someone who wields a scythe... other than Mortis" He said, the minions crowded around me oohing and ahhing at my baby, I smiled with pride at my weapon.

"It's also a customisable, high impact sniper rifle" I said, the young man nodded his head with approval.

"Truly a weapon fit for our dark master, you must have worked hard to forge it" he said as he admired the blade.

"Yeah, I went a little overboard with designing it..." I said, only for him to cut me off.

"Master! There is no such thing as overboard when it's your own weapon, it's only overboard if you can no longer lift the damn thing, and you seem to be able to wield it with ease you must have trained hard" He said, a proud look on his face.

I felt another blush rise to my face I pull my hood up over my head and try to hide it, although it was a little difficult with the spiky helmet on my head, I hear the minions chuckle a little before I hear (Y/N) clear his throat.

"Well... shall we return to the throne room my lady?" he asked holding his hand out to me, I calmed myself down and took his hand with a small smile.

We turned and walked towards the floating rock and stepped aboard, this time I didn't look down or get scared as we flew towards the tower.

I looked at the tower and was amazed, it looked like a titanic stalactite that had lots of windows carved into it, at the bottom of the tower was a large bright blue light surrounded by two spikes, we approached the ledge leading to the throne room and stopped before it we both jumped off before the opening.

"Ah home sweet home..." (Y/N) said with a grin.

We walked into the room and I saw several new braziers all burning hot by the walls, in the center of the room was a circle made of lots of rocks surrounded by small rivers of magma which impressively enough flowed down from the ceiling behind the throne.

(Y/N) and I walked towards the throne I saw new red carpets leading up the steps, I sat down making sure my cloak wouldn't catch fire and gazed around the room as I rested, I saw the minions working around the room fixing any little cracks or damage to the room, I saw dozens of red banners hanging from the roof they all had my rose symbol painted on them with an image of the helmet beside it.

(Y/N) stood beside me waiting for something, I felt and heard my belly growl I needed some cookies.

"Hey, (Y/N) I'm getting kind of hungry do we have any food?" I asked, he immediately snapped to attention, he turned towards me with a serious look on his face.

"What do you want my lady?" he asked.

"Do you have any milk and cookies? Maybe some strawberries?" I asked, he got a look of confusion on his face.

"What are cookies my lady?" I felt complete horror take hold of me when he said those words.

"YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF COOKIES! WHAT KIND OF HORRIBLE LIFE HAVE YOU LEAD?!" I screamed in disbelief, this made several minions stop and stare at us while (Y/N) looked at me stunned.

"W-Well I've never left the nether world master, my job maintaining the remaining browns took up most of my time" he said recollecting himself.

"Well what did you eat while you were down here?" I asked wondering if the food here tasted good.

"Poison pods! delicious sauteed with a splash of demon's bile!" he said happily, however I felt my stomach churn unhappily at the thought of eating something like that.

"So what are these 'cookies' my lady?" he asked, sounding quite interested.

"They're like biscuits only with chocolate chips in them, sometimes they have strawberry chunks in them too, they taste sweet and are the best thing in the world!" I exclaim, standing from the throne in my excitement.

"I-I'm sorry my lady we don't have any down here" he said, I felt myself deflate in sadness at the lack of sweets.

"However! I'm more than happy to take some minions to the surface and get you some!" he said, striking an epic pose.

I giggled slightly at his playful attitude, sometimes he could be really funny.

"Okay! I'll come along too, maybe we can see Yang and the others, I'm sure they must all be worrying about me right about now..." I said starting to feel guilty about enjoying myself, while Yang, Blake and Weiss must be worried sick.

"You cannot master, you still have to remain until midday tomorrow, otherwise your new powers could cause you pain again" he told me, I totally forgot that I was waiting for something to even out.

"Buuuut... if you want you could write a list of what you want, and we will get them for you dark one, and perhaps leave a message behind for your friends" (Y/N) said.

"Okay, do you have any paper or a pen?" I asked, then he passed me a big piece of paper and a red pen.

I wrote down a list of things I'd like and passed it to the sorcerer, as well as a note for the others to let them know I'm okay, he read over the list and smiled at me.

"Very well master, I shall gather the minions and set out to get you your treats!" he said with confidence.

"Thank you!" I said with a wide grin, he suddenly turned and walked down the steps towards the center of the room, suddenly there was a bright blue light and he was lifted upwards.

I stared at the scene eyes wide and mouth hanging open in shock.

"Wow... That. Was. AMAZING!" I squealed, bouncing around excitedly in my seat, I couldn't wait for some sweets!

THE SURFACE WORLD (Y/N)'S POV

The new nether world gate broke the surface and I appeared in a flash of bright blue light, I was surrounded by trees I saw some roses blooming nearby, the colour kind of reminded me of Ruby, it was a cute colour for a cute girl...

"Wait! What the hell am I thinking?! She's my master and the ruler of the nether world! She's way out of my league..." I told myself, I knew it was true but I still felt a little sad at the thought.

I quickly pushed the sadness down and walked towards the trees, beside the gate a brown minion burst from the ground making a minion gate where he came from.

"Hello Grubby" I said to the brown minion, he was wearing a miners helmet with a light and dirty rags.

"Hello (Y/N)! New brown minion gate to use!" he said motioning his arms to the gate, I smiled at him and he jumped back into the gate.

I walked over to the gate and called forth the maximum number of minions, fifteen minions popped out from the gate and gathered around me, their keen little evil faces grinning at the promise of fighting and looting.

"Form up minions! We've got a mission from our master! We're to get all the things on this list and bring them back to her in the nether world" I said, they all looked very eager to get to work.

I also knew that she wanted me to give a message to her friends, I looked at the folded piece of paper and hid it in my pocket, I couldn't trust the minions to deliver the note without causing a scene, it would be best if I handled it personally.

"Onwards minions, To Vale!" I ordered, they all rushed off towards the city of Vale...

THE CAVES THIRD PERSON'S POV

The teams and the Atlesian specialists were still working on the rock, they still couldn't get any reading from the stone at least none that correlated with dust use.

Yang had gotten worse during the wait, barely able to stop herself from exploding in rage, she had to be supervised by her teammates while she was there.

Suddenly Weiss's scroll made a pinging noise and she saw a breaking new bulletin being broadcast.

"Breaking news! It seems that an area of downtown Vale has been attacked by strange creatures, witnesses describe the creatures ad brown skinned with glowing yellow eyes, several bakeries have suffered their attacks, we will now bring you live to the scene of the attack" Lisa Lavender reported.

Suddenly the image of Lisa was replaced by footage of the town, in the view were several shops and stalls their windows were smashed, and the brown creatures were jumping in and out with armfuls of stuff, they loaded it up into obviously stolen carts before they were carried away out of the town.

There were several minions chasing the civilians not attacking them more like keeping them away, there was one minion with a cartoonishly large amount of sweets in it's arms before dumping it all into a big bag, the bag was dropped into a stolen shopping cart the creatures giggling at their take.

Weiss and Blake's eyes widen in shock at the footage, the man in question was nowhere to be seen as the minions cause chaos, a pair burst into a bakery where they jumped through the window shattering it, they came back out with big boxes of... cookies?

"That's them! Those creatures were with the guy who took Ruby!" Weiss yelled, sounding very angry.

Jaune, Nora, Pyrrha and Ren watched the footage too in shock, no one could be so brazen as to attack the town in broad daylight surely?

Suddenly everyone looked around and a big question rose to everyone's mind...

"Hey! Where's Yang?" Nora asked, the sound of an engine revving answered that question.

The girls and boys ran out of the caves and saw a yellow shape vanish towards the town, Yang had called her motorcycle Bumblebee and sped off towards the town.

"Where is she going?!" Jaune asked.

"She's probably going after that guy..." Blake said, tapping something into her scroll.

"We've got to get to town fast! She can't take him on alone!" Weiss said, just then a Bullhead hovered and landed close to the students, they all piled in and the air ship flew towards the city ready to find their missing friend.

YANG'S POV

I was on my Bumblebee, speeding towards the town as fast as I could, he was there... If I could catch him I could find Ruby! I'll just beat the crap out of him and those creatures, make him give my sister back!

When I find her I'll never let anyone else take her again! I'll always keep her safe, just like I promised mom...

Thinking about her brought back the memories, even though Summer was Ruby's biological mom she'd looked after me as though I was her own, ever since she'd died it was just me, Ruby, Dad and Zwei.

I refuse to let anyone else leave! Not like...

I took a deep breath my hair beginning to blaze as I rushed towards him, that man who stole away my baby sister if he's done anything to hurt her... He's dead!

"Hold on Ruubes, big sister's coming to save you..." I said to myself as drove into town.

(Y/N)'S POV

I had left the gathering of the mistress's 'cookies' to the minions, you can always count on them to get the job done.

As I walked into the academy I saw several students watching the news, I saw the minions looting and pillaging the local bakeries for most of their cookies.

"Ah... they do excellent work!" I marvelled, before walking away to try find her team's room.

However you couldn't figure out where it was, you decided to ask someone for directions and found a tall blonde woman in a purple cape.

"Excuse me mam, do you know where I can find Yang Xiao Long?" I asked, she looked at me with a raised brow.

"She's currently with her team trying to find their missing leader, who might you be?" she asked, I quickly thought about a convincing lie.

"My name is Bob! I was given a message for miss Long, was told to deliver it to her quickly" I lied, she narrowed her eyes at me with suspicion.

"Well now is not the time, the town is under attack and needs help, come with me I need to keep an eye on you" she said, you nodded your head and followed the woman to an airship, we both boarded and took off towards the area where the minions were currently shopping.

(Oh this is going to be fun...) I thought to myself as a smile crept upon me.
