Victor is usually a stern and uptight man. Never really showing when he's happy but clearly showing when he's angered. He does his best to remain calm. He's known for snapping at others, especially when they manage to tick him off. He despises most things and will flat out ignore a person if he really wants to. He's vastly blunt and would rather say it how it is instead of trying to sugarcoat things. He gives off the vibe that he lacks empathy for others though it's mainly him trying to help better others in his own way.

Victor is a kindly tall man with dark brown hair. His hair being short and kept and lightly tanned skin. His eyes being a mix between blue and green. He's got a strong-looking, muscular build and unchanging eyes. His eyes usually having a look of disdain.

In his casual wear, he wears a simple, white tee shirt. The shirt having a few small tears in it. Wearing a kinda heavy-looking jacket over it. A pair of simple, navy pants with a belt around it.
