Jack's POV

Elsa stood in the frame of the doorway, panting heavily.

She had a deep, bloody gash on the side of her face, a small cut on her lip, and she had bright red hand marks around her neck.

"Elsa, what happened" I asked

Then she fainted.

I caught her before she hit the ground

"Are there any doctors here?!" I asked the children

" Maybe Dr.Felix can help" a child said

"Can you get him for me?"

" Sure" the child ran up the stairs, probably to the top floor.

I carried Elsa up the stairs and into the infirmary from when I hit my head.

I slowly laid her onto the cot and waited for the doctor.

But then something happened.

Elsa started kicking and screaming

"RUN ANNA. STOP HURTING HER. STOP IT PLEASE. ANNA. IM SORRY! STOP IT STOP HURTING THEM. STOOOOOOOP" Elsa screamed.

She seemed to be having a horrible nightmare

"NOOOOOOO" Elsa screamed

It sounded as if she was being killed!

I couldn't stand seeing her like this

I nudged her slightly, but she kept screaming

"Elsa, Elsa wake up" I whispered, but she continued to scream and kick.

"Elsa" I said a bit louder, but her screams continued.

I nudged her harder and said Elsa a bit louder. But she kept on screaming

I grabbed her shoulders and shook her

"ELSA WAKE UP!"

She sat up immediately when I did that, gasping for air.

Elsa looked at me and tears started to form in her eyes.

I pulled her in for a hug while she cried into my chest.

"It's okay Elsa, no need to be scared" I said, trying to calm her down.

She cried for a few minutes. I felt horrible for what I'd done to her before. The guilt just kept building up.

Then she stopped crying and looked at me in disbelief

"Why are you doing this"

That question caught me off guard

Why was I doing this. I could just forget about this and continue on with my life. But something kept pulling me back here. As if I had forgotten something, I just didn't know what it was that I forgot.

"I don't know" was all I could say.

She sat up on her cot with her legs crossed, just staring at me blankly for a few minutes while I sat in a chair in front of her cot.

She slowly lifted her hand and slightly touched the gash on her face.

The moment she touched it, she winced in pain.

"Don't touch it, or it'll hurt even more" I said.

The doctor finally decided to come in.

He looked at Elsa's gash and put some weird cream stuff and left it like that

"Elsa, that's all I can do for now. But I know you heal quickly so this probably won't take more than a week to heal" Dr. Felix said. He gave Elsa and me a small smile and then walked out of the room.

Elsa lightly laid her hands on her neck where the marks were. She stayed like that for a while, with her hands slightly going up and down her neck, as if she was still taking in all of the pain.

"What happened" I asked

Elsa's POV

"What happened" Jack asked

Should I tell him? I'm not sure if I can trust him yet, but he deserves to know. Or does he?

I fought with myself for a while until I made my decision

I'm going to tell him.

" I ran into Pitch on my way here

-cue the flashback intro-

I was taking the long way home, since I was still processing what happened in the janitors closet and I needed time to think

I began to head towards the alleyways and I wasn't really paying attention and I wandered off.

I didn't mind though, I needed this time to think. Plus, I knew these alleyways like the back of my hand.

While I was walking, something slammed me against the wall and held me up by my neck.

It was Pitch Black.

He punched part of my face, but I tried not to scream, since I didn't want to look weak.

"We meet again Snow Queen. And We have some unfinished business to do" he said while slowly touching the side of my face with the cold, flat part of the knife

Then ~SLASH~

He cut part of my cheek.

I screamed slightly in pain. But Pitch just gripped my neck even tighter.

I watched as the blood tricked down my cheek and fall to the floor

*Drip. Drip. Drip*

Then I got an idea.

I slammed my foot forward and kicked Pitch right in the crotch!

He let go of my neck and bent over in pain

I felt my back scrape against the brick wall behind me as I fell to the ground.

Many small trickles of blood began to slowly bleed through the back of my shirt.

I began to run away, or more like limp away

"YOU LITTLE BITCH, I WILL GET MY REVENGE ELSA, AND I WILL TAKE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE LEFT!" (A/N *clears throat* Language Pitch!)

-le end of flashback-

And then I ran here"

"Why does Pitch want to kill you so badly!" Jack asked

I didn't respond

It was just too personal and I didn't trust him. Not yet.

Jack's POV

Elsa didn't respond. There was just this awkward, yet pleasing silence.

" Are you alright" I asked

"Why do you care!" Elsa snapped

"I'm sorry, I-I just... I'm alright Jack." Elsa apologized.

"You were screaming in your sleep, were you having a nightmare?" I asked

Elsa just nodded.

Back to the awkward silence I see.

We just sat there. Facing each other for a while. Then Anna practically broke through the door.

"Elsa! I heard you got hurt, are you alright." Anna asked

Elsa gave me a look that sent me a message that I understood perfectly

'Don't tell Anna'

Anna turned towards me and raised an eyebrow at Elsa.

Me and Anna didn't really have any problems. I never bothered her and she never bothered me.

But if she knew I bullied Elsa, then whenever she or any of Elsa's other friends were around, they would defend her.

But they were rarely around, so me and Anna never had any problems, mostly since I'm pretty sure she didn't know about me bullying her, but I wasn't sure

But everyone knew Anna as the one of the most ecstatic (along with Rapunzel) and one of the most forgiving students in high school.

It was kinda hard to believe she was sisters with Elsa, who was the complete opposite of her.

"What's Jack doing here" Anna said while nudging Elsa

"Why don't you ask him, he was here yesterday you know" Elsa responded

"Okay. Hey Jack, what were you doing in the same room as my sister" okay, that was not the question I was expecting.

" Uhh.. I-I brought her up here when she fainted downstairs and waited with her until the doctor came" I said nervously.

"Suuurrrrreeee. But what were you doing here in the first place?" Anna asked curiously.

"Jack followed me here yesterday, and then Sophie asked him to come back today so he did" Elsa said.

"Oh... Okay then, are you okay" Anna asked Elsa

"I'm fine Anna"

Anna hugged Elsa

"Can I go to the movies with some friends" Anna asked

"Only if Kristoff goes with you" Elsa said

I think she's talking about that guy who's always with Anna, Kristoff Groff, I think was his name.

"Okay! thanks Elsa" Anna smiled then left the room.

I looked over at Elsa

"Why didn't you want me to tell Anna?" I asked

"Because she doesn't know who he is" Elsa responded

"Why don't you tell her" Elsa turned away from me

"Because I'm trying to protect her"
