"AHHH! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!" 

Sitting at your desk, you fearfully watch Shinobu repatedly throw desks at Lum. The alien dodges, floating away, growling at the other male. "Get back here!" 

A another desk is thrown as Lum bares his fangs, "Blegh!"

Yet Lum was cornerd by the window, as Shinobu grins, heaving as he holds up another desk. 

Lum, glancing around for an escape. Sees Ataru sneakily slide up to your side, leaning close. Seeing Lums attention was drawn somwhere else, Shinobu pauses his destruction of the classroom.

You woke up late, having to run too school as Lum had offered to fly you. But you politely declined, thinking it would be a hassle. So when you arrived, your clothes were messy and wrinkled. Causing one of your bra straps to loosely hang off your left shoulder.  "Huh, you took my advice, white is much sexier~!" Ataru smiles cheekily, eagerly pulling it up as you squeak at the action!

Lum readily grabs the idiot, features cold and enraged. Holding him in a tight-grip as Shinobu readies his arm. 

"Darling! Don't take his crap!!"

"Take this you degenerate!!"

"AAAAHHHHHH!!!"

Letting go of the boy, flying out of the way. Ataru panics, immediately sqaunts down to avoid the desk. Which works, causing the window glass to break and fall outside. 

"Eh..?"

"What is that?"

Sudden cloudiness arrive as white fabric seemed be floating outside the window.

Everyone rushed outside to see what happend. Your homeroom teacher being late to the party. "What happend!?" He hollered as one of your classmates explain. "Some guy came parachuting down here and got hit by a desk. Now, he's hugging it." They point out, seeing the hanging male calmly let go of the wooden item. Untangling himself as he hops down on the desk, patting himself off.

"That could of ended badly for someone without my reflexes." He dusts off his white school uniform, much more prestine than the dark blue one everyone else wore.

"MASTER! ARE YOU ALRIGHT DOWN THERE!"

"SHUTAROOOOO-!"

Yelling rangs up from the sky, everyone looks up to see a good amount of helicopters flying over the campus.

The young man pulls out a microphone from his school bag, yelling back. "I'M FINE! EVERYTHINGS OKAY! IT WOULD TAKE FAR WORSE TO INJURE ME!"

Ataru grumbles, staying by your side. "What's the deal with his guy..." Lum, floating by your other side, agrees. "He's making such a racket."

You, on the other hand, start sweatting buckets. 

'Oh god... Shin could of injured someone.. And one of the class windows is broken! Is he gonna get in trouble!? This is my fault!'  You gulp, getting closer to the scene.

"H-hold on, are you the transfer student we're expecting today?" Your teacher points out, the boy agreed. "Indeed, I'm Mendo. Is there a problem?"

Onsen points up at the helicopters. "THERE OBVIOUSLY IS! WHAT THE HECK ARE THOSE?!"

"Those are my families private helicopters." He stated casually. "Needless to say, it would be a disgrace to the Mendo name if I didn't show up on time for my first day."

"FLYING TO SCHOOL IS PROHIBITED!"

Mendo ignores him in favor of the desk, "How intresting.. I never expected a desk to be flying at me. It seems peasant culture is far beyond my understanding.."

"LISTEN TO ME, DOGGONE IT!" 

"P-pardon me.." Shinobu shyly walks up to Mendo. Gaping in worry, you hurriedly grab Shinobu's hand. The tiny-er male pauses, glancing up at you in suprise. You gaze ahead at Mendo. Your taller body slightly hiding him for sight. Face with slight flush, nervous, jittery expression... 

A small plesant smile takes over Shinobus face, always relishing it.

"I-I did it!" You lower your head, apologizing.

"S.. Sorry." You spoke, hiding your gulity look by gazing at the floor. "A..ah.. I see." Mendo nods, not giving you second glance. "Thank you, for telling me. Your quite honest." He smiles warmly as you hear girls squeal in the background.

You don't bother raising youd head all day. Slouching more than usual, face-planting on your desk as you overhear more squealing from your female classmates.

"Bleh! Pompus jerk." Ataru tsks as he sat by you, glancing at you. "Oi, (Y/N).." Ataru pokes at your hair. When reciving none, he smiles, taking a lock of hair and curling it around his fingers.

"So-so! I found this cute babe the other day-" 

"Ataru!" Shinobu pushes the male off you, causing his jaw to bite on another desk.

"(Y/N), you really didn't need to do that for me..." Shinobu sighs, taking a strand of hair, lightly tugging it so you would raise your head.

"But, I am thankful." He says softly, carressing the strand tied between his fingers.

"Two-timer! Two-timer!" Ataru grits out, biting on the desk as he pulls it out of his jaw.

Out of his pink haze, Shinobu snarls at him. "Shut up! They're not dating! I know for a FACT."

"I guess your right- AUUGGGHH!"

"AHHH!

"GAAHHHH!"

Lightening shocks all three of you as Lum bared his fangs. "Don't hog my Darling!"

Mendo, seeing the floating male, climbs on your desk, taking hold of the aliens arm. "Sir! Come down! It's dangerous for students to be flying!"

Lum rolls his eyes, smacking the hand away as he floats down to your desk as Mendo jumps off.

"Listen, I'm not a not a school boy." He smiles, glancing at you. "At least.. Not yet, anyway.

"Who exactly are you?"

"Lum, that's my name." He said proudly, before pointing at your (still), slumped body. "And I'm gonna marry my Darling~!" The Oni pats your hair happily.

Mendo glances at you once again, smiling akwardly at you. Seeing that you didn't even bother to move your face away from the desk.

"...I.. See."

Lum scoffs at the Mendo heir, "it's none of your buisness anyway!" "Your the one that told me!"

Onsen 

"Todays assigned agenda is to pick a canidate for classroom commite. Is there anyone interested in becoming president?"

Mendo raised his hand, "I would like to run as a canidate!"

A few girls squeal at the prospect as a couple of boys groan unhappily at the idea.

Mendo starts his campagin, "I'll share my vision with you all.."

Going up to the front podium, he slams his fist down. "First and foremost! Disciplianry measures will be taken to crack down any late students!" 

A few shocked gasps were heard from the class. "Order must be maintaied from the very start, or everything that comes after is ruined!" Mendo continues: "Tardiness must not be tolerated. It is the root of all evil in student life! As for what that entails..."

"I will fins an area within the school to establish a detention center exclusively for our class, where late students will be punished-!" 

"If students wish to leave early, they will undergo a lite detector test! And anyone caught will have their tounge removed immediately! Furthermore.. We will launch a extensive invistigations to catch anyone playing hooky, and offenders will be dealt with Private Mendo officers!"

You finally raised your head, the image of being totured and chained to a wall as your clothes rip from the spikes... The world he describe sounded like dicator-ship!

"We will eradicate those three offenses and establish a bright future for our class!"

"VOTE FOR ME!" 

The class went quiet after his erract speech..

"Oh! But all girls from this class will not apply to the lovely laddies in class. Woman deserve respect after all."

The girls sighed in relief, while you didn't. Now worried for the safety of Ataru and Shinobu.

"Our lives are gonna be living hell if he gets his way!" One of the boys mumbled. "We need to put forward a rival candidate!" Another offered. "But none of us regular joes stand a chance against him."

"The only extraordinary people that I can think of is..

All the boys gave pointed to looks to your side of the room. 

"Shinobu is kind and all the girl like him.. But.."

"Ataru idiocy goes well beyond the norm!... Yet.."

Unsure whispers and murmers overtake the class until all their gazes land on you.

"(L/N)! You have to do it!" 

Your male classmates crowd around you quickly!

You froze at the eager attenion, their gazes certain. 

"..I-I.."

"Your the tallest girl on campus!" 'But the timid-ness is much..'

"Your cool enough!" 'Even if your often scary sometimes..'

"And yet...Your super nice!" 'Your super naieve!!' They all thought at once.

"I-.... O-okay. Thank you... Um.. I'll do it." You gulp, getting up, heading to the podium. 

Mendo blinks at sudden stance, in quiet awe as you gaze at your class. "If.. I become president.. I-I'll work hard and do my best for my class.. Thank you.." You stand off to the side, smiling shyly. 

"Huh.." Mendo mumbles, as he sees your male classmates cheer.

"Alright, who votes for (L/N)?"

"Me!" 

"Us!

"We all do!"

Onsen points to Mendo.

"And who votes for him?"

"Me!"

"I do!"

"Yes!"

"And the numbers say... It's a tie!"

Mendo gapes at the board. "..I.. Tied..?"

You glance over at Mendo, feeling a bit bad for him. He's still new and this probably meant a lot to him.. Has he even made friends in class yet..?

"Uhm, hey-"

"It seems well have to settle this." He spoke thoughtfully. "A duel then.. Hmm. Swords.. No, cannons." He stated quietly, as a few students deadpan at the idea.

You don't notice, instead you turn to him fully, smiling happily. 

"G-..Good working with you." You beam shly, wholehearted. Holding out your hand politely for him.

His blue eyes catch your features, hopeful..

"Let's be friends!" You said you spoke with a more vehement tone. Yet when seeing his quiet expression, you back-trach hurriedly.

"Or- we can co-president?" You loose your confidence.

"Or.. uhm..."

"Yes..."

"What?"

"Yes," Mendo took your hand steadily. Gaze unyeilding, "I'd be so lucky, (L/N), to have you at my side." He spoke passaionately. Raising it up to his lips, he kisses your knuckles.

"Chu.~"

Before anything else was said, Lum. Seeing this from outside the classroom, (he had been kicked out by Mendo), scratches angerily at the glass. 

"Dar-LINNNNING!!" In his anger, shocked the entire school building until the power went out.
