Have you heard of a star dress? WELL THEY SURE AS HECK EXIST. She displayed her Aquarius star dress when she SAVED THE ENTIRE GUILD in the Tartaros Arc itself.

Have you even watched the anime or read the manga?

If the answer is no, you're not allowed to make assumptions. Seriously, it's like the saying "there's always two sides to the story" - unless that's just something my teacher repeatedly said the past  2 months...

Also, to prove she's strong, you don't even have to go as far as the Tartaros Arc. Take a bit after the Grand Magic Games Arc, when her and Yukino CLOSED THE ECLIPSE GATE AND STOPPED MORE THAN 100 DRAGONS FROM ENTERING EARTHLAND. with their own damn power that they used to open the 12 zodiac gates and power up the celestial spirits- who also did some of the work, but c'mon, the eclipse gate was powered by THE MAGIC OF MANY WIZARDS OVER THE COURSE OF 6-7 YEARS.
