~KAI POV~

Sitting in the dark, awaiting your fate is no fun.

For days now the only set of entertainment I had was a small rock that I would throw at the wall or jiggle in my hands throwing it into the air as many times as I can until I'm bored.

They could come in at any time to tell me if I'll live or die but I'm most likely thinking I'll die at this point. I mean who could blame them?

It's their decision with what is to come of me and I'll have to accept it and I've already accepted death.

I never got a chance to tell Irene I'm sorry for the way I treated her as well as I did Y/n. I treated her very badly especially after she told me she was pregnant. I just wanted y/n so badly that I used Irene and when she needed me the most a tossed her away and I haven't spoken to her since. I regret it and now this is my karma.

The main doors to the dungeon I'm in opens as I can hear it boom open with its scratchy rusted noise. I can hear their footsteps approaching but I don't look up from the floor just yet until someone opens my cell and walks in.

"Kai." Namjoon

I look up to him standing over me and bowed my head.

"Stand." Namjoon

That's when King Jin and king Hoseok came to stand next to him. One on the left the other on the right while king Jungkook stands at the cell door looking more irritated than usual.

I stand up like he says but keep my sight to the ground.

"We have something to tell you Kai." Namjoon

"Your fate has been chosen." Hoseok

Oh god, here it comes.
The moment they tell me I'm gonna die. I don't speak a word and wait for them to just say the words. I've never been more nervous in my life, if I thought coming here to tell them where y/n was kept was bad enough. This moment here is so much more worse. I couldn't breath and prepared myself for for the worst news.

I still have to say goodbye to my mom and dad. My little sister, my older brother even Irene and some friends, I had so much going for me and I threw it all away.

"We're going to keep you alive for now." Namjoon

Did I just hear that correctly?

Without thinking my bulging eyes met king Namjoons who was smirking at my reaction.

"I'm sorry did I hear you right?"

He nods with a chuckle.

"Yes you did." Namjoon

"We need a new advisor Kai and we'd like to have you take over if you're manageable for the role." Jin

King Jin held his chin high, looking down at me with high confidence. He winked at me and that's when I remember a few things he told me before y/n was saved. He wasn't just making conversation he was giving me advice and tips on how to work with them all. Why didn't I see that before?

"Don't get too excited though! We could still kill you!" Jungkook

He snaps from the cell door and the three kings in front of me whip their heads to his direction to all glare at him.

"What?! I still don't like him." Jungkook

He shrugged. I'm not fond of him either but unfortunately I have to keep my mouth shut since they could all kill me right now if they wanted to.

"Well that's unfortunate for you since from now on he'll be working for us." Hoseok

Jungkook rolled his eyes and leaned against the bars.

"You don't have to like him for now but we all argeed on this position for Kai. He did after all help us greatly with finding y/n and we all know she may have died if Kai wasn't there to help her." Namjoon

"She wouldn't of been there if it wasn't for him!" Jungkook

He shouted and I put my head down again to look at the concrete below.

"Jungkook out with me now!" Hoseok

I saw king Hoseoks feet disappear from view and Jungkook grunt and groan from his frustration with me and they both left.

"He's right though but we'llput that past us. Jin, Taehyung and Yoongi all heard what you told y/n the other day and as a thank you in some strange way we'd like to give you this job, if you'd accept it?" Namjoon

I slowly look back up at the tow kings in front of me, watching me very carefully.

"What would I have to do?"

"It's simple really. You make sure everyone in the castle is doing their jobs. If someone connects us about anything, human or vampire you take a message and consult with us about any day to day decisions whether it be easy tasks or life threatening decisions. You will help us make these decisions with your honest opinions and we'll obviously be the ones to call the shots, you'll just be there to try and keep us right." Jin

"BUT, this is a six month trail first. If we think you're perfect for the job and proved your loyalty over the coming months then you'll keep the job and stay here with us. So if you fail, we'll kill you." Namjoon

That's a lot to take it but I guess it's better than dying.

Didn't y/n's dad do this job?
Now I'm getting this job?

"So what do you say? Do you accept the offer or not?" Namjoon

If I refuse they'd probably kill me for it or something. It's not that I don't want to accept it, it just seems unfair really.

"So what's your answer?" Jin

I took a deep breath and exhaled.

"Okay. I'll take it."

Jins face lit up and patted me on the shoulder.

"That was a good choice Kai. Now Namjoon will explain some things to you, I'm going to head back and see the mother of my child!" Jin

He's the father?!
Wow!
I thought It would of been king Yoongi or at least king Jimin. But not him.

Jin left and now it was just me and Namjoon. He raised a brow and grinned just a little bit in his lips.

"Yes, Jin is the father but so is Yoongi, Hoseok and Taehyung." Namjoon

What?!
How is that possible?

Before I could ask he laughs at my reaction as I hella confused right now.

"You're confused? That's quite funny. You see y/n is pregnant with quadruplets and it turns out that four of us made her pregnant, so as you can see we'll be very busy in seven months time." Namjoon

Wow!
Okay then.

"So we'll need you in return devote your lives to us like y/n father before you and do your job. Tomorrow we will show you to your new room and show you more of the castle then you would of seen before since from now on you will be living here with us. We will give you your new office since we plan to give y/n her fathers office in his memory." Namjoon

I nod at him, listening to his words very carefully.

"Thank you." Namjoon

"Oh don't thank me. Thank Jin and y/n. Jin put in a good word for you, with his great ideas and little does y/n know but she helped a little too. But I'll be watching your every move in this castle for a very long time." Namjoon

I nod again and he nods back.

"One of us will be back for you tomorrow and everything will start from there." Namjoon

I bowed and said thank you once again and watched him walk out my cell and lock it back up again and leave the whole dungeon slamming the main doors.

I can't believe I've just been told I'll work here as the adviser to the seven vampire kings. One thing for sure is that they showed me mercy after I screwed them over big time with y/n. Now way am I going to mess this chance up, I'll stay loyal for the rest of my existence, like a loyal dog.

I will not screw this up again.
