You feel your heart sink into your chest. No no no no no no... this couldn't be happening. You viciously rip out the IV in your hand, falling out of the bed and desperately crawling towards Tamaki. He had fallen to the floor, but was now on his knees, blood dripping from his mouth and petals littered on the ground. 

You grab Tamaki's face. "Who is it?" You ask. "Tell me! She has to love you! I cannot bare to lose you!" You feel tears falling down your face. "Tell me, damn it!" you begin to yell.

He slowly brings his hand up to your cheek. "It is you. (Y/n), it has always been you. Your smile, your laugh, the way you light up a room. When you bring me shrimp tempura because you know it is my favorite, when you listen to the music you don't like because it makes me happy. It has always been you. I cannot live without you, and I will be damned if they are allowed to take my feelings."

You let out a sob as he collapses forward. You catch him and coddle his head in your lap. "I wish I had told you, Tamaki. I loved you so much. So much! Please stay! I can't do this without you!" Your body shakes as tears soak your face. "Lose your feelings for me! The club needs you! I need you! Who is gonna keep us together? The twins will drift away, Kyoya will be his father's clone, Haruhi will be alienated for the rest of her time, and Honi and Mori will disappear! I am not worth it! Give up on me!" You are practically screaming at this point.

After all of that, he simply smiles. "I love you, (Y/n) (L/n). I always have and I always will. Do me a favor and remember me, okay?" He closes his eyes, and his heart stops beating. You scream, and tears fall down your face. Unknown to you, one falls on Tamaki's face. It lights up with a faint blue mist, and seeps into his skin, spreading through his body like shattered glass. The glow catches your eye, and you see it finally reach his chest, where it gets brighter and then fades. You wait, curious, before seeing his chest rise and fall again. He sits up and begins to cough, before turning to you. Your tears return, this time overjoyed, and you hug him with all your might.

"I love you, Tamaki Suoh!" You cry out.

"I love you too."

*Six years later*

"Tamaki!" The poor man jumps at his wife's scream. He runs up to the room, where he finds her in the bathroom. (Y/n) had aged beautifully, growing from her high school body into a mature one for her 20's. 

"Darling, what is it?" he asks her, turning her to face him. He finds her cradling something in her hand. A stick of some sort. She hands it to him, and his eyes light up when he sees two pink lines. "Your pregnant?" He asks. She nods slowly, afraid of his reaction. "I'm going to be the father?" She nods again, much more enthusiastically at seeing the excitement in his eyes. "I'm going to be a father!" He exclaims, picking poor (Y/n) up and twirling her around before planting her on her feet and kissing her softly.

"I am glad your happy." She says, rubbing her stomach.

"Of course I would be! I love you so much!"

"I love you too!" And with that, they knew no matter what, they would find happily ever after.
