Shivay was sleeping and Anika sat beside him. She stroked his hair but tears denied to stop. Sobbing silently she kept staring at him. Her everything was lying in front of her, silently. In sleep he held her hand that lied beside his and shot open his eyes calling out her name.

"I am here Shivay, see I am here right beside you. Calm down Shivay calm down" she stroked his hand and then his hairs trying to make him calm.

"I love you Anika, I can't live without you. I love you very much" he hugged her and cried repeating the words.

"I am here Shivay, I will never leave you please calm down" Anika kissed over his head and continued stroking his back.

He kept hugging her tightly, as if holding onto his last possession. Tears couldn't stop. Pulling himself at some distance he held her face and looked at her, she looked so broken. He has never saw her that much broken and it pained him more resulting into the continuous flow of his tears. Holding his face she softly planted a kiss over his forehead and looked at him. He looked back at her caressing her face and looking at it as if looking at something you love the most which went missing and you at last succeeded in finding it out. She kissed over his eyes and softly placed her lips over his. Inhaling her breath he moved his lips, very slowly feeling every inch of her love. Their emotions flowing out in the form of tears as she pulled out and looked at him yet again. Soon she captured his lips again and poured all her love into that kiss. Making him lie over the bed she kissed over his chest, a tear trickled out of her eye and fell over the place she kissed. He made her look at him, his eyes were moistened too. Volumes they spoke through their eyes. Silently hugging him she lied over him.

"Look at me Anika" he was still shedding tears and his voice came out so broken.

She pulled up her head and looked at him, the fear of loosing him has still not subsided. And it pained, it pained so much as she thought the consequences of his anger and cried.

"I love you" he said.

She simply nodded and kept hugging him tightly. He slowly got up and pulled her near making her sit over his lap. The warmth radiating from her soothed him. He missed those and he fears now to loose it forever, what if death separates them apart? Not thinking more he captured her lips and kissed her, to his content. She caressed the back of his neck giving in and loving him back. Soon her hand reached the buttons of his T-shirt and she pulled it away keeping it aside. Then leaning him over the headrest she kissed his eyes and then followed down. Her tear drops fell over the spots she kissed, the fear wasn't leaving her. Similarly it wasn't leaving him too. Their tears of love didn't stop as they bid adieu to the rest of their clothing. Taking his full length in she gasped. The soothing touch of intimacy spread pleasure through her body. He moved slowly, very slowly feeling every inch of her and she encouraged. She heard him say sorry in every stroke. And to stop him she captured his lips, their lips stayed in contact and drops of tear left their eyes as they moved in rhythm. This was something that felt relaxing. It felt like they were living just because of the other. With time they reached peak and let go all of them. He breathed heavy hugging her tight, their tear stains have not dried yet as they looked into each other.

"I felt someone taking away my breath as my head has hit the steering, I tried breathing I really really tried but I couldn't. Darkness was engulfing me but I craved for light. I craved to see you once, at least once before my eyes closes forever but all I heard were sounds of people screaming. I needed to tell you sorry but my life was slipping away and then my eyes closed. I realised that if I die I won't be in peace. Without you, I won't be in peace anywhere. I just need you-only you to survive. I love you Anika, I realised your worth in my life when my life gave me a blow. I can't bear death if it is separating us apart. I can't" he again hugged her letting his tears flow.

Her naked figure encircled him in her embrace and she silently stroked his back. She was hurt thinking he doesn't have faith over her. This single thought she couldn't erase and her mind kept going back to it again and again. She distanced herself and sat beside.

"Eat something Shivay then you will have to have few medicines" she tried going away.

"Stop Anika, we need to sort everything out" he held her and made her sit beside him again.

Making her wear his T-shirt that was lying beside he held her hand and started.

"In my life you were the first person who made me fall in love. Before you came, it was only work and nothing that could grab my attention but gradually you made your own place and became the most important part of mine. You know there were days before marriage when I just craved for one look of yours in the entire day. Then we got married and started understanding its meaning, I never understood when my care and love towards you turned into so much possessiveness that I hated any other men touching you, hugging you or even making you laugh. And believe me initially I was sure that it was wrong and I tried changing myself but as Thomas entered and you started being friendly with him I just lost it, I completely lost it and grew insecure. I was sure that you love me but still I was afraid to loose you and that turned into anger. I am sorry Anika. I know how much you love me and it was all my fault to misunderstand you. I am really very sorry" he stopped bending his head down.

He was guilty, he was ashamed and just wanted to erase that one day from their life when he shouted over her.

"Shivay look at me" she firmly held his chin and made him look into her eyes that screamed love and only love.

"I am sorry from my part too, I know I have hurt you much though unintentionally but your insecurities have made me feel as if you don't have faith over me" she lowered her head trying to take back her hand.

It was another dagger that pierced his heart.

"No Anika I trust you, I trust you more than myself. Just the situations made it difficult for me but believe me I trust you. You are the only person to whom I share everything so out of rage I have said many things but I am ashamed of it. And just believe it for once that I trust you and will never leave trusting you ever. Please forgive me Anika please. Please please don't go away from me" he folded his hand and lowered his head.

She can't see him like that. 

"I am not leaving you Shivay, its just that it will take time for me to cope up knowing your insecurities" she felt bad looking at him.

He was repenting so badly. Those pure ocean of eyes held drops of his guilt. Her anger melted and she hugged him. Be it whatever but she can't let this man break apart at least not after knowing how much he loves her. She slowly stroked his back and cooed soothing words in his ears.

"I know Shivay how does it feel to be insecure of something. And-and it really pains when you feel insecure because of the person you love most. And when I thought that you tried dominating our relation, I too felt the same but somewhere I was sure that you are my home and this home of mine won't even break when it's about me. I don't want to see you broken, I love you Shivay with all my heart and everything I have. But promise me, just promise me that you will never repeat the stunt of going away taking the car keys again" she extended her hand.

"I promise, I won't even blink my eyes without your permission" it sounded cliche to them but smile adorned their face.

"Okay then, now you will have your food and then medicines" she said smiling brightly.

He nodded like a obedient child and watched her go. Then something stroke her and she came back.

"Shivay that day I called Thomas as daddy because I was mimicking his son when he grows up and calls Thomas as daddy" she needed him to know this.

She would have shared this that day itself if nothing wrong had happened.

"I trust you Anika and you need not share every little detail" he sounded really genuine.

How they wished that few situations never arose but now their bond was strengthened. No one can break them apart now. She got up to leave and prepare food for him.

"Anika" he called from behind making her stop in her tracks.

"You look beautiful wearing my T-shirt" he said winking.

Nothing can happen to this man, she thought and left smilingly. Somewhere inside Shivay still felt bad and decided to make her feel special-est person ever in his life. As thought, he soon arranged a small candle light dinner in their lawn and formally invited her. She although chuckled listening to it but reached there at time. She wore a simple gown and he wore his suit. Although they prepared the dinner together, he arranged the table without listening to her scoldings to stop him. When they completed having dinner he got up and walked to her. Extending his hand he took her for dance. They swayed through the beats and their eyes locked. Soon their lips too locked and he went inside pulling her up in his arms. Deciding to not spare a chance to make her feel special he took her over the terrace. There lied a bed of pink flowers over which I love you was written in yellow flowers.

"I am impressed mister" she said turning towards him.

He soon sat in front of her holding her hand.

"I have committed blunders and you have forgiven me even after that without any hesitation so today I want to promise you that whatever it may, I will never leave your hand. Even death will fail to separate our souls. From today I will try hard to make our life beautiful and will not spare anyone who brings tears in your eyes. I will love you and make you fall for me every single day-every single night" by the time he completed her eyes became moistened and she sat over her knees in front of him.

"I have also committed mistakes and I apologise for all those. I will never think of us being different souls and will try hard to make all your wishes come true. I won't even spare myself if I hurt you again. More than anything else I will try to become your best friend to whom you can share everything and will love you forever" his eyes moistened too.

They hugged tight and smiled.

"That was a really emotional phase" Shivay commented being in the hug.

"But we learnt so much and now no one can break us apart" she replied with confidence in her voice.

"So you have promised me that you will fulfil all the wishes of mine so are you ready to fulfil the first one?" he pulled them out of the hug and asked.

"Hmm interesting, so tell me my husband that what can I do for you?" she asked.

"Love making over that flower bed under the sky" how shameless can a person be.

"You are joking right?" she asked narrowing her eyes as the crimson hue started appearing over her face.

"No" he went closer pulling her more close and then in swift pull made her lie over that flower bed, it was soft.

"Shivay someone will see" she lowered her gaze trying to hide her blush.

"No one will see" he kissed her nape making her close her eyes.

Nothing more was said as they made love under the moon. Their soul became one. After life hurdles they understood if the other isn't there then they will die too. After that day their trust over each other became stronger. They were sure that no storm can break them apart now. Every situation has its own teachings and this situation taught them to accept and correct each other's flaws. They lied cuddling to each other feeling safe and slept dreaming the best future together.
