Pole star and the diamond studded ring was giving a tough competition to each other when they glanced at the peaceful moon. Looking up to stare the star he left a deep sigh. He got a partner, a partner whom he wanted to have beside him always, who will support him in his happiness and his sorrows. A smile crawled up, this smile not only stated his happiness but a feeling of magic warmed up and as the days of their marriage is nearing he just can't help but want to see her every moment. Thinking about the moment he remembered his dream of a candle light dinner along with the lady of his life before marriage.

Shivay wants to spend some alone time with his own Anika, away from every hurdles and every teasing, just she and he and a peaceful calm night. But days were less and at night Anika won't agree to go any where. Her safety measures and her care for him has increased since the day he almost broke his leg and he don't want to hurt her by hurting himself. He has seen the pain in her eyes when she was taking his care. Ever since they have re-decided to get married, a pain along with the happiness has made a permanent house in his heart. At times he wondered, whether she feels the same or not, and now he want to know before their marriage. So, the plan of candle light dinner under the roof of nature sensed sensible although it was tough to get an yes from his lady.

His phone rung breaking his thought chain making him frown.

"Who the hell it could be, who is disturbing him when he is lost in her thoughts" thinking so he picked up the phone that flashed her name. The frown immediately changed into smile.

"Hello D" his excitement made her blush, she wondered that how the excitement rushes up in Shivay's blood whenever she does something unexpected and at this moment her call was quite unexpected.

Similarly this side Anika's sleep was away from her eyes too. Her thoughts were not letting her to forget him for even a nano second and adding to that the worry of his health. The moon accompanied her along with the pole star as the warm feeling filled her heart to content. This unknown special feeling made it more difficult for her to stick to her own condition of sleeping early at night until marriage. She was really nervous, the moment she decided to call him but giving into her desires she called him and quite unexpectedly he picked it up in one ring.

"What were you doing?" she thought not to disturb him if he was sleeping, but poor did she knew his condition that she did to him.

"The same you were doing" he answered mysteriously yet sarcastically smiling within himself about being confident over her.

She smiled too listening to the comment. Staring the moon and wishing to see him jumping into her room again just like previous times has become her secret wish but knowing his condition she knew that this won't be good at all for him. It has been months they met each other but every time there exists a first time feeling whenever they meet or talk. How will these two get over this trap was the main question but falling into this sweet trap again and again excites them.

"Bub, I was missing you. I don't know why but I just wanted to see you so I called" though feeling shy but she confessed making him melt more, as if he is not yet completely melted.

"D, I am there with you, always" the assuring tone calmed her insides but she just wanted to see him right at that moment in person.

"Close your eyes D, and imagine what I am saying" she obeyed like a good student holding the phone tightly after setting the pillow at her back and sitting comfortably. 

A fairy tale he started, in which he is the prince and she is the princess. Prince Shivay was on a tour to find his bride, the perfect one who would be with him in every situation. They would be fire and ice. After getting disappointed on meeting every other princess from every other kingdom he at last reached to princess Anika's kingdom. They met at the side of rivers where Shivay thought her to be a normal girl of the kingdom and at once decided to get married to her. He informed the same to his father king and his mother queen, they happily agreed too. The father king and the mother queen visited the kingdom to fix the marriage and they started to search the girl in every house of the kingdom because looking at the simplicity of the girl prince Shivay never thought her to be the princess so they opted not to bother anyone from the princess's family. Disheartened after not finding his queen, Shivay decided to go back to his own kingdom and never marry anyone. The next day when they were all set to go, the princess came out asking him whether she was the girl whom prince Shivay was looking for. Agreeing to her Shivay proposed marriage, this side the princess was also lost in his and had already decided to marry him. Saying an yes to his proposal they married each other, and they lived happily ever after.

Completing the story Shivay smiled praising himself for such a romantic short story.

"D... how was the story?"Shivay asked to get no response in return.

"Are you there D?" he repeated.

"Hmm.." a sleepy reply came confirming that she had slept.

"Good night D" he kissed the phone before cutting the call.

It was a dream for her, the man of her life should know how to get her sleep at difficult nights and he was indeed becoming one. So much have changed between them, from arguing to throwing attitude to caring about each other, every step was so beautiful. Just like a dream and none of them wanted that dream to come to an end in their life. Shivay too slept after some time dreaming about their future together.

Waking up first thing Anika remembered was Shivay's fairy tale. The thought of living happily ever after at the end of the story made her faith strong over their relation. She opened the lock of her phone and the name Shivay flashed showing a message from him.

If madam has time for this poor fellow then can we go for a candle light dinner date tonight?

She smiled reading the message, he simply knows how to get an yes from her even if she had made a full proof plan of saying no. Replying back an yes she went to get freshened up. Looking at Ishana's sleeping figure after brushing an amazingly naughty idea crossed her mind and her eyes twinkled. She immediately brought a mug full of water from washroom and started to sprinkle it over her chanting words in hibroo language.

"Di" Ishana sat up frowning creating resistance and covering her face using the pillow. 

Anika started to sprinkle it over Ishana's head and was laughing loud and in all this banter the half mug water fell over the bed. Mrs. Mukherjee ran inside their room and started scolding both of them for that stupid deed. Ishana started to complain against Anika and Anika against Ishana and as a result Ishana got the punishment of drying the bedding because Anika needs to go to office before her marriage holiday starts. Anika smirked looking at Ishana munching into her breakfast and happily went to office mouthing an all the best.

The entire day held a weird excitement inside the heart of Shivay and Anika. It was as if they will be meeting each other after a huge gap of long distance relation. This small small moments of them coming close made the entire thing called marriage more interesting for them. Anika at one side was buttering up her boss since morning so that he leaves her soon and Shivay hoped his meeting ends soon before evening arrives. Checking the watch often irritated them when the clock refused to move faster than its actual pace.

Shivay's phone beeped flashing her message making him double restless and all he wanted was to elope from his own meeting.

"Are you okay?" Om walked in and asked looking at a lost smiling Shivay.

"Yeah I am" Shivay tried to brush off but his poor brother had already experienced these feelings so Om knowing what is going on is quite evident.

"If you don't mind I can take up today's meeting" guessing Shivay's inner wish Om very calmly in a natural way asked Shivay not to embarrass or tease Shivay in office, but... until when?

"Yeah sure" warm cheeks of Mr. Shivay Singh Oberoi grew more warmer with appearance of red hue.

"Don't blush so much, you aren't meeting your fiance alone for the first time" indeed Om's words are true but he himself had no clue that why was he blushing so much.

Om went away patting his brother's back taking up the file for the meeting, not before asking Shivay to mail him all the important details. Shivay has noticed this change in his brother ever since Gauri went back. After Om's bad break up he at least stayed normal with Gauri but after she went back he has become completely silent with occasional old Om peeping at times. Making his brother all right and fixing everything in his brother's love life is important for Shivay as well, or else how he will fulfill his promise to Anika.

The promise of making Ishana another daughter in law of their family so that Anika never feels alone among all the unknown people around her in her in laws place. Thinking all these he didn't realise how time passed and his phone beeped reminding the alarm he has set. One and half hour more to go for him to meet his Anika, the excitement went another notch up.

She was already in mess checking and verifying few official papers at the last moment. All her buttering went in vain as her boss had handed her a bunch of paper to check right at the moment she decided to leave. 

"One day I will sue this boss from his own post" cursing the poor boss and mumbling pure slang she hurriedly started to check and sign the papers.

A girl looked her condition and went to her to help but the poor girl got a mouthful and she being under Anika stayed quite and calmly returned to her work. After sometime Anika was done with her work and handed over the papers to her boss. Her boss being impressed patted Anika's back and thanked her for completing the work soon. This boss surely knows when to give Anika the most important work so that she completes it without hesitation and without any mistake. Coming out from her boss's cabin Anika felt bad for the girl she lashed upon. She silently walked up to the girl who stood up but kept looking down bending her head.

"Sorry Milly" Anika said.

Milly looked up saying it's okay, they sorted out the matter as Anika explained the reason of her being so rude suddenly and then as expected Milly too didn't leave the chance to tease Anika and bid bye to Anika on a good note. Coming out Anika spotted Shivay standing there wearing a black jeans and a formal shirt that he wore informally and perfectly gelled up hair. She felt bad looking at her messed up condition.

"You are still looking the most beautiful woman of this worl wearing this simple pair of jeans and tee, let's go?" Shivay extended his hand. 

These small gestures were enough for Anika to get back her confidence and she nodded yes putting her hand over Shivay's and sat inside the car. Reaching the restaurant all the memories of their first meeting flashed in front of both their eyes.

"Shoot, what will I do now, I should have booked the same table just like our first day meet" Shivay mumbling to himself looked at Anika who was already looking back at him with excitement.

Probably she is expecting that he has made the entire thing romantic but he did nothing and was just smiling like an idiot the entire day in excitement and now he is feeling bad because he wanted to make her feel special but without any prior arrangements it is now impossible.
