2 months later

Soon came the day that Mia would give labor. Mia was in bed wearing a white night gown, the doctors were all around her. It was kind that Ciel let her give labor in the manor with very nice, and he paid for the doctors. Christina and Ciel were in the room right next to Mia on the other side of the bed. "Like I said Mia, I am gonna be here until my niece or nephew comes out." Christina said. She took Mia's hand into her's, "Squeeze as hard as you need to. It's gonna hurt." Christina said. Mia nodded, then turn her head to Joker who was also holding her hand. "I'm here Mia, I'm not gonna leave until our child is out." He said then kissed her forehead.

"Ok Lady Mia, the baby is ready. Now, please stay with me on this and...push." The doctor said. Mia took a deep breath and pushed as hard as she can. Screams filled the manor, "I hope Lady Mia will be alright." Mey-Rin said. "She will, she's a tuff lady." Bard said. "Ok I see the head! Just another push!" The doctor said. Mia took a deep breath and pushed gain. Sweat fell down her forehead, as Joker kissed her forehead, "Your doing great, just one more push!" The doctor yelled. As Mia pushed, cries of a baby could be heard. "Please was this one, we have another coming." The doctor said.

"ANOTHER ONE!?" Everyone in the room said, the doctor smiled, "Yes indeed, now another push." The doctor yelled. As Mia pushed the doctor's eyes grew wide. The cries could as be heard, "What's wrong?!" Mia asked frighten. "It's nothing, My Lady, you have a beautiful baby girl. And baby son." The doctor said. Mia felt a tear down her face, soon both of her children were clean in wrapped in blankets. "Congratulations Lady Mia, and Joker." The doctor said handing Mia's baby girl and baby boy to her.

Mia took her new children in her arms, "Their beautiful." Mia said kissing her new children. Then she noticed her daughter didn't have a right arm, just like her father. She smiled, "I still love her." Mia said. "Oh my god! Their adorable! May I hold one of them!" Christina asked. Mia giggled, "Of course! Why wouldn't I let the god mother not hold her god children." Mia said handing the boy to Christina. "Aww he's so cute. What are you gonna name them?" Christina said. "We already decided to name the boy, James Ray, and the girl, Rose Christina." Mia said. "Aww I'm so proud. I was named after two children, sorta." Christina said. After a while, Mia was cleaned up from the blood all over her. Then she fed the children milk, and slowly fell asleep. Joker held his children, "I'm sorry you have to live like this Rose, but no matter what I still love you."
