"They cheat, they're vain... A person is all right... But people never done a good thing..."

  "Are you sure about this Trick?"
Pete asked Patrick again.

  "Yes Pete, I have to do this. I know it's too late but I want to fix everything."
Patrick told them. Andy and Joe smiled at him.

  "You're doing the right thing Trick."
Andy told him.

  "I hope so Andy."
He faked a smile.

  "Boys the press are here. Be ready."
Their manager told them.

They all nodded. They will be having a press conference. Patrick is now ready to tell everyone about his secret. He doesn't want to hide anymore. He already lied a lot. Right now, the only thing left, is to make it right. All of it.
This is for you Allie. For us. He thought.

  "Boys, you're up."
Their manager said. They followed her to the conference room.

There's a lot of press, some of their loyal fans was there too. The four of them waved to them as they instructed to sitdown. Pete grab the mic as he spoke

  "Good day everyone. We're glad that you all come here."
Pete started. Some of their fans screamed their names. They just laughed.

  "Okay okay, calm down you overcast kids. You can scream our name later."
Pete joked. All of them laughed on him. Pete handed the mic to Patrick.

  "Thanks Pete."
He said, Pete smiled.
The press started to speak, asking questions simultaneously. Patrick raised his hand.

  "I know you all have a lot of question, but let me speak first, so I can tell you everything."
He said, the press stopped.

  "You all know that our band canceled all of our tours and concerts this past few months and weeks. We went through a lot. There's a lot of things happened, that we all came up to a decision to have a break for a while. A hiatus specifically."
Patrick said.

The crowd went silent, some of the fans started to sobs. They looked to each other. They feel bad saying this sad news. Patrick took a deep breath and speak again.

  "This break is important to us. Especially to my part."
He cleared his throat. Pete rubbed his back and looked at him like he's saying: 'go on, it's gonna be okay.'
He smiled at him.

  "Are you gay Patrick?"
One of the press asked. The press people laughed because of the silly question. So they are.

  "No. I'm not gay, neither of us is gay. Because I'm already married."
He saif. All of the people inside that room gasped on Patrick's revelation.

"Yes, you heard it right. I'm already married and has a son."
He continued.

  "I know that I keep it from you, I'm sorry. I was afraid that it might affect our band career. But I was wrong. I shouldn't hid it. And now, I'm facing my consequences. My wife Allie, left me."
He said.

There is a lump in his throat while telling them the truth. All of the painful memories flashed back. His eyes started to flushed and went red.

  "Why did your wife left you?"
The press asked. Patrick wiped away his tears.

  "I cheated. I cheate on her."
All of them looked at him sympathetically.

  "I let the temptation, fame, and pride took over me. It was all my fault, I know that it's too late. But I'm not losing hope that one day, Allie will forgive me. She and my son is my world. I love them so much, and I want them back. I can't live this world without them. A-allie. Comeback please."
He cant' help it anymore, Patrick burst out on tears. Joe rubbed his back. He stood up and left the room.

  "Excuse me."

The press wanted to follow him but their bodyguards didn't allow them. Patrick walked out. Joe, Andy and Pete, together with their band manager are the one who continued the presscon. But their manager told them to follow Patrick and make sure that he will not hurt himself again.

The three of them followed. They looked for Patrick. They went to the dressing room but he's not in there.

  "Let's check the parking lot."
Joe suggested. They run to the parking lot. Joe's right, he was there, sitting across the lot, crying again.

  "Trick."
Pete helped him to stood up

  "I don't know how long the pain will torture me Pete."
Patrick sobs on Pete's shoulder.

  "Hush now Trick."
He rubbed his back.

  "I want Allie and Declan back."

  "We know man. And we hate seeing you like this."
Pete told him

  "Patrick, you have to be strong if you want to find Allie and Declan. Don't let that loneliness eat you alive. We're still here for you."
Andy said.

  "But it's too--"
He didn't finish what he wants to say because Andy cut it out.

  "Patrick you're still here. Breathing. Stop saying it's too late. This is your second chance, don't waste it. You can make this right. You said that you're not losing hope, then do it. Don't lose hope. But for now, you have to fix yourself."
Andy told him. Joe and Pete agreed on Andy's wise words.

  "Fix yourself before you fix everything."
Andy added.

Because of what his friend said to him, Patrick's heart is filled with hopes again.

They right, I could be dead right now, but fortunately, I'm not. Because there is a reason why Im still alive, and that is to make things right.
He thought.
The three of them throw a warm hug on Patrick.

He still lucky because he has friend like them, that treat him like a brother. A brother from another womb.

A/N: i feel terrible while writing this chapter. Oh crap! Patrick is crying too much. :((
