This story is taking place in a world that when you're born there is half of a song written on your arm that only you and your soulmate know. Once you meet and fall in love with your soulmate the full song will appear on your arm. Nobody else can see your song, even if you've met your soulmate. Most people share their song with the world, but some don't.
