Well, I think it's obvious, don't you? It was definitely Harry. It had to be. He was too "nice" and "sweet" to be real. It's all a facade man! My thought is that he was screwing some other slut and she found out. It must have had something to do with his reputation in town. So when she confronted him about it at the party... *Boom.* Dead.

Dylan O'Brien (Age 17, Junior at Crystal View High)

Suicide I tell you. Abigail was that type of girl, you know, an attention whore. She would have googled some elaborate way of killing herself and all making it look like someone else's mess. Obviously, something wasn't going her way in town, right? So then she decides "why to be popular in life when you can be eternally popular in death." That's my theory anyway. Believe what you want but I think we are all just falling for another one Abby's notorious little tricks. Well, I hate to break it to you, but the jokes still on us. Always will be when it comes down to a Smith.

Katherine Libby (Age 18, Senior at Crystal View High)

You know, when push comes to shove, it's always the boyfriend in the end, eh? Now, I don't want to throw a single one of my students under the bus or anything but... the kid has gotten into lots of trouble before. Who says he wouldn't do something like this?

Jonathan Hancock (Age 46, Principal at Crystal View High)

Well you see, I don't think it's someone local. And if it is, well then, we have something bigger on our hands. Have you ever watched any horror movies? You know, the ones where it is always the boyfriend or the best friend who did it? I hope it's not that case. I hope someone actually had a good classic motive for doing something like this. Hm? Oh, God no. I don't think Harry could do something like this. He's a nice guy, really. He sticks up for us little guys at school. I would be shocked if he did something like this. Like, he really loved her... but I don't know if I can say the same vice versa. 

Nathan Daniels (Age 16, Junior at Crystal View High/Writer for The Daily Crystal)

SHE DIED IN MY FUCKING POOL! I don't care fucking did it, Sheriff! All I care is that the bastard is found so I can have my fucking house back! Like come on man, don't take away a guys house. Okay yeah, some chick died, boo hoo. But I want my fucking mansion of a house back. What am I without looking like I live the luxurious life!

Jonas Joffery (Age 17, Junior at Crystal View High)

Um... I don't really know what to say. Do I like, blame it on someone? 'Cause I have no clue what's going on here. Hm? Oh, no I'm not nervous or anything, rather confused. I just don't know what you want me to say. Abby and I have been best of friends since the second grade. We did everything together... That is until she started dating Harry. But I have nothing against Harry! He was really good for her... It's just... I thought... I'm sorry I can't do this, can I leave?

Alexandria Montgomery (Age 16, Junior at Crystal View High)

You know, Abigail and Harry would come into the convenient store a lot together. I used to see them giggling while buying their gum. It was cute. But then one day, it all just stopped. Harry would reach for her hand and she would snatch it away. Gum became beef jerky. Giggling became cutting words. It was like a light switch, the happiness turned off so fast. 

Danny Goodman (Age 52, Convenience store clerk)

All I'm saying is that if it turns out to be Harry... I hope you guys put him in the electric chair.

Annika Locus (15, Sophmore at Crystal View High)

Are we still not addressing the obvious?! Alex did it! She has always been a messed up kid. She was the town psychologists' daughter. That spells psycho right out for ya. Plus, she was always jealous of what Abby had. She got the boy, she got the body, she got the looks, she got the boobs! Oh... I guess the proper tense now is had... Oops. What I'm trying to get at here is that Alex would have done it for some sick revenge. Ask Ella Barns, she has the exact theory I do! That's where I originally heard it from.

Lily Taylor (Age 17, Senior at Crystal View High)

Are you fucking serious!? Are people blaming the murder on me? Sheriff, you got to see the truth behind all of this, I loved her! I would have done anything to protect her. God! If only it was me in that pool that night. I go over the events again and again in my mind, trying to find a hint as to how it happened and who could have done it. Almost everyone I knew from school was at that party. How the hell do you idiots plan to solve it? Because blaming me for my girlfriend's murder is the farthest thing from receiving the justice her and her family deserve.

Harry Von-Nelson (Age 17, Junior at Crystal View High)

Well, I don't think it's Harry. At the beginning of the year, a lot of guys would push me around. They would push me into lockers and call me "Peg Leg" because of my prosthetic leg. Anyways, after going through that for a while, Harry came to my rescue and beat the crap out of the guys. He's kind of my hero, to be honest. I don't think Harry is capable of doing something this terrible. Especially to his own girlfriend. 

Arthur Taak (Age 14, Freshman at Crystal View High)

Yeah, that's right, I think Alex did her in. I also think Alex is gay and had a complete crush on Abby. Wouldn't that be a hoot! "Alex M. killed her best friend because she was a closeted lesbian and knew she would never be accepted by her one true love"; write this shit down Sheriff. Come on man, write it down, 'cause this will be the header of our newspaper one day. And Alexandria Montogomery will be locked behind bars, just like where her father belonged.

Ella Barns (Age 18, Senior at Crystal View High)
