Mark began ignoring me as he write to Jack. I let out a huff but decided the beat way to pass the time it to talk to my true love.

Minx's POV
I heard a nock at the door and knew the police were here. I quickly looked through the window, seeing that it was,  before opening the door.

"Evening officers," I said in a calm voice. The male officer nodded his head and his partner gave me a small smile.

"We are here to ask about the kidnapping and hospitalization (that's an actual word?... Nice) of Sean McLoughlin. Can we ask you some questions about it and is Sean available to talk to as well?" The female officer asked as the male talked into a walkie talkie. I nodded and let them inside.

"Ja- Sean should be upstairs in room. But he prefers to be called Jack. He's more comfortable with it," I explained as I led the female officer to the stairs.

"He's the door at the end of the hall. He should be inside," I said. She nodded and headed up the stairs. Once she was inside, I went to the living room and the male officer followed.

I explained everything I knew to the officer and he left to his car. The female officer soon cane down the stairs and talked to her partner.

"Minx?"

I turned around when I heard Jack's faint voice. He had tear stains on his face and looked slightly paler than usual. I quickly rushed to his side and pulled him into a hug.

"It's okay, they'll help us get out of this," I tried assuring him but he didn't seem to believe me. He just silently nodded and couch (or sofa).

I sighed and sat next to him as we silently waited for the police to return and tell us what they were going to do. I could easily tell how tense Jack was next to me.

"Alright...," the male officer started but was cut off by the honking of a car. He turned to the direction but the wall next to him caved in and the car smashed through the wall, hitting the officer.

Once realization kicked it I let out a high pitched scream. The driver of the vehicle was the one and only, Aaron. His head rested on the steering wheel and he looked lifeless.

The female officer lay on the floor next to the car, her foot caught under the wheel. The male officer however was pinned in between the front of the car and the wall. He didn't appear to be breathing.

I looked at Jack next to me and saw that he was in complete shock. Then I realized he wasn't breathing properly.

"J-jack, look at me. Its going to be okay, I'll call an ambulance. We're going to be okay," I reassured him as I searched my pockets for my phone. Then I remembered I left it on the kitchen bench.

The car was blocking my path though. I'll have to climb over it to get to the kitchen. I took a deep shaky breath and looked at Jack.

"Look, I have to get my phone. It's in the kitchen though. Will you be able to help the female officer while I get it? Just try to free her foot," I said to Jack. He looked uncertainly at the officer before nodding. 

I helped him over to the officer, who was already trying to get free. She looked at us with a painful look but relaxer slightly when she noticed we were there to help.

"My radio is broken, one of you two need to call an ambulance," she said desperately. I nodded.

"We know, my phone is in the kitchen though. I have to climb over the car to get to it. It means some pressure might be made on your leg but I'll try to be quick," I informed her. She nodded but also wanted to object.

I quickly stop up and wen to the front of the car, so there wouldn't be too much pressure made on the trapped female. I carefully claimed on to the bonnet and began to crawl across. I had to avoid touching the remains of the male officer and look through the cracked windscreen or I might throw up.

Ad I neared the middle I dared looking at Aaron. I regretted it instantly though. He was no longer in the vehicle.

"Jack?" I called out cautiously, looking around. He responded quietly as he stood up to hear me better.

"What is it? Are you stuck?" He asked, his voice shaky and worried. I shook my head no.

"A...Aaron isn't in the car anymore," I whispered. His eyes widened and he frantically searched the room.

"W-where could he have gone?" He asked, return I g his gaze to me. I noticed the passenger door was open.

"This door is open, he must be on this side, get the officer free and take her outside. I'll get my phone and meet you outside," I said sternly.

"But what if he hurts you?" Jack objected. "I don't want you getting hurt because of me." I gave him a weak smile.

"I'll be okay Jack. Don't worry," I said before quickly climbing the rest if the way over and running into the Kitchen. Now where did I put my phone?

I frantically searched the kitchen. I couldn't find it anywhere. Where did it go?

"Looking for this?" I heard a voice call behind me. Aaron's voice. I hesitantly spun around but immediately regretted it when i felt a sharp pain in my head and everything went black.
