~Elizabeth's Pov~ 

Diane and I were walking ahead as she was showing me around Liones. I had noticed many people looked not far behind us in utter shock. Meliodas was walking with the others, Gilthunder and Margaret being with them. Meliodas was known very well in the Human Clan. Many seemed to be in utter fear. Though I wanted to say something, Diane kept distracting me with her tour. Elaine soon joining us up at the front. I couldn't stop smiling as Diane was giving out jokes and small stories of the Sins times in Liones.

Many about Ban getting Elaine to giggle and laugh. The others soon being pulled back due to the people of the town. This caused Diane to grab my hand and run ahead, I was in shock, Elaine following us by her flying. Diane had taken us to the shopping centre of the town. Elaine and I were looking around amazed. I had been only in small towns for so long. I hadn't seen shops so big and different range in so long. Everything was so much different from Camelot. It was impressive to see how different the Kingdoms were.

Though Camelot was a Kingdom filled with all races together, this Kingdom was filled with Humans. I was unable to sense anyone being different other than members of the Seven Deadly Sins. As we went through shops, I hadn't been shopping with other girls in such a long time. Elaine also being into it much as Diane. The two was mostly looking for outfits for me more than anything. I only laughed slightly as it wasn't long until we ran into the others. The guys being forced to carry the bags by Diane.

Most of the day was going around shopping, eating at places, hearing stories and jokes. It was nice. Near the end of it, I ended up alone with Meliodas walking through some marketplaces. "So what are your thoughts on Diane shopping spree?" Meliodas joked causing me to laugh as he was holding my hand, keeping me close to him. I thanked him for letting us go shopping. I knew him. He would've hated it when Diane ran off with me. I knew he would've been worried and upset. "Anything to make you smile" he whispered in my ear.

I felt my face burn up ever so slightly. That was when a necklace caught my eye on a nearby market stall. Meliodas noticed letting us stop as I had a look. The necklace was a golden chain with golden Goddess wings. A set of four wings being on there. The feather details were a lighter gold than the normal shade it was in. I wasn't sure why it caught my eye. Normally things like this I hated with a passion. "May we buy the Goddess wing necklace?" Meliodas asked the old woman owning the stall. 

I felt my face burn up slightly more as the old woman nodded getting the necklace off a small display giving it to Meliodas as he paid her with a silver coin, telling her to keep any change. He soon took me off to a building side street to where he put the necklace around my neck. "Y-you didn't have to buy me this" I spoke as he pinned me at the wall smirking. I bit my bottom lip as Meliodas had his head close to mine. He chuckled a hand going to my waist. "I said anything to make you smile Elizabeth, I saw you liked the design" he whispered as I moved my hands onto his cheeks fast, pulling him into a kiss.

He kissed back right away, pulling my waist onto his. He deepened the kiss as we were getting into the kiss more and more by the second. It starting to get rougher toward the end as Meliodas soon pulled away. Both of us out of breath, lust in our eyes. "We still have that dinner with King Bartra" Meliodas mumbled sounding annoying as my hands went onto his shoulders. Our faces still so close to each other. Both of us able to feel the other's breath. "I love you" I whispered fast getting Meliodas to smile more.

"I love you too" he whispered back as we were about to get into a second kiss until we heard a fake cough next to us. This caused us to turn our heads to see Elaine and Ban standing there. Ban smirking while Elaine was blushing slightly. "Captain, gotta control ya self" Ban sang to only to get Meliodas to glare at him. I was calming down my breathing as my cheeks were burning up fast. "W-we should head to the castle" Elaine spoke before pointing out it was near sundown. Meliodas rolled his eyes moving, freeing me from the wall.

I held back a pout as I was getting really into it. I stood up trying to calm myself as Meliodas soon pulled me close to him, his arm around me. "Just wait until after dinner...I'll make you scream my name" Meliodas whispered in my ear as my face burnt up badly like early in seconds. I bit my bottom lip hard as I heard Meliodas chuckle. He soon agreed to go as it wasn't long until we started walking, heading toward the giant castle in the centre of the castle town. The design showed it was an old Kingdom.

From my memory, Liones was built not long after I and Meliodas were cursed so long ago. While walking we passed many buildings, each different from the other. Many very old while some looked very new. "Liones is still growing I see" Meliodas spoke as Ban was agreeing and soon stating he hadn't been here since the final battle with the Demon King. Once at the castle gates we had met with everyone else. "Father will be glad to see you. Sir Meliodas" Margaret spoke smiling but there was utter sadness in her voice and eyes.

"What's wrong?" Diane soon asked worried along with Arthur as Margaret had gotten the gates to open. Gilthunder moved forward placing a hand on her shoulder. "King Bartra is very sick, we believe poisoned by the Goddess Clan" Gilthunder explained as I saw Meliodas's eyes widen in worry. Meliodas told me about King Bartra. That he was a king and caring king. That he and Meliodas were very close. I soon moved forward. "Take me to him right away" I spoke confusing and shocking Gilthunder, Margaret and the guards listening.

"Sis-Sis has powerful healing abilities, poison or sickness, she is the best shot at saving him" Merlin soon explained, backing me up right away. Meliodas soon agreeing. Margaret was soon begging me to save her father, tears going down her cheeks. "I will try, please, take me to him fast" I spoke in reply, she nodded and took me straight to the castle. Everyone we walked past in utter shock to see Meliodas. No one stopped to explain, we kept going. Margaret soon explained no many people were allowed in her father's room.

"Meliodas, myself, Sis-Sis and yourself should come to Princess" Merlin spoke as everyone agreed. Meliodas, myself, Merlin and Margaret then headed through giant blue double doors with golden markings on them. Once through they closed themselves. I had an off-putting feeling. Something was bugging and pulling at me. I was looking around everywhere on guard, Meliodas catching my actions right away. "Elizabeth?" Meliodas asked worried as I noticed a female next to the bed. 

She had a tomboyish appearance, short light violet hair and a slim build. She wears a breast binder, stylish pink fur coat, a Knight-styled attire, a belt and a pair of long boots. On her back a sword in a scab. Her brown eyes landing on all of us. They widened as Margaret informed her we were here to save their father. Margaret had a sister? I needed to learn more about today's Kingdoms and the royal families. "Meliodas...something is wrong here, please keep on guard" I whispered as he nodded.

I moved toward the bed with Merlin. "Veronica please, trust them" Margaret was begging her sister. It was easy to see the sister was scared and worried. Merlin offered me to blast Veronica out of the way. I only sighed. I moved to the side of the bed to see an elderly man. He had a long white hair and groomed beard and neatly brushed hair. He was wearing a typical king's cloak accessorized with fur on the shoulders and hemline. He also wears a pair of armlets and a few rings. His eyes closed as he had sweat on his face.

He didn't look good. "S-Sir Meliodas?" Veronica asked in shock, stuttering at first as Meliodas gave his normal 'yo' as Merlin asked if I could tell if it was poison or sickness affecting the King. I moved a hand over his head, floating just above it as I felt my Goddess powers rush through me. Veronica soon shouted that I was a Goddess in worry as Meliodas was soon explaining that I was his wife and even cut off my own wings to prove I wasn't in the Goddess Clan any longer. Margaret and Veronica both in shock hearing about my wings.

I did cut them off once long ago. They only grew back after being alive so long so I just used a spell to remove them. A white glow came from my hand as information about the king and his health was rushing through my head. "It's a mix of both. He had a sickness that blended and evolved into the poison. He doesn't have much time left..." I soon explained worrying the two princesses. Meliodas was asking if he could be saved, he knew I couldn't always save everyone. I tried and most of the time was successful, though there are rare moments I can't.

Normally it was forced that I couldn't. I was too busy fighting to heal them in time and much more problems at times. Meliodas was looking around. "What is more worry is the fact the Goddess placed a sickness on him while the Demons poisoned him" I soon spoke getting everyone to stare at me in shock. I sweat dropped slightly trying to think of a safe way to help him. Demon and Goddess attack fusioning together was a worrying and deadly thing. The way to normally heal this problem was deadly alone. 

"Why would the Demon Clan poison him?" Merlin soon asked as Meliodas was thinking. This wasn't a normal Demon posion. As I looked more into what type of poison was used, the more worrying the facts started to grow. "Someone in Liones poisoned him to show loyalty to the Demon Clan. It's one of the old traditional poison" I soon spoke turning my head to look at Meliodas. His hands turned into a fist as I saw rage building up in his eyes. Pissing him off was signing a death wish, everyone knew that. 

It was a known fact throughout all the lifetimes we had together. He saw King Bartra a friend. I knew he would want to find out who did this. "You're saying someone betrayed us?" Veronica asked in utter fear as I nodded. Merlin was saying how it was 'highly possible' with what was going on. It was a worrying fact and thought. The glow died down as my powers were still highly active. "Saving him will need a lot of power" I soon informed Meliodas who was soon struggling to agree with me doing it.

I had a bad feeling my backlash would come about with this. Dealing with Goddesses and Demons in one's body is a lot harder than what I did with Elaine. "While I am in the room I can power you though we will need at least one more person to give enough power so you don't get badly hurt Sis-Sis" Merlin spoke as Meliodas knew he needed to be on guard doing this. I was trying to think. Merlin was the perfect choice for her being bonded and powering me many times before in the past.

She knew my magic and ability types meaning she didn't get much backlash herself. "Princess Margaret, I ask if you can allow Gowther into the room" I soon spoke shocking Meliodas and Merlin. Gowther was a puppet who struggle to feel emotions or pain but yet he cared for Liones. He had a connection here and was powerful when comes to mental abilities. Being alive for so long, sensing one's race and being was a normal thing. "I shall go get him now" Margaret replied rushing to the doors. 

Merlin asked why picking him and not Escanor. "Though Escanor is very powerful he has Sunshine an ability I help create. It would harm King Bartra more than help heal him" I soon explained as Merlin nodded in thought. She was trying to fully understand my thoughts. She always like understanding and knowing everything. "Y-you really will save him?" Veronica asked in fear of me. With how the Goddesses were attacking Liones, I didn't blame her for doing so. I only smiled toward her. 

"Meliodas cares for King Bartra so I will help in any way I can. As long as Meliodas wishes for it to happen" I answered shocking Merlin and Veronica as I heard Meliodas chuckle. He soon informed me he wouldn't let anyone inturupt the spell. I nodded as Margaret returned with Gowther who was asking what was needed to save the king. He cared for King Bartra and Liones for a reason I understood far too well...
