Two months later
Slowly the family was coming into terms with what all had happened. Somewhere they realized they cannot remain stuck to the past happenings and with Gayu and Naira pregnant they thought it was important to remain happy so that they both remain happy and healthy. Naira had just entered into fourth month of her pregnancy whereas Gayu was five and a half months pregnant. Trisha had left to Dehradun post the academy's event. Akhilesh  Chachu and Surekha Chachi were staying in the village helping poor old people as a penance for what their kids had done. The family tried to stop them but somewhere their guilt couldn't stop them. Post that the family felt if they found peace somewhere by doing this then it was best for them.

Naira was busy making chocolate milkshake for the three kids of the house-Vansh, kairav and the baby in her tummy. Kartik came in the kitchen to drink water. He saw Naira was busy doing her work. He just couldn't stop adoring her.

Kartik- (self talk) Hayeeee meri Naira har din aur bhi jyada beautiful hoti jarahi hai. Thoda sa weight gain bhi hogaya hai. I like this chubby Naira.

He went towards her and hugged her from back. She gets startled.

Naira- Kya hai kartik dara dia tumne.

Kartik- Meri sherni kabhi kisi se darti hai?

Naira- Dari nahi thi bas thoda chaunk gayi thi busy thi na mai isliye.

Kartik- Waise motu kya bana rahi ho?

Naira- Excuse mi mai motu hun toh tum bhi hathi jaise ho gaye ho

Kartik- Mai toh mazak kar raha tha. Sholly

He said holding his ears. Naira couldn't resist his cuteness and kissed his cheeks. He too kisses her chubby cheeks.

Naira- It's okay.

Kartik- Waise tumne bataya nahi kya banana rahi ho?

Naira- Chocolate milkshake

Kartik- Naira mujhe keh dia hota na. Tumhe rest karna chahiye tha.

Naira- Mai kahan kuch karti hun kartik. Ghar mai maa, dadi kuch kam nahi karne dete. Aaj kairav ko apni mumma ke haath ka hi milkshake peena tha toh maine socha aaj bana leti hun.

Kartik- Okay par dhyan se.

Naira- Gayu di aur Samarath Chachu kahan hai kartik subeh breakfast ke waqt bhi nazar nahi aye.

Kartik- Shayad Gayu ka checkup hoga isliye gaye honge ya koi aur kam hoga

Naira- Hmm

Kartik had not told Naira about the tension between Gayu and Samarth. He did not want her to be stressed. Lately Samarth and Gayu had started remaining aloof with Kartik and Naira. Kartik had noticed it but somewhere decided to ignore it as he did not want Naira to be affected in any way.

Naira- Chalo ban gaya chocolate milkshake. Kartik bacchon ko bula lo na please.

Kartik- Haa

Kartik called the kids. They came.

Kairav- Wow mumma bohot yummy hai.

Vansh-Haa Naira Masi bohot tasty hai.

The kids finished the milkshake and rushed to their room to play.

Kartik- Naira mera milkshake?

Naira- Sorry kartik maine sirf three glasses hi banaya they

Kartik took empty glass from Naira's hand. There was a lipstick mark. He drank the leftover drops from that side of the glass. Naira blushed seeing this. Just then Dadi and Swarna- arrived from temple.

Dadi-Accha hua Naira tum yahin ho aaj mandir se panditji ne Raksha dhaga dia hai. Tum yahin ho toh abhi bandh dete hai Gayu ko baad mai bandh lenege.

She tied the dhaga on Naira's wrist.

Dadi-Bhagwan tumhe aur tumhare bacche ko acchi sehat de.

Kartik- Yeh kya Dadi sara aashirvad sirf baby ki mumma ko papa ka kya?

Dadi-Badmash

Swarna- Kartik aaj Naira ki appointment thi na?

Kartik- Haa maa subeh thi isliye mai ghar se hi kam kar raha tha par hospital se phone aya ki subeh unhe achanak ek emergency case aya isliye humari appointment aaj nahi kal hai.

Naira- Toh fir Gayu di bhi doctor ke pass toh nahi gayi hongi kyunki humari same gynaec hai. Toh kahan gayi?

Dadi- Gayu ghar par nahi hai?

Naira- Nahi dadi

Dadi-Swarna Gayu se kehna hoga is halat mai jyada ghume phire nahi

Swarna- Maaji jaroor koi jaroori kam raha hoga warna  aise wo jaate nahi.

Dadi- Hmm. Swarna hum  chal kar laddoo bana  lete hai khatam hone arahe hai

Kartik- Khatam ho gaye

Dadi- Subeh humne dekha tha paanch laddoo bache they

Kartik- Wo do Naira ne khaye aur....

Dadi- Aur baki teen tum kya gaye haina(twisting his ear)

Kartik- Kya karu Dadi itne yummy they ki khudko rok nahi paya. Issbar thoda jyada banana laddoo.

Naira- Isliye soch rahi thi tum itne motu kaise ho rahe ho

Kartik- Excuse me usse motu nahi healthy hona kehte hai

Swarna and Dadi laughed.

Kartik- Naira tumne dawai li?

Naira- Bhul gayi.

Kartik- Pata tha mujhe. Dadi laddoo mai issbar badam  jyada daliyega yaadash strong hojayegi kisiki.

Naira-(hitting him) Accha

They both went to their room.

Dadi- Thu thu thu kisi ki nazar na lage in dono ko

Swarna- Ji maaji itna sab kuch hone ke baad inhone ghar ko bohot sambhala hai. Bhagwaan dono ko khush rakhe.

Both joined hands and prayed to God.
