After some time Naira woke up and the first name she called was “Kairav”. For a mother even a small scratch on their kid makes her so worried.  And here her kid was missing and she felt helpless as she couldn't do anything. She again called Kartik with a hope that he would pick her call. Kartik’s phone rang again with Naira’s number. All these times he had somehow avoided answering her call as he knew he can’t stand his Naira's helpless cries for their child.

Naksh-Kartik tumhara phone baj raha hai uthao.

Kartik- Naira ka call hai Naksh. Samajh nahi aa raha kis muh se phone uthau aur kya kahunga mai usse jab woh puchegi ki Kairav mila ya nahi?

Naksh stopped the car. By that time the call had stopped ringing.

Naksh-(keeping his hand on Kartik’s shoulder) Kartik tum aise phone avoid karoge toh tumhe kya lagta hai Naira shant reh payegi. Usse iss cheez ki jyada tension hogi. Mujhe lagta hai tumhe ek baar usse call karke baat kar leni chahiye. 

Kartik-Shayad tum theek keh rahe ho. Agar mai usse avoid karunga toh kahin wo aur pareshan na hojaye or jyada strss lene se uski health par bhi asar ho sakta hai. Mai abhi usse call karta hun.

Naksh-Theek hai tum baat karlo tab tak mai uss shop mai puchkar atta hun.

Naksh went outside, giving Kartik space to talk with Naira openly. Kartik dialled Naira’s number. And she picked the call in the first ring itself.

Naira- Kartik Kairav mila? Bolo na wo mil gaya na? Jaroor shaitani chal rahi hogi uski. Usse kehna ghar aye mumma aisi daant lagaegi na. Aur mai tumse bhi gussa hun Kartik maine kitne calls kiye tumne call kyun nahi uthaya? Kahin Papa-bete ne milkar mujhe surprise deneka toh nahi socha na?

Kartik-Naira Kairav nahi mila abtak

Naira-Tum jhooth bol rahe ho na? Prank kar rahe ho na Kairav ke saath milkar

Kartik- Nahi Naira please shant ho jao. Kairav ka ab tak koi pata nahi chala. Mai aur Naksh  abhi bhi usse dhundh rahe hai. Papa-Chachu police mai inform karne gaye hai. Maine parents ke whatsapp group par bhi pucha ki kahin Vansh-Kairav kisi bacche ke ghar toh nahi chale gaye. Par unka jawab bhi na hi aya. I am sorry Naira mai ek accha Papa nahi ban paya (he started crying).

Naira-(crying) Kartik please ro mat. Tum kamzor mat pado. Pata hai Kartik jab mai Goa mai rehti thi Kairav ke saath aur usse dheere dheere bolna aya tha tab uska pehla shabd “Papa” tha.. Wo jaise jaise bada ho raha tha waise waise apne Papa ke baare mai aur jyada baatein karta tha kis Papa mission pe se aayenge mai yeh karuga woh karunga. Papa ka favourite food kya hai? Papa superhero hai? Papa yeh Papa woh. Bas tumhari baatein. Aur tum khud ko bura Papa  bol rahe ho. Aisa bilkul nahi hai Kartik. Tum world ke best Papa ho.Ahhh.

Naira winced as she felt the baby’s kick.

Kartik-Tum theek ho Naira?

Naira-Haa mai theek hun. Humara baby bhi yahi kehna chahta hai ki tum best Papa ho isliye kick kar raha hai.

Kartik smiled a little. He felt better speaking to Naira.

Kartik-Naira tum chinta mat karo mai Vansh-Kairav ko kuch nahi hone dunga. Tum bas apna khyal rakhna aur humare chotu ka. Jyada stress mat lena.

Naira- Theek hai Kartik. Par please agar koi bhi baat pata chale Vansh-Kairav ke baare mai toh mujhe inform karna. 

Kartik- Haa theek hai. Take care.

He kept the phone. Meanwhile Naksh came back.

Naksh-Naira se baat ho gayi? Woh aur Gayu theek hai na?

Kartik-Haa. Tum batao kuch pata chala bachchon ka?

Naksh shook his head in a no. Kartik meanwhile again messaged his private detective for any update regarding the kids but got the same response that he was still looking for clues. In the Goenka house the atmosphere was very tense. Surekha was trying to make Gayu drink some juice but she wasn’t having anything. Naira came downstairs along with Swarna and saw this. She went towards Gayu. Gayu looked at her.

Gayu- Naira kuch pata chala Kartik ka koi call aya?

Naira- Kartik se baat hui meri par abhi bhi kuch nahi pata chala. Papa aur Akhilesh chachu police ko inform karne gaye hai.

Gayu- Pata nahi kaise honge bachche. Kis halat mai honge. Kahin kuch galat……

Naira- Nahi Gayu di please kuch galat nahi hoga humare bachchon ke saath

Naira took the juice glass from Surekha’s hand.

Naira-Gayu di please juice pi lijiye.

Gayu- Nahi Naira wahan mera Vansh pata nahi kis halat mai hai mai kaise kuch kha lu?

Naira- Gayu di mai janti hun par iss waqt aapko iss juice ki jaroorat hai. Aapke ek bachche ke liye aap dusre bachche ko toh takleef nahi de sakti na. Kamse kam uss ke liye toh juice pi lijiye.

Devyani- Naira bilkul sahi keh rahi hai aise samay mai har thode samay mai kuch khana bohot jaroori hai.

Gayu finally drank the juice. Samarth had gone to search for kids as he did not want Gayu to take much tension. Their staff member came with a letter. 

Staff-Madam yeh ghar ke bahar se mila

Naira took the letter. 

Swarna-Naira kya likha hai?

Naira- Khel toh bass abhi shuru hua hai. Aage aage dekho hota hai kya.

Along with the letter there was a photo of Vansh and Kairav in an unconscious state in a dark room. Looking at that the letter fell from her hands. Gayu and the rest of the family saw that and they also got shocked. Naira immediately called Kartik.

Naira-(crying)Kartik please jaldi ghar aao

Kartik- Naira hua kya hai? 

Naira-(in a weak voice)Please ghar aao

Kartik immediately asked Naksh to drive back home. He informed Manish and Akhilesh as well to return back home. As soon as Kartik came Naira rushed towards him and started crying profusely.

Kartik-(caressing her hair)Naira ssshh shant ho jao. 

Naira-(crying) Kartikk.. Wo letter humara Kairav…

Kartik- Letter? 

Swarna showed him the letter and the photo. Looking at the picture he felt so helpless as a father and a brother. Suddenly anger engulfed him.

Kartik- Bas bohot hua. Ek baar yeh insaan ka pata chal jaye nahi chodunga isse mai. Mere bachche ko haath lagane ki himmat ki usne. Iss baar uski khair nahi.

This was a father’s anger for the pain caused to his kid. This was a husband’s anger to see his wife crying. He couldn’t bear anyone trying to hurt the two most precious people of his life. Kartik had made up his mind he would do anything to bring back both the kids safely.
