Gayu was given discharge after sometime and all four came back to Goenka house. Naira was feeling dizzy. After all she was empty stomach since morning and Gayu's hospitalisation had added to her weakness.

Naira- Kartik mujhe weakness ho rahi hai

Kartik- Kya?Oh God mai kaise bhul gaya subah se kuch khaya bhi nahi tumne. Tum pehle room mai chalo mai tumhare liye kuch light khana banna deta hun.

He looks at Naira who was sitting on sofa. She signals him to tell the family

Kartik- Aap sab ke liye ek bohot accha khabar hai. Kuch din pehle Gayu ne him sabko ek bohot acchi khabar sunai thi ki humare ghar par baby araha hai. Par aab ghar mai ek nahi balki do baby arahe hai

Kartik- Matlab ki mendhak aur sherni ki life mai already ek tadpole toh hai aab ek aur baby aanewala/wali hai jo humari family ko pura karega

Everyone gets super happy listening to this. Dadi's happiness knew no bounds today. Manish hugs Kartik

Dadi- Khush raho hum  toh aaj bohot khush hai. Humare Kittu ki ek aur santan. Bhagwan tum dono ko khush rakhe.

Meanwhile kids came back  from school.

Kairav- Aap sab itne happy happy kyun hai?

Manish-Kyunki beta happy hone wali baat hi hai

Kairav- Kya?

Kartik- Oye chotu tadpole yahan aao

Kartik makes kairav sit on his lap.

Kartik- Kuch din pehle aapne humse ek wish mangi  thi. Yaad hai aapko?

Kairav- Haa chotu baby wali

Kartik- Yes aur aapko pata hai ki aapki  yeh wish puri ho gayi hai

Kairav- Kaise?

Kartik- Aapki  mumma ki tummy mai chotu baby hai

Kairav- Sach mumma

Naira- Haa baby sach mai. Bhagwanji ne aapki wish puri kar di

Kairav- Yaaaayyyy Thank you mumma-papa. Dekhna Vansh bhaiya aab mai bhi big bro banunga wo bhi bohot cool

Kairav- Chalo Vansh bhaiya hum God ko Thank you bolkar aate hai

Kartik took Naira to room and made her sit on bed and offered her water.

Kartik- Aab kaise feel ho raha hai? Abhi bhi chakkar arahe hai? Doctor ko phone karu kya?

Naira- Mai bilkul theek hun kartik. Itne panic kyun ho rahe ho?

Kartik- Naira tumhari tabiyat se jyada kuch important nahi hai mere liye. Tum theek raho  toh sab thik hai mere liye.

Naira-I love you

Kartik- I love you too. Naira hume  doctor se bhi milna hai. Aaj shamki appointment le lu?

Naira- Haa kartik lelo appointment.

Kartik went to talk to the doctor. After sometime he returned with Naira's food only to see her fast asleep

Kartik- (self talks) Kitni cute lag rahi hai sote hue. Man to kar raha hai aise hi dekhta rahu. Nahi control kartik. Abhi usse jagana padega.

He tries to wake her.

Kartik- Naira utho utho. Oh God yeh kumbhkaran ki maharani uth hi nahi rahi. Naira utho utho utho

Naira- Sone do na

Kartik- Pehle kuch khalo please fir so jana

She finally gets up. Both feed each other. After sometime they leave to meet the doctor

Kartik- Doctor Naira aur baby dono theek haina? Koi complications toh nahi hai na?

Doctor- Nothing to work Mr Goenka baby and mother both are fine. Naira tumhe Maine vitamins diye hai wo  time se lena

Naira- Ji doctor

While returning back home Naira notices ice cream shop.

Naira-(screams)Kartik car roko

He stops the car.

Kartik- Naira tum theek ho. Baby theek hai

Naira- Hum dono theek hai kartik. Mujhe ice cream khani hai

Kartik- Bilkul nahi bahar thand hai

Naira- Tum nahi khilaoge ice cream mujhe. Baby ki wish puri nahi karoge?

Kartik- Dekho mujhe emotional blackmail mat karo

Naira- Theek hai mat karo wish puri. Par tum kya jano ek pregnant aurat  ki wish ke baare mai. Kitna kuch sehna padta hai. Kitne changes hote hai. Par tum to samjoge nahi

Kartik- Haa samajh gaya mai abhi lekar aata hun. Kaunsa flavor?

Naira- Chocolate chip.

Kartik goes to get ice cream.

Naira-(to baby) Dekha baby kaise  papa ko ullu banaya. Acchi acting ki na Mumma ne. Aab aap ice cream enjoy karo

Kartik comes back with ice cream

Kartik- Yeh lo madam

Naira starts enjoying her ice cream spoiling her face. Kartik just adores her.

Naira- Tum apne liye nahi laye?

Kartik- Kisne kahan?

He leans towards her. There was ice cream near the corner of her lips. He licks that

Kartik- Mera wala ice cream tumhare wale se better hai

Naira blushes. After sometime they return home and sleep peacefully after the entire day's event.
