Next few days Kartik was super busy in his work. Thanks to the new project. Kartik was trying his best to crack this deal. Because of that he was not able to spend much time with Naira and Kairav. But Naira did not complain as she knew this deal was very important for Kartik. Presently Naira was feeding kairav.

Naira- Baby papa ajayeenge aap kha lo khana

Kairav-Papa one week se nahi mile mumma mujhe. Mai aaj unke bina nahi khaunga.

Naira- Kairav zid nahi karte aapko mumma ne bataya tha na papa bohot busy hai apne kam mai.

Dadi- Bichara baccha kitne dinon se kartik se nahi mil paraha.Ek toh Kittu subeh jaldi chala jata hai aur deri se laut ta hai.

Manish-Maa project bhi bohot important hai na.

Naira- Chalo dekho aap khana finish nahi karoge na toh aapke tummy ke monsters na jor se awaj karne lagenge.

Kairav-Really mumma

Naira- Haa aur nahi toh kya chalo muh kholo

She somehow managed to feed him food by keeping him engrossed in talks. Post that she had her food. Kartik had strictly warned her against waiting for him and starving herself because there was no fixed time he used to return home.

Naira- Papa kartik ka koi phone aya tha kya?

Manish-Nahi beta kyun kya hua?

Naira- Pata nahi papa kafi deri ho gayi aur wo generally nikalte time pe phone karta hai aaj wo bhi nahi kia.

Manish-Accha shayad office mai hi ho. Mai manager sahab ko phone karta hun.

Manish called the manager to ask about Kartik.

Manish-Naira manager ne kahan ki kartik ko office se nikle hue kamse kam ek ghanta ho gaya

Naira- Kya? Phir abtak toh ajana chahiye tha usse

She tried calling kartik but his phone was unreachable.

Naira- Papa kartik aise kabhi nahi karta at least wo  phone toh karta hai.

Swarna- Manish ji aap aur Samarth ek baar jakar dekh kar ayiye na shayad raste mai tyre puncture ho gaya ho toh uski wajah se kahin phasa hua ho?

Samarth-Chaliye bhaisahab hum dekh kar aate hai.

Just then Naira's phone started ringing. It was Kartik's number.

Naira- Papa ek minute kartik ka call araha hai. Kya hai kartik kitne der. Pareshan ho gaye they hum. Abhi papa  aur samarth chachu bhi tumhe dhundne arahe they.......

Person-Hello madam suniye yeh jiska phone hai uska accident ho gaya hai. Unko city hospital mai admit kia hai. Aap jaldi ayiye

Listening to this she felt the earth slip beneath her feet. She started trembling. The phone slipped from her hands and she sat down with a thud.

Swarna- Naira kya hua bolo?

Dadi-Haa Naira tum theek ho? Kittu ne kya kahan

Naira- (crying)Kartik...kartikk ka accident hua ....city hospital

Manish-Kya?

Everyone got scared.

Samarth-Bhaisahab hospital chalte hai

Manish-Haa

Naira- Papa mai bhi aati hun

Manish-Par beta tum...

Naira-Please Papa mana mat kijiye

Manish-Thik hai chalo

Dadi- Hum bhi aate hai manish pata nahi humara kittu  kaisa hoga?

Swarna- Maaji aap yahin rukiye. Mai jaati hun aap bacchon ka dhyan rakhiye aur Gayu bhi toh ghar mai akeli hogi. Aap bhaag-daud karenge toh aapko taklif hogi.

Dadi- Par...

Manish-Swarna thik keh rahi hai maa. Jyada logonko wo  allow nahi karenge. Chaliye hum chalte hai

They all reached hospital and went towards reception area.

Manish- Abhi abhi koi accident ka case aya hai. Kahan hai wo?

Receptionist-Second floor left room.

They went there. Naira was praying for kartik's well being. They saw one man standing outside the operation theatre.

Person-Kya aap yeh bhaisaab ke parivar wale hai?

Naira- Ji aap ne hi phone kia tha?

Person-Ji haan yeh lijiye unka phone. Last call shayad aapka hi tha aap unki?

Naira- Patni hun

Just then doctor came. Everyone rushed towards doctor.

Naira- Doctor kartik kaisa hai?Thik haina?

Swarna- Mera beta thik hai na?

Doctor-Dekhiye abhi kuch keh nahi sakte him unko dressing kar rahe hai. Sir par chot aayi hai. And jab tak hosh nahi aata kuch nahi keh sakte

Saying this doctor rushed inside. Naira was crying badly. Swarna made her sit on the table.

Samarth-Aapko kartik kahan mila?

Person-Wo highway wale raste pe kisi ped se takrayi hui gadi thi. Pass jakar dekha toh unke sir se bohot khoon beh raha tha. Phir unhe mai hospital le aya.

Manish-(folding hands)Thank you bhaisahab mere bete ko hospital lekar aneko

Person-Arey nahi nahi yeh toh mera farz tha. Aab mai chalta hun.

Samarth-Bhaisahab mai hospital ki sari formalities puri karke aata hun.

The next one hour nurses were coming and going from the operation theatre. After sometime the doctor came outside. Naira rushed towards him.
