April 20th.
38 weeks and 1 day pregnant.

"Say Happy Birthday, mama!" Sam says lifting Evangeline in the air as Jessica walks downstairs.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOMMY!" The rest of the kids shout.

"Thank you!!  Aw you guyyyyss!"

"Jessie, we made some breakfast for you!" Landon says with excitement.

"Thank you!! You are all so sweet!"

"Yeah, Daddy did good!"

Jessica giggles.
"Well good job, Daddy!" She kisses Sam and takes the baby.

"And thank you too almost birthday girl!"

Evangeline giggles and hits her hands on Jessica's chest.

Jessica kisses her chubby cheek, then goes over to the rest of the kids.

"Mommy!  You birthday girl!" Theodore kisses her.

"I am!"

"You tree now?"

"Yes I am!" Jessica giggles.

"You tree like me!" He jumps.

"Yep!  I sure am!"

Julia laughs and says, "She is not three!  Hers is like five!"

"You got me, Juju!"

"I did!" Julia cracks up laughing.

Autumn chuckles and hugs her mother.
"Happy Birthday, mommy.  I love you!"

"Thank you!  I love you more, pretty girl."

"Now try not to go into labor this year on your birthday!"

Jessica laughs.
"I'll try!  Now let's party!"

That evening.

"Well, well, well birthday girl.." Sam says locking their bedroom door.

"Yes, Samuel?" Jessica smiles.

"Ready for your x rated birthday present?"

"Oooh!  Yes I am!"

Sam drops his robe and stands there butt naked.
Jessica starts laughing.

"Wow.  Not the reaction I was hoping to get from my girlfriend, but.."

"No!  You look great!  I just think you're so funny, baby!  Come over here and rock my world!" Jessica smirks.

After giving Jessica a cute pout, Sam smiles and jumps over to the bed. "KAY!  Here I come!"

The next morning.

"Sammy?  Wakey wakey, handsome boy.."

Sam stretches and slowly opens his eyes.

"Hey.." He smiles softly.

"It's been one year since you and I got back together.. the first time obviously." Jessica chuckles.

"Well happy Anniversary, baby girl!"

"Thanks, you too." Jessica smiles before Sam kisses her lips.
"We have quite a few anniversaries, huh?"

"Yep, and we can celebrate each and every one." Sam taps the tip of Jessica's nose.

"We better!  After so much time apart, I want to celebrate everything with you, Sammy!"

"You're cute."

"Thanks." Jessica rolls her eyes.

Sam chuckles.

"Come on.  Let's go say hi to the birthday girl!"

"Yeah!  The birthday girl!"

Sam and Jessica walk into Evangeline and Julia's room.  Julia is still past out, but Evangeline is sitting up with her pacifier in her mouth.

"Good morning birthday girl!" Jessica smiles.

"Happy Birthday, Princess!"

"You're up and ready for cake, huh?" Jessica asks.

"Dada!" Evangeline lifts her hands and smiles to her father.

"She doesn't even care I'm in here!" Jessica laughs.

"You're such a cutie!  Come here, daddy's girl!"

"HEY!" Julia sits up.

"Good morning, beautiful!"

"No good morning, I was sleeping!"

"It's your sister's birthday, baby!"

"Awww!  Happy Birthday, Princess!" Julia smiles and walks towards Evangeline.

"Those mood swings!" Sam chuckles.

"Mom!" They hear Autumn's voice.

"What's wrong?"

"Come here, please!"

Jessica walks down the hall to her room.
"What's wrong, sweetie?"

"I finally started."

"What?!  Oh my goodness, my baby girl!" Jessica hugs Autumn tightly.

"Ouch!  Can't.  Breathe!"

"Oh sorry!  But my baby girl!  You're a lady now!" Jessica giggles.

"Oh jeez.." Autumn sighs.

"Do you need any help?"

"No, I just wanted you to know.  You can leave now."

"Oh!  You sure?"

"Please?"

"Okay.." Jessica pouts. "I love you.."

"I love you too, mom."

"My name's mommy."

"I love you, mommy." Autumn chuckles and rolls her eyes.

"Ah.. You just rolled your eyes at me!"

"Sorry!  Mom, please go."

"Alright!"

Jessica shuts the door and sighs just as Sam walks out of the girls' room.

"Hey babe."

"Autumn started her period!"

"MOM!" Autumn shouts.

"Sorry!"

"You're in trouble!" Sam laughs.

"Oops!" Jessica makes a cute face.

"But seriously, I can't believe my baby girl is growing up so fast!"

"I know!" Jessica tears up.

"Aw!" Sam chuckles and wraps his free arm around her.

Later that day.

"Well Evangeline, looks like we made it through your whole birthday without mommy having the baby!  You don't have to share your day!"

"YAY!" Evangeline runs towards Jessica who sat on the couch.

Jessica laughs. "Yeah, isn't that great?!
Wow, Sam she went from taking a few steps, to running, huh?"

"Yep!  We have our hands full with her!"

"We do!"

"AHHHHHH!" Evangeline screams, then smiles at her parents.

"Well hello!" Jessica chuckles.

"Baby n-no yell!  Mama say her no yell!" Theodore says.

"Yeah Evie, don't shout, okay?"

"Oohbabaaaa.. DAAA!  DADADADADADAAAAA!"

"Or don't listen at all." Sam chuckles.

"She's such a stinker!" Jessica light and playfully pinches her nose.

Just then Jessica's phone rings.

"Sam, hand me my phone, please?"

"Sure."

"Thanks.. who is this?"

"Answer and find out." Julia gives her mother a look.

"You're a stinker too!"

"No I not." She nods.

Jessica chuckles and answers her phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey.."

"Daniel?" She says quietly.

"Yeah.."

"What do you want?"

"I was calling to tell you happy birthday."

"It's not my birthday."

"Oh.. is it tomorrow?"

"It was yesterday.  It's mine and Sam's daughter's birthday today, so I should be spending time with my family."

"Oh.."

"Bye."

"Wait!"

"I really don't want to speak to you.  You mean nothing to me.  I think you're a piece of shit, and don't deserve my time."

"Alright.  I guess I'll let you go.."

Jessica rolls her eyes and hangs up.

"What did he want?" Sam asks.

"He was wishing my a happy birthday.  What the hell?"

"That's weird.. What does he look like?  I'm just curious." Sam chuckles.

"Oh my gosh!  I forgot you don't remember what he looks like!" Jessica laughs. "Hang on, let me find a picture of him!"

"Here.  This is your attacker." She chuckles.

"Ew!" Sam laughs. "What a dick!"

Jessica laughs. "I love you, Sammy!"

"What did you see in him?"

"Shut up!"

"I guess we all make bad decisions."

"Yeah.. But I also made a really really great one." Jessica smiles.

"That's me?"

"Mhm!"

"Oh yeah!  That was a great one!"

"You're such a weirdo!" She laughs.

"Aw!  Thanks, babe!"

Jessica giggles and kisses him.

Julia then runs back in and sees them kissing.
"Stop making out!"

"Hey, mind your own business!" Sam jokes.

"Daddy, don't you start with me!" She gives him a look.

"Oh my goodness!" Jessica laughs.
"She is a mess!"

"I not a mess!  I cute!"

"She is cute!" Sam smiles.

"Yeah she is.. Ooh!" Jessica grabs her stomach.

Julia gasps. "THE BABY'S COMING! GUYS, THE BABY'S COMING!" She shouts as she runs to grab Autumn.

"Juju the baby's-"

"The baby's coming?!" Autumn runs in.

"No! I just had a little pain. Julia, the baby isn't coming yet."

"Oh.. nevermind, guys.." Julia slowly lowers her head.

"Loud and wrong, Juju!" Landon laughs.

"HEY!  Don't be mean!" Julia matches over and pushes him.

"Hey!  No ma'am!  Don't push!"

Just then Evangeline walked over to Julia and pushed her, making herself fall back onto her butt.

"Uh Oh!  That backfired!" Jessica laughs.

"That's what you get!  You don't Push Me, Evie!" Julia furrows her brows.

"These girls!  Jess, I'm sorry but I'm really hoping for a boy." Sam says rubbing her belly.

"I love my girls so much, you know that..
  But man are they some little sassy pants!"

"Right?  These two little ones work us more than anything!" Jessica laughs.

"You talkin' bout me?" Julia asks with an attitude.

"Yes we are!"

"Mama, watch youself!"

"Ooh!  I'd be scared if I were you, Jess!" Sam laughs.

"You watch it too, Sam!"

"Sam?!"

"I just kidding, Daddy!" Julia laughs. "You my favowite man!"

"Aww, Juju!"

"Ya, I so sweet!" She chuckles. "I the best!"

"Juju not bes!" Theodore laughs.

"Mama bes!"

"AWWW!  My Teddy Bear!" Jessica holds her arms out for him.

Julia rolls her eyes. "Oh please!"
