On December 31st, Jake and his beautiful true love Sofia Carson are having fun playing with their baby girl Evie as they get ready to go to a event in Hollywood for a new years celebration where Sofia Carson is gonna be performing a song ipshe wants to dedicate to her fans and to her true love Jake and their 7 month old daughter Evie.

Then Jake puts Sofia Carson's beautiful pink high heels shoes on her feet and then kisses her on the lips. Then they get their baby girl Evie in her car seat in Sofia's car and they go to the event. An hour later, Jake and Sofia Carson put Evie in her stroller and they head for a stage where Sofia Carson is gonna perform. When they get there, their fans are happy about seeing the happy couple and their 7 month old daughter Evie there. It was the cutest moment ever. After singing, Jake and his beautiful daughter Evie go up on stage to see Sofia Carson and they are all happy. I wanna dedicate this song to my handsome and loving husband Jake and our beautiful little girl Evie." Their fans say “aww". Then as Jake and Sofia Carson and their beautiful baby girl Evie get their pics taken they kiss. Then their best friends Dove Cameron, Sabrina Carpenter and Grace Phipps walk up on stage to hug em and smile at their daughter Evie. Then they take pics of Jake, Sofia Carson and their baby girl Evie. Then Sabrina Carpenter and Sofia Carson decide to sing wildside. And Sofia Carson sings Rotten to the core. Jake loved hearing her and seeing her sing. Jake and Sofia Carson then walk their baby to her car where they put her in her car seat and they go home. Jake and Sofia Carson are so happy about being parents after their wish of having a baby came true and Sofia Carson was pregnant and she has the baby 9 months later and now the happy couple have a 7 month old daughter Evie and they're so happy about being a family.
