2 weeks after Evie is born, Jake and his beautiful true love Sofia Carson are holding their daughter happy. As Jake holds Evie, Sofia Carson gets a call from Grace Phipps. Grace Phipps says "fans are congratulating you and Jake on your daughter's arrival and they like the name Evie." Sofia Carson says "aww". Sofia Carson and Jake put a picture of them and their beautiful baby girl on Twitter. The 2 are happy that they're parents. They love their daughter Evie. They're so happy about being a family that they wished for. Jake holds Evie as Sofia Carson takes a picture. That night as their daughter sleeps, Sofia Carson and Jake look at some of their favorite pictures.

Then Jake says "i will never forget when our beautiful baby girl kicked for the first time when you were pregnant. Cutest moment of our lives." Sofia Carson says "me 2. I loved feeling her kick. And I liked welcoming her into the world. You're like a hero." Jake and Sofia Carson kiss as they enjoy being a family and living happily ever after.
