Everyone is so happy that the happy young couple has a new baby girl named Evie. Sofia Carson announces her and Jake's baby girl name is Evie Grace Patterson. They loved that name and her fans think it's cute. They love it very much. Sofia Carson holds Evie as Jake looks at his beautiful true love Sofia Carson and their new daughter. Their wish finally came true. They've waited 9 months for this beautiful moment since she made a wish of her and Jake having a baby.
