The doctor checks on Sofia Carson and determines she's fully dilated and in minutes she can have the baby. Sofia Carson and the love of her life Jake smile and kiss and hug as they approach the moment she gives birth to their beautiful daughter Evie. Jake is by Sofia Carson's side as they make their way to the delivery room. As they make their way to the delivery room, Sofia Carson has a flashback about her photoshoot.

Sabrina says to Jake and Sofia Carson “congratulations". Sofia Carson says “thank you all so much for supporting me and Jake." Sofia Carson asks Jake “Isn't she beautiful?" Jake says to Sofia Carson “yes she is. I'm happy that our beautiful little baby girl is here." Sofia Carson asks “Do you wanna hold her?" Jake says “yeah". As Jake holds the baby girl and smiles, Grace Phipps, Sabrina Carpenter, and Dove Cameron take pictures of him and Sofia Carson. Grace Phipps says “cutest moment ever". Next everyone gets a turn to hold the baby. Then Sofia Carson holds the baby girl. Then Grace Phipps asks “whats her name?" Sofia Carson says “Her name is Evie Grace Patterson". Then everyone hugs Jake and Sabrina Carpenter says “you are like a hero in this story." Jake asks “really?" And Grace Phipps says “i agree". Then Grace Phipps, Sabrina Carpenter and Dove Cameron announce to their fans on Twitter Sofia Carson's baby girl is here. Name will be announced soon. Jake and Sofia Carson kiss.
