As Sofia Carson and Jake are waiting, a doctor come to check on her and says ''You're almost there and then it will be time to have the baby". Sofia Carson is excited about having the baby. Jake still is right by her side all the way. Sofia Carson says "I can't believe it's almost time for delivery." Jake says "I'm happy shes almost here. Looking forward to it." Everyone is looking forward to Sofia Carson having the baby as well. Jake holds Sofia's left hand and kisses it. He couldn't wait for his and Sofia Carson's wish to finally come true. That night Sofia Carson and Jake have flashbacks about their best moments of their lives. Sofia Carson asks Jake "do you remember when I and me had our 1st wedding anniversary?" Jake says "yeah. You were dressed up like Evie/Snow White and we danced. You danced beautiful sweetheart. U and I kissed after dancing. It was so cute. I even said you're looking so perfect in those heels shoes and the crown and dress." Sofia Carson says "aww. I remember when we were at the doctor's office when we found out we're going to have a baby. I remember when I noticed my tummy started to grow." Jake says "me 2. We hugged and that's when I noticed your small bump and realizing that the baby is growing in there." Sofia Carson asks "are you ready?" Jake says to Sofia Carson "i am so ready for this baby to come." She says "i loved it when we danced on stage a few months ago. Fans loved it. We were called the cute fairy tale couple. Like Snow White and a prince." Jake says to his beautiful true love "i remember seeing you sing a song and dedicated it to me. That was so sweet. You're such a beautiful singer, dancer and actress Sofia Carson and I love you so much with all my heart." They kiss. Then as Sofia Carson breathes Jake has a flashback of when Sofia Carson invited him to dance with her on stage before telling fans she's pregnant. Jake says to Sofia Carson "i loved the moment where you invited me on stage to dance with you. It was so beautiful like a fairytale love story." Sofia Carson says "it was so beautiful. Everyone including Sabrina Carpenter, Dove Cameron and Grace Phipps loved it." Jake says "i am so happy we're gonna be a family. Are you happy?" Sofia Carson says "yes I am. I am so happy you're here with me. I'm so happy we're having a baby." Jake kisses Sofia's left hand. He says "i liked taking pictures of you. You're the cutest girl in the world I have ever fallen in love with. We're such a cute couple." Sofia Carson says "we are a cute couple." Jake says to his beautiful true love Sofia Carson "i love you and our beautiful baby girl so much. I'm so ready to welcome our daughter in the world." Sofia Carson says "me 2. I can't wait to have this baby." Their wish is about to come true. As they think about their baby girl Evie, a doctor comes in to check on her and what the doctor says will send smiles to the happy couple. It's about to change their lives.
