As Sofia Carson and Jake are checking out the baby's room, Sofia Carson feels something in her tummy other than a kick from the baby. She puts her right hand on her baby bump as she feels another one. Jake asks “are you Sofia Carson?" Sofia Carson says to Jake “I think think she's coming." Jake gets everything ready and calls her parents and tells them “Sofia is about to have the baby." They say “we will meet you at the hospital." Grace Phipps pulls up as Jake gets everything he and Sofia Carson need in the car. Grace Phipps asks “whats going on?" Jake says “Sofia Carson is now going into labor. She gonna have the baby." Grace Phipps says “i have a idea. Put that stuff in my car and I'll take u and Sofia Carson to the hospital. Where she at?" Jake says “living room." Grace walks in. Sofia Carson says “what are you doing here?" Grace Phipps says “i just pulled up and I heard you're gonna have the baby today so I have a idea of taking g u and Jake to the hospital." Sofia Carson says “thank you Grace Phipps." Sofia Carson starts breathing as Jake sits in the backseat with her as Grace drives them to the hospital with Jake by Sofia's side all the way just like he said he would. The day has come for Sofia Carson and Jake to welcome their baby girl into the world. They have been waiting for it for 9 months. When they step inside the hospital “Grace Phipps says “my friend Sofia Carson is in labor. She's having the baby." One doctor gets a wheelchair for Sofia Carson as Jake holds her left hand. They walk to a room where Sofia Carson can be checked into as Grace Phipps waits in the lobby so Sofia's parents, Sofia's sister, and friends Sabrina Carpenter and Dove Cameron to arrive. She calls Dove Cameron and says “you and Sabrina Carpenter need to head for the hospital. Sofia Carson is having the baby today." Sabrina and Dove scream for excitement as they rush to meet their friends Jake and Sofia Carson at the hospital. Meanwhile, Sofia Carson and Jake are in a room where Jake helps Sofia Carson. The day their wish coming true has come. They're so happy that today is the day their baby comes. As Sofia Carson rubs her tummy, she and her love Jake talk about their favorite moments of her pregnancy. She says “i will never forget when we found out I'm pregnant. Another moment I liked is when we found out it's a girl and I loved feeling the baby kicking for the first time. And I loved being on stage with u dancing. I also loved walking the red carpet with u." Jake says “me too Sofia Carson." They kiss then Sofia Carson breathes as the doctor comes to check on her. She is now 4 cm dilated. Minutes later Sofia's sister and Sofia's parents arrive at the hospital where Grace Phipps takes them to see Sofia Carson. Everyone is happy that the baby girl is gonna be born today.
