Sofia Carson and her true love Jake prepare for the day their baby girl Evie comes. They'd decide to go look for something cute at a store. Sofia Carson is wearing a blue dress. Jake spots a Christmas ornament and shows it to his beautiful wife Sofia Carson. She says “aww. That's cute. 3 snowmen. We can put me, you and our daughter Evie on em." Jake says “yeah. We should do that." They buy the ornament and then have a nice lunch somewhere. Sofia Carson and her true love Jake then take a walk to a park and sit on a bench to talk about their favorite moments. Sofia Carson has her left hand on her tummy and says to Jake “I had a dream last night about us." Jake says “awesome. Let's hear it." Sofia Carson says “me and you were playing with our beautiful daughter Evie and we are all happy that she's in our lives. And u and I kissed." Jake says “so cute sweetheart. Wanna hear mine?" She says “sure". He says “u and me went to a park with Evie and played with her." Sofia Carson smiles and they kiss. Sofia Carson has her right arm around Jake and he has his left arm around Sofia Carson and they're prepared for when their beautiful baby girl Evie comes. They decide to hang their favorite pictures on their bedroom wall. Sofia Carson and Jake talk about their best moments of their lives and her pregnancy. Sofia Carson starts off by saying to her handsome true love Jake “my favorite moments are when we found out we're having a baby and our wish came true, my ultrasound appointments, when Evie kicked for the first time, when u picked out our baby's name, when we told everyone were having a baby, and my baby shower and me dedicating my songs to you Jake." Jake has his right hand over his heart as he smiles and kisses Sofia Carson's tummy and kisses her on the lips. Jake is so happy about him, Sofia Carson and their baby becoming a family. Sofia Carson says to the love of her life Jake “whats your favorite moments Jake?" Jake says to the love of his life Sofia Carson “when we celebrated your pregnancy news, when we felt Evie kick, your doctor's appointments, when I watched you sing on stage, when we told everyone were having a baby girl, when I picked the name for our beautiful baby girl, and your baby shower and when we checked out the baby's room. I'll never forget when u and I danced on stage Sofia Carson. You're as beautiful as a princess Snow White." Sofia Carson smiles and kisses Jake. Then she feels Evie kicking and she says “hi Evie. I can't wait to meet you in 3 weeks. We love you." Jake says “me and your mommy love you so much sweetie." Jake kisses Sofia Carson's tummy and the happy couple walk home. As they walk back, Sofia Carson says to Jake “I wanna invite our best friends Sabrina Carpenter, Grace Phipps and Dove Cameron to the hospital on the day Evie comes." Jake says “that would be awesome." Sofia Carson asks her true love Jake “are you ready to become a dad to our daughter Evie?" Jake says “yes. Are you ready to become a mom to our beautiful daughter Evie?" Sofia Carson says “i am so ready to become a mom. Our wish is finally coming true in 3 weeks." They kiss. The happy young couple and parents to be Jake and Sofia Carson are prepared for Sofia Carson's due date which is 3 weeks away.
