Sofia Carson and her love Jake are determined to be best parents to their daughter Evie. They're at a store where they pick up a DVD movie adventures in babysitting that Sofia Carson and Sabrina Carpenter are in. Jake and Sofia Carson are happy and excited about their baby girl Evie that will be born in 7 weeks. A few days later, Sofia Carson puts on a dress and Jake puts her shoes on her feet.

Jake kisses Sofia Carson on the lips and kisses her baby bump as they walk to her car and prepare to drive to a red carpet event. Jake says to Sofia Carson “you are the most beautiful singing, dancing, and acting and modeling princess I've been on love with Sofia Carson." Sofia Carson says “you are the sweetest prince I've ever fallen in love with." They kiss and Jake says “you are gonna be a beautiful mom." Sofia Carson kisses Jake and says “i think you'll be a amazing dad to our beautiful little girl." Jake kisses Sofia Carson on her lips after helping her out of the car and they hold hands as they walk the red carpet. Halfway down the carpet a actress named Laura Marano approaches them and says “hi Jake and Sofia Carson. Congratulations on your first baby. I have a show called for the record. I wanna invite you 2 to be guests on it." Jake and Sofia Carson smile as they accept her invite. When they make it inside, Jake and Sofia Carson sit with each other as Sabrina Carpenter, Grace Phipps and Dove Cameron sit behind them. Then Sofia Carson walks backstage after kissing her true love Jake and says to Jake “i plan to dedicate a song to you." Jake hugs Sofia Carson and says “i would love that so much sweetheart." Minutes later Sofia Carson appears on stage and says “this song I am dedicating to my true love and the guy I love so much Jake." Everyone is amazed by what she says then Jake and everyone else watches as Sofia Carson sings I'm gonna love you. After singing everyone claps. Jake is amazed that she dedicated her song to him. He is so happy about being with her. She's the cutest girl he's ever met and been in love with. His dream of having children with her is 7 weeks away from coming true. Sofia Carson then says “i wanna thank you everyone for your support and I love Jake so much." Sabrina Carpenter, Dove Cameron, Grace Phipps and Laura Marano and Laura's sister Vanessa Marano say “aww". After the show, Sofia Carson and the love of her life Jake hug and kiss each other as Sabrina Carpenter, Dove Cameron, Grace Phipps and Laura Marano and Vanessa Marano take pictures of them. The next day Jake and Sofia Carson are having a nice lunch. Sofia Carson says to Jake “beautiful night last night." Jake says “yes it was. Cutest night of our lives sweetheart." 3 weeks later Sofia Carson now 8 months along in her pregnancy puts on a beautiful dress and she sits on her bed as Jake helps put her high heels shoes on her feet and says to his beautiful true love Sofia Carson “you are looking so beautiful like a princess Snow White and a beautiful mom to be Sofia Carson." Sofia Carson says to her true love Jake “aww thanks Jake. That's so sweet. I can't wait to have this baby in a month. We're gonna be amazing parents to Evie." Jake says to Sofia Carson “yes we are. I'm happy about this." Jake and Sofia Carson rub her tummy and they hold hands as they walk to where her baby shower is. Sabrina Carpenter, Dove Cameron, Grace Phipps, Sofia's sister and Sofia's parents are there already.

Sofia Carson has her hands over her lips as she smiling and happy that everyone is here to support the happy young couple about to have a baby. Sofia Carson says “thanks so much everybody especially my true love Jake for being here to support me and Jake. We wanted to tell you what our baby girl's name is gonna be." Everyone listens as Sofia Carson says the baby's name “Evie Grace Patterson". They say “aww". Then they hug Sofia Carson and Jake. Sofia's parents and sister say to Sofia Carson “beautiful name". Jake and Sofia Carson say “thank you so much". That night, Jake and Sofia Carson see post pictures on her Facebook page and her Twitter. Their fans see the pictures and congratulate them on her pregnancy. It was a beautiful day for them. Minutes later, Jake and Sofia Carson walk into the baby's room and check out the stuff there and they have a dance. They're so ready for their baby girl to come. Their wish is 1 month away from coming true.
