Sofia Carson has also done a live performance of her song love is the name. Sofia Carson has amazing and supportive friends Sabrina Carpenter, Dove Cameron and Grace Phipps. One of the most important people in her life is the love of her life named Jake. It's been a few years since they've been romantically together and they love each other so much. Sofia Carson is so beautiful like princess Snow White.
