*Ch.7 You're What?*
Sam froze in his tracks, staring at Taurtis, who was leaning against Sam's locker. Sam could tell that Taurtis was trying to take advantage of the time that Sam's parents were away, but everyone else was still here.
Grian pushed Sam a little, restarting his legs, making him walk closer to Taurtis.
"Hey Sam," Taurtis smiled at him.
"Hi Taurtis... Why are you leaning on my locker?"
"I was waiting for you, duh."
"Yah, but..." Sam bit his lip, glancing around at the other students. Some studied them before scurrying off, others glanced over every once in a while. And some were taking picture and texting, Sam could tell.
"But what?" Taurtis studied Sam's face before smirking, "Are you embarrassed?"
"What?! No!" Sam blushed.
"Because if you were, I could totally give you much more reasons to be embarrassed," Taurtis wiggles his eyebrows.
"Sh-Shut up.."
Taurtis chuckled, opening his arms slightly, "Come here."
Sam back up, "No, get away!"
"Ahh, come on! Give me a hug," Taurtis grinned as he began to raise his voice.
"Shut up! I mean it!" Sam whispered to him.
"I will, after a hug," Taurtis smiled.
Sam sighed in defeat as he let Taurtis embrace him. Taurtis hummed happily, rocking them, slightly, from side to side. Sam was about to pull away when he saw a flash.
"Oops. I guess I left the flash on," Grian said, as he looked at his phone.
"Did you seriously just take a picture?" Sam asked.
"Yah.. Aww. Look at how cute you to look," Grian shifted the phone around to show them. Grian had somehow managed to take them photo when a smile had appeared on Sam's lips, making the photo ten times cuter.
Sam sighed, his eyes still darting around. Taurtis rolled his eyes at him.
"Sam, just ignore everyone else. If they don't know how to mind their own business, I'll handle it. Beside, it's not like I kissed you," Taurtis said the last part a little softer, knowing Sam would only get mad if he said it too loud.
"Yah, but.. I can feel them judging me. I don't know why, but I just have a bad feeling about this," Sam said.
"If this is about your parents, just remember, nothing can keep me from you. If they lock you up, I'll just have to break you out," Taurtis draped his arm around Sam.
Sam smiled at that. He felt safer in Taurtis's arms, but then he remembered the other students. He attempted to shrug off his arm, but Taurtis only held him tighter.
Taurtis leaned in, whispering in his ear, "You're mine. Nothing's gonna change that. Don't worry about everyone else."
Sam nodded, he looked at Grian, who was trying not to freak out at how cute they were.
A voice brought Sam's attention back to outside their group, "Hey, Taurtis. Why the hell are you hanging out with these guys. And why do you have your arm around him?"
It was Dom, it appeared that Chan had brought him over here, seeing as she was standing beside him.
"Umm, I'm hanging out with them because why the hell not. As for your second question, why the hell cant I have my arm around him?" Taurtis replied.
"Because, people like us shouldn't be hanging out with people like them," Chan crossed her arms.
"What do you mean 'people like us'? Do you think you're better then them, because I don't think so. I'd rather spend my free time with my arm around this cutie than be anywhere with you," Taurtis countered.
"Did you just call him a cutie?" Dom questioned.
"Yes, I did. Do you have a problem with that?" Taurtis stepped closer to Dom.
"And you just walk him from class to class? To and from school? What the hell are you doing?!"
"I tell you what I'm doing, since obviously me just hugging him, calling him a cutie, and doing all this other stuff hasn't made it obvious enough for you. He. Is. My. Boyfriend," Taurtis clapped the last few syllables.
Sam jaw dropped. Did Taurtis even think before he said that! Of course not! Sam stared at Taurtis, he couldn't decide whether to slap him or pull him closer.
While Sam was having an internal meltdown, things were slowly heating up between Taurtis and Dom. I guess Dom wasn't too thrilled about the idea of Taurtis being gay.
The words, "So what, you're a fag boy now!?! Is that really what you want to be remembered as?!?!" pulled Sam out of his trance. He watched Taurtis fist land on Dom's face. His eyes grew wide, he could feel Grian pulling him backwards, away from the fight but he stopped him.
Sam pulled on Taurtis's arm before he could punch Dom again.
"Come Taurtis, let's just go," Sam pleaded.
Taurtis nodded, allowing himself to be pulled away by Sam and Grian. Well, if this didn't change something's in Sam's life, I doubt anything else will.

Hi guys, I'm tired, but what else is new. My fall break is also over, and I successfully accomplished nothing over the break. Sometimes I hate being a procrastinator. Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful day and I'll see you all in the next chapter, Bye~!
