Sam was gathering his stuff at the end of the day, when Grian tapped his shoulder. Grian pointed towards the the door, where Taurtis was leaning against the wall.

He was a little shocked, usually they just met up in front of the school. Sam lifted his backpack over his shoulder and walked towards the door. Glancing back to Grian, who was trying to contain his laughter.

"Hi, what are you doing here?" Sam asked.

"Waiting for you, what else would I be doing?" Taurtis smiled.

"Yah, but how did you get here so fast? Isn't your class on the opposite side of the school?"

"Well, it is. But that's not important."

Sam glared at Taurtis, "You didn't skip at the end of class, did you?"

Taurtis scratched the back of his neck, "Well...."

Sam rolled his eyes, "Come on, let's just go home."

When the two reached Taurtis's house, Taurtis sat down on the couch. He pulled Sam onto his lap and turned on the tv.

Sam giggled a little as he sat in Taurtis's lap. He slid off a little bit so that he was sitting on the couch, while his legs were still resting in Taurtis's lap. Taurtis pouted at the change.

Sam just laughed, "Well, I have homework to do. And I know you'll only distract me from it if I sit in your lap."

"Fine," Taurtis laid down so that his legs cradled around Sam, while Sam's legs rested on his chest.

As Sam was doing his homework, he would catch Taurtis staring at him. They would make a silly face to each other and then continue with what they were doing. Sam kept an eye on the clock, making sure that his excuse of being at the library would still be believable when he went home.

Taurtis was a little antsy, he wanted to cuddle with Sam and watch some tv, but knew that the hybrid would only get irritated, since he clearly had work to do.

Taurtis sighed loudly, which caught Sam's attention, who raised an eyebrow at him, "What's up?"

"Nothing," Taurtis brushed it off.

Sam shrugged and went back to his homework. A few minutes later, Taurtis sighed again. Sam's ears twitched slightly as he glanced back at the dark haired male. But Taurtis only brushed it off, again.

By the third time, Sam set down his work down and laid next to Taurtis. Snuggling up against him as he watched the show. Taurtis smiled, wrapping his arm around Sam's hip.

Sam rolled his eyes at how happy the simple action made Taurtis. Yet, a small slime creeped onto his face as he enjoyed the other's embrace.

Hey guys, it's almost fall break. I'm not sure whether to be happy or sad, or tired.... Probably more so tired. I swear, I haven't been having dreams lately and I wake up exhausted when that happens. Plus, I'm a little stressed because all my work for my classes, we have four classes a semester, are turned in except for English. I don't know why, but English is my worst subject. Despite the fact that I really want to be a writer. Somethings I will never understand.
