•Tala is a Native American (Iroquois) name that means wolf.

She was seventeen years old, and five months pregnant with twins when they were sent to the ground. 

Tala is 5"7 with a fit banana shaped figure, long dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. She is incredibly smart and is like a sponge, soaking up everything she learns and is joint top of the mechanics with Raven.

She lived next door to Bellamy who split his rations with her as her mother, Rosita Sloan, died from an overdose and her father, Marcus Kane, never acknowledged she was his daughter as he'd only had a one-time thing with her mother.

She was Bellamy's light, his moon who hung the stars and they have always been incredibly close which is why they married when she was sixteen and why she was the only one to know or meet Octavia. However, when she became pregnant with twins at seventeen, a few months after Octavia was sent to the Sky Box, a doctor (Kyla Smith who wanted Bellamy) turned her in to her so-called father who arrested her and sent her to the Sky Box.

He was Tala's sun which was why he did everything he could to get on the drop ship to not only protect his little sister but also his wife and unborn children when he found out they were sending a pregnant teen to the ground coated in radiation. He loved her more than there were stars in the sky.

He secretly made a pack filled with clothing his wife made, medicine, some food, things Tala will need for and after the birth, plans to build housing, mills and food storage so they can survive the winter down on Earth. Even though he knew if he was found out he will be put to death, burg neither he nor his wife cared as they loved Tala like a daughter. He would visit her in lockup whenever he could.

She sees Tala as a daughter and secretly made normal and winter clothing for her, the twins and Octavia so they can survive down on Earth. She would visit Tala in lockup whenever she could.
