Distance means so little when someone means so much..

Neil was going through some files of the current project they are working on which he needs to sign.. He had to attend a lunch meeting so he was not able to call Avni.. it's their usual time to talk during his lunch time., and by that time Avni was also free from her work.. the 5 hour diffrence is not the problem for them to talk..

But today because of his lunch meeting they didn't get a time to talk.. though he left a message for her but still got no reply.. it was eight past 4 which means almost three hours since he messaged her..

Yesterday also they didn't talk much., she was busy with something.. so she cut their conversation short.. She even told him not to send her reward as Neela ma was suspecting her.. she is behaving wierd lately.. he again look at his phone but still no notification.. he sigh and went back to his file...

Few minutes later, DD come in to remind him about the meeting with head of departments..

Neil : You go, I'll be there in five.. DD nodded and leave from there.. Neil went through the file for one more time before signing it.. he stood up and took his phone and file..

He hand over the file to Stella and made his way to the conference room..

The meeting get started and one by one everyone began to tell about the progress of each departments... they were in the mid of meeting when Neil phone beeps.. its an email from Abeer.. he frown and excuse himself.. why is he emailing me.. he opened the mail and frown..
Me and wife just landed here in London, pick up us in 10 or else we will find our ride..

Neil : You know about this.. he showed his phone to DD..

DD : No.. Should I pick them up..

Neil : No., I'm going.. you stay here and manage everthing.. He rushed out of the conference room saying they'll continue the meeting later..

He tap his foot on the elevator floor.. hoping whatever he is thinking be right.. Avni's short conversations, her weird behaviour and now Abeer sudden email... he is hoping her to be here also.. please Babaji make it happen..

As soon as the elevator stop he took long strides to the parking lot.. He roared his Range Rover grinning like an idiot just on the thought of seeing his Junglee billi..

Corvering the distance of more than half an hour barely in 25 minutes, he reached the airport..

He jogged inside looking here and there.. Where the hell are they.?? He fished out his phone to call Abeer.. he was about to call him when he hear Abeer shouting from the right..

Neil : Dude.. what a surprise.. he hugged him smilingly..

Abeer : you're late Mr.. he said but Neil ignore him...

Neil : where is Meher..?..

Meher : I'm here only.. if you could have look around a little.. she said from behind Abeer..

Neil : hello sista.. how you doin'.?? He asked pulling her in a hug..

Meher : I'm fine.. but don't you think you're forgetting that you have a sisiter also.. she narrowed her eyes at him..

Neil : ofcourse not.. some things are hard to forgot you know.. he said cheekily..

Meher : yeah.. yeah whatever.. she rolled her eyes..

Neil : Um.. you guyz came alone.. he asked looking here and there.. Mehbeer look at each other and smirk..

Abeer : No.. he replied putting his hand in his pocket... Neil stagnated and waited to hear, what he was dying to..

Abeer : Rohan and Ashi also came with us. They went to bring some eatables..

Neil : Ohh.. he said sadly.. and here goes his mood.. the saying is true., it's better not to expect too much..

Meher : Let's go to them... I'm also very hungry..

Abeer : As you say biwi.., Neil come, let's go..

Neil : Yeah.. I'll just call Marc.. he is here only so It'll be easy for us to drive back... he said dialling Marc, his driver..

Meher : Okay, we'll be waiting for you there.. Neil just nodded and Mehbeer left from there..

After telling Marc to come near the second gate, he cut the call and dial Avni's..

Neil : why the hell you're not picking up the call., he whisper yelled to himself.. putting his phone back in his pocket he went towards Abeer and others...

Rohan : Hi.. Dude.. he shout with his mouth full of burger which he shoved like Ashi had not gave him food for a week...

Neil : Hello.. he hug Ashi first who was talking to Meher, but Mehbeer suddenly stood straight together.. He look at them weirdly but shrugged off and went to Rohan who had surprisingly gulped down the entire content of his mouth..

Ashi : How you doing, pretty boy.. she came towards Neil and wrapped her arm around his and wink at him..

Neil : I'm handsome as always, pretty girl.. you say.. he pinched her cheek giving her his best flirtatious smile.. Mehbeer were chuckling silently looking at burger eater who was looking funny with his eyes glaring, and mouth full and he was crushing the poor water bottle...

Neil started asking Ashi about her work and all but he didn't forget to look at the funny version of hulk.. he control his laugh while Ashi was also hiding her smile..

It was always a fun to irritate Rohan..

It was started when Rohan was flirting with one of the new intern and Abeer told this to Ashi.. and that night they all happened to video call eachother.. Neil was in his penthouse which was renovating and Ashi being the interior designer, her passion for the designs came over and they both get busy with discussing about the colours and decors.. And when they were busy in their discussion others were enjoying the jealous husband.. Ashi, when notice him she continue the talk deliberately taking her revenge..

And since then, whenever they wants to piss off Rohan, Ashi and Neil will flirt with eachother.. a healthy flirting..

Rohan : I'm very tired.. I want to rest so can we leave.. Ashi.. he said glaring at both of them.. he pull Ashi towards his side..

Mehbeer who were controlling their laugh, burst out and Neil joined too.. Rohan cursed all of them.. They tease him more seeing his frustrated and jealous..

"If your laughing session is over then can we please leave.." came a shivering voice..

Neil eyes widened hearing the voice.. is he hallucinating.. he moved his head from right to left to see her.. but she was nowhere..

Neil : was it Avni's voice..?? He asked more to himself but others also heard it..

Meher : Avni..?? Here.. she looks her and there..

Ashi : you want Avni., here..?? She wiggles her brows at Neil in a teasing way..

Neil : i..y.. n..o

Abeer : well well dear best friend, your wish is..

Meher : ..our command. She complete him and they both move aside..

And there she was, sitting on one of the bag rubbing her arms.. Her nose had turn red and so were her cheeks.. her hair were flying with the air disturbing her as she again and again push them away from her face.. Neil blink once, twice, thrice to make sure he's not dreaming..

Neil : Avni.. he whispers grinning like an idiot.. could he ask for more.??

Avni : Hi., hello.. how are you, I'm fine.. now Can we please leave from here.. she waved at him and quickly said the further rubbing her palm against eachother.. Neil couldn't help but smile at her.. He moved towards her wanting to take her in his arms but restrain himself..

Neil : who told you to wear shorts in December that too in London.. he said making her riled up..

Avni : your sister ditched me at the last moment just for twinning with her stupid husband.. she glare at Meher who in return smiles sheepishly..

Abeer : Hey, I'm not stupid..

Avni : yeah, you're more than that.. she rolled her eyes rubbing her knees.. Thankfully she is wearing warm full sleeves jumper..

Ashi : I don't think people will like to see a melodrama right now.. so please stop it and let's go.. even I'm feeling cold..

Abeer : Okay., Now Neil you take care of this parcel.. he hit Avni's head and continue.. we'll take your leave..

Neil : What leave.. where are you going.?. you guys are not coming with me..

Abeer : No, we need some privacy and most importantly a vacation without this annoying thrid wheel.. he said pulling Avni's hair..

Avni : Get lost dumbo.. she pushed him away from her side and combed her hair with her fingers.. Again, the brother sister start.. They had witnessed both of them fighting more nowadays...

Abeer : Avni bani daayan.. Abeer irked her more moving his finger in front of her..

Avni : go away before I kill you.. she throw daggers with her eyes..

Abeer : see this is the reason why I don't want to stay with her.. We'll be good at the hotel only..

Neil : Hotel.?? No way, you all are coming with me..

Abeer : Neil, we need privacy so do you.. We don't want to witness two adults fighting worst than a child.. so please..

Neil : fine.. not with us then, you'll stay at my penthouse.. But I'm not gonna let you guys stay at hotel.. and it has enough room for you guyz to have privacy..

Ashi : wow.. the one you renovate recently..

Neil : yeah., let me call Marc.. he called his number.. he was waiting for him to pick up his call when he look at Avni.. she was saying something to Abeer probably fighting with him.. He can't explain how happy he is due to her arrival.. he had missed her so much.. As if sensing his gaze on her, she look at him and raised her brows asking what.. he shook his head and turn around..

Neil : oh look here Marc came.. He introduced Marc to everyone and tell him to take them to his penthouse..

Rohan : We'll take your leave now buddy.., he fist puch with Neil and continue.. May God gives you strength to handle the little handful package.. I'll specially pray for you.., cause after you left she has became more violent than before so, be strong... he patted Neil backs sympathetically when he recieved a punch at his back..

Rohan : God!! Avni I'm not your punching bag.. he rubs his back groaning in pain.. Neil laugh at them...

Avni was about to hit Rohan again but Abeer being the responsible employer save his poor employee by dragging Avni away from him.. Rohan sigh in relief and ask Ashi to rub his back to soothe the pain..

Abeer : Avni, we are going.. don't annoy Neil.. or I'll instantly call Neela ma.. he said placing his arm around her neck..

Avni : Bro., I'll do the same if you tease my bhabhi.. she replied with a smug look..

Abeer : Ofcourse not.. I'll take care of her with love..

Avni : Ohh I so wish Meher would hear this., I would love to see her blushing like a newly weded bride..

Abeer : Ohh she looks so beautiful with her blush.. he sigh dreamily look at Meher who was busy laughing at Rohan misery..

Avni : Don't look at her like that brother. She'll start blushing with your intense gaze.. she chuckles..

Abeer : Don't tease my wife little devil.. We'll see when your time comes., sure you'll blush same like her even more than her... and just on the mention of her blush, she look at Neil who was already looking at her..

By his attire she can say that he directly came from office.. his navy blue tie is loosly hanging around his neck and the sleeves of his white shirt was rolled up displaying his forearms and a black watch was placed on his right wrist making him more handsome..

Abeer : Ahem.. Ahemm.. Sista., don't look at him like that.. he'll start blushing with your intense gaze.. he tease her laughing at end..

Avni : Shut up!! Her cheeks flushed and Abeer continue his laugh...

Meher : What are you laughing at.?? She asked her husband.. Avni's eyes widened and she instantly put her hand on Abeer's mouth before he blurts out something.. she glared at him and turn to others.. Her bro has a big fat mouth..

Avni : It's nothing.. I think we should just leave I'm very tired and sleepy.. She said faking a yawn.. Everyone nodded and she sigh in relief..

Rohan : I think I should just go and see a doctor for my back... I think my spine got a crack... he said making a painful expression..

Avni : I don't mind breaking your spine Mr. Traitor.. She glared at him..

Rohan : ouch... Avni you stab my heart with your words.. He slumped down on the bench near him..

Neil : Why Traitor..?? He asked amusingly..

Avni : This Traitor was given the task to order a phone for me and he order this stupid phone instead of the one I ask for.. She said waving her phone..

Rohan : but I order the same you asked for..

Avni : No, I asked for a Matte black one not a glossy black.. she accused him..

Neil : oww.. that's... a crime you'd done, dude... He said folding his hands on his chest..

Avni : Are you making fun of me.??

Neil : I can't do such a grave mistake.. Can I?? Hr said making a disbelief expression and wink at her..

Avni : what do you mean by that.?? She stood infront of him crossing her arms around her chest.. He takes steps forward standing close to her and said..

Neil : wahi jo tum samjhi.., or ab tum kya samjhi that's up to you.. he shrugged casually at the end..

Avni : Don't make me do violence in public mister.. She gritted her teeth and points her index finger at him..

Neil : what if I want to.? he interlocked his finger with her giving her a teasing smile.. and there goes all her fierce attitude as her cheeks warm up..

Neil : Are you by any chance, blushing Junglee billi... he whispers as their nose touches eachother... Gosh!! How much he missed her this close to himself.. The last hug had leave him craving for more..

Avni eyes went up and locked with his., The warmth and glisten in them makes her feel special.. really special..

But before she could enjoy the special moment, their eye lock broke by the fake coughing sound.. They immediately step away from eachother when they realised where they are..

The four pair of eyes were looking at them teasingly, and started hooting looking at their blushing faces.. some passerby also stood there when they hear the hooting sound and chuckles whispering "how cute".. "aww"...

Avni's eyes widened when an old lady passed a comment saying that they should have atleast let them kissed.. Which result in more teasing...

Neil ears tinted red but seeing Avni's wide eyes and face red from the blushing made him also laugh.. but he control himself and thought to save his Junglee billi from the teasing so he cleared his throat and say,

Neil : Avni, you can go and wait in the car.. I'll come with your luggage.. he said pointing towards the gate he parked his car..

Avni : Superb.. Bye I'm going.. and with that she literally jogged to the car before they could tease her more...

Neil : Arey.. Avni wai--.. He call out but she was already gone.. he huffs and took out the keys from his pocket.. Others, who were already laughing, laughs more at this while he just shook his head looking at the direction she went...

Neil made his way to Avni after everyone else left teasing him more.. As he went close to her, She was practically shivering and rubbing her arms leaning against the cab which was parked beside his car..

Neil : If you have wait for two seconds than you don't have to wait here outside..

Avni : I can't believe this.. seriously..she was shivering but she managed to glare at her..

Neil : What.??..

Avni : You came to pick up in a cab.. like seriously.. i know you came directly from the office but., Cab..

Neil : Cab... what are you talking about..

Avni : This cab., she points behind her..

Neil : Cab.. he bobbed his head up-down slowly.. you think I came to pick you up in a cab..

Avni : so, you see another car.. you said your car is here.. but here was just this stupid cab and this black beauty.. Avni sigh dreamily looking at the Black Matte Range Rover...

Neil : This black beauty is mine.. he said making her hitched her breath...

Avni : What... are you kidding me.??..

Neil : No.. he simply stated it and took out the keys and wave it in front of her..

Avni : Its seriously yours... wow.. She examine the keys first and then turn to the car... Long gone her shivers as she jumped up and down in excitement, seeing her favourite car.. that too in her most desired colour..

Neil : Now, if you've done examine the car, get in before you started freezing.. He opened the back door of the car and put her luggage in it smiling at her stupidly...

Neil : Avni, you want to freeze here at the Airport.. He asked when she still didn't show any sign to sit inside the car, just admiring it..

Avni : Yeah,, I'm sitting.. she said and opened the door of the car.. when Neil stopped her...

Neil : That's driving seat Junglee billi..,

Avni : ye..yeah!! I.. I know, I was just checking it..

Neil : Sure you're.. he rolled his eyes and opened the door for her and gesture her to come..

She come to him and was about to step inside the car when Neil hold her hand.. She look up at him and raised her eyes, he shook his head with a mischievous smile and kissed her cheek.. A sweet small peck.. Avni became literally freeze for a second., not due to cold but due to her Idiot's sudden move...

Neil grinned ear to ear and turn his left..

Neil : Is it okay, Ma'am..?? he said a little loudly to someone.. Avni turn her gaze from his face to the direction he was looking... The same old lady was grinning at them giving thumbs up with both hand..

Neil : Now you can get inside.., Avni look at him again and quickly get in as she was feeling cold but her cheeks were warm..

Neil went towards the driving seat and put his seat belt, He smiled when he saw her avoiding him.. He turn on the heater seeing her shivering legs.. he turn to the backseat and took his blazer which he discarded ealier..

Neil : Here.. it'll help you.. he put his blazer on her knees covering her legs..

Avni : Thanks.. she rubs her plams against eachother.. Neils smiles and reverse his car..

Neil : So how come you all are here.. suddenly .?? He asked after few seconds of silence...

Avni : You don't want us to be here.. okay I'll leave.. she said faking a sad expression put her hand on the car lock..

Neil : I didn't say that.. he quickly hold her hand.. that's when he realised how cold her hands become..

Neil : You're hands are cold.. he put her left hand on his lap rubbing it with his right one while other was at the steering wheel..

Avni : It's normal for me.. I can't handle too much cold.. she replied with a beautiful smile looking at him.. A warm feeling erupt in her heart with his gesture..

Neil : Still wear shorts.. huh!!..

Avni : I told you why..??

Neil : It's stupid.. didn't you check the weather before coming here...

Avni : No.. she said looking outside admiring the beauty of London.. just a second before she was listening to him attentively and now lost in the ecstatic scenery of outside.. obviously, it was her first time coming to London..

Neil : You still didn't tell me about the sudden visit., you all here together, how come.?? he nudge her to get her attention..

Avni : Remember the day we talk when you're in Milan..

Neil : Yeah, that was the last day you talk to me properly..

Avni : That's not my fault.. Bro and Meher had stick by my side like a fevicol since that day.. Apparently Bro had some office work here So he thought, why not to take a vacation.. and he thought no he believed that if I talk to you then I'll spill everything and he wants to suprise you..

Neil : No doubt why he email me then..

Avni : yeah and even Dad got a conference to attend.. and seeing my and Meher's hard work, he gave us some leave from the work so here we are..

Neil. Which conference..??. Neil asked as his Dad didn't told him about it this time... whenever he has some work here in London he would call him and tell him about his visit.

Avni : Mr. Davis deal.. The conference is day after tomorrow which Dad will handle but tomorrow we have a meeting with him which I and Meher will handle..

Neil : Richard Davis.. Dad didn't told me about the meeting.., when was he coming...

Avni : May be he forgot or maybe Bro didn't let him.. and he is coming on the day of conference and will leave shortly after that... others project are lined up.. so..

Neil : .. hmm.. he nodded making small circles on the back of her hand which he was still holding.. Hiding her goofy smile Avni look outside admiring the beauty of London..

Soon enough they reached the lane where his house is, few blocks away.. Avni again lost herself seeing the Mansions.. each on is better than the previous one..

Neil parked his car at front porch of his Mansion.. Avni's jaw drop looking at the beauty..

Avni : Is.. how much rent you pay for it.. she blurted out still looking at the white polished house..

Neil : Excuse me.!! He was offended would be an understatement...

Avni : rent.. I mean.. Yo..

Neil : I own this house.. I don't pay rent to myself..

Avni : Are you serious.. is it yours..

Neil : No.. He opened the door for her.. As she came out still admiring the Mansion, he opened the back door and took her bags out..

Avni : Are you sure it's yours only...

Neil : why you underestimate me soo much.?? Yes I have bought this house..

Avni : H..House.. it's a freaking Mansion.., why do you even bought it when you already have a penthouse.

Neil : because I wanted to.. and now please no more bakwas.. No one has ever offend me like you do today... He took her bags and went inside... As he reached the door he saw her still lost in her thoughts... putting the bags aside he came back and drag her inside..

Avni's eyes plopped out seeing the interior.. white and navy blue mixture had never been more beautiful than this to her..

Avni : Its beautiful..

Neil : I know, you want to see the rest.. he asked but he sees her shivering again.., the window were opened.. she nodded..

Neil : you want to rest..

Avni : Badly.. she again sit on her bag and look around...

Neil : okay.. I'll show you aroun--.. his phone beeped making him halt in his action..

Neil : sorry have to attend a meeting right now.. you can rest for a while.. I'll show you around later.. He sat on the couch and opened his laptop which was placed on the table..

Avni gaped at him and keep looking at him but even after minutes passed by he didn't looked up..

Avni : well, I won't mind sleeping on the sofa.. it looks comfortable.. she shrugged off.. Neil rolled his eyes at her..

Neil : you can sleep here if you want.. but if you need a bed then go upstairs.. most of the rooms are empty as I live alone here.. so you can take anyone you want.. He said still looking at the laptop and wear his bluetooth..

She got up from the bag and made her way to the stairs...

Avni : Wow.. what a great hospitality.. but why do even I expect something from this idiot.. Idiot.. she murmured and reached upstairs.. She gasped when she found a private living room on the first floor..

Avni : Damn... he really have good choice.. she looked out of the floor to ceiling glass window from which beautiful garden area can be seen.. she look around for a room.. There were two rooms one on her right side and other was at the end of the hallway.. she took the one near her right.. she slowly opened it..

OKAY.!! The room was cleaned and well kept..  what else could she tell now... the room was equally beautiful..

Avni : it must be his room.. she put his blazer on the couch which she was holding till now.. She went to the bed and sit on the comfortable mattress.. it was so comfortable and the quilt was also soft and warm that all she did was getting inside the comforter and snuggle more into it until the sleep took over her...

Neil got engrossed in his work after Avni left mumbling... And by the time his work finished it was late evening.. he got up and went upstairs to look where she is..

Its not hard for Neil to find which room Avni is staying as there is only two rooms on the first floor.. Reaching the floor, he decide to check the room which was near the stairs on the right side..

He knocked it and waited for reply.. He was about to go when he heard shuffling sound from inside.. He again knocked the door loudly this time..

Neil : Avni, are you there.??
He asked after knocking the door third time.. He opened the door when he heard a faint yes..

Avni, being the heavy sleeper could not wake up early even if she tried to.. she hardly answer if someone knock her door.. but because of not eating anything, she got up rubbing her eyes when her stomach grumbled and that time she heard knock.,

she look around to a different surrounding.. A frown appear on her face as she confusingly look around the room.. The room was excellent.. Her chain of thoughts broke by Neil's voice and then realisation dawn to her.. she is in London.. In Neil's house, In Neil's room..

She yawned and admire the room.. The grey and white interior of the room is fascinating.. Her gaze went on the side wall, French window, the couch kept near the door and then door.. and Neil..

Neil was leaning against the door frame crossing his arm around his chest.. He was looking at Avni amusingly as she admire the room like a child..

Avni : oh.. Hi.. she ran her finger in her hair hoping that they did not look like a nest or else Neil will make fun of her...

Neil : Finally you decide to acknowledge my present.. huh!! He said walking inside when his gaze fall on his blazer placed on the couch armrest...

Avni : Remember chocolate and medicine.. I try my best to ignore the bitter things.. Neil shook his head not knowing what to do.. now he can't curse a room.. can he??..

Neil : You were sleeping till now.??

Avni : Um.. Nah!! I was thinking how will it feel to pretend to be sleepy.. so yeah!!.. Neil rolled his eyes with a small smile playing on his lips..

Neil : Whatever.!! Can't expect a normal answer.. anyway., Are you hungry.?? As on a cue her stomach grumble and She looks here and there embarrassingly..

Neil : No need to be embarrassed Junglee billi, you love your sleep so much that you forgot to fill your stomach.., Now get up your luggage is here..

Avni : And dinner..?? She asked untangling herself from the quilt..

Neil : get ready.. we'll leave for that the soon you'll get down.. He said and walked away from her room..

Avni : we'll leave for that the soon you'll get down... she mimicked at him and get down from the bed..

She opened her bag and took out the clothes, thankfully Neela ma had done her packing so she had packed the clothes according to the weather.. Taking out some warm clothes she went to the bathroom to take a quick shower..

Neil was going through something on his phone while gazing at the stairs every now and then.. He has changed his clothes into a casual white t-shirt and a black jeans paired with a black jacket and now waiting for her.. He heard the sound of door opening...

Neil : Avnii..,

Avni : Coming.. she shouts from upstairs...

Neil: don't forget your coat, it's more colder than evening outside.. he shouts back..

Avni : Fineee.. she shouts and again he heard the door opened...

3 minute later... Avni came down wearing her black knee lenght winter coat on her simple white tee and a dark blue jeans paired with white sneakers..

Avni : Let's go..

Neil : Sure.. he leads the way out.. As they reached to his car, he opened the door for her..

Avni : My, My.. being gentleman and all.!!. She put her hand on her chest wiping away her not so existing tears.. Neil rolled his eyes...

Neil : took you soo long to notice this..

Avni : ah.. and here comes the annoying idiot... she rolled her eyes and settled on the seat... he closed the door and went to the driving seat..

Avni : where are we going.??

Neil : to dine out..

Avni : Oohhhh!!!!.. She nodded her head and glared at him later.. wow.. what an answer..

His whole focus was on the road, so she took this as a chance to look at him.. Even in just his casuals, he look damn amazing.. His hair which was previously styled perfect was now ruffled yet they look perfect on him.. His brown eyes were focused on road, and did she mention about his eyelashes.. He has perfect eyelashes anyone would kill to have.., his perfect jaw, his neck veins, his chin and some stubble on his face was making him more handsome.. His lips which were smirking.., smirking..

Her eyes widened and she quickly turn around mentally smacking herself for checking him out like a creep..

Neil : Now., Now., did you find something more soothing view to your eyes than Me.. huh!!..

Avni : wh.. what are you talking.. she fidgets with her fingers and look straight ahead of her..

Neil : are we seriously playing this.. huh!!.. you clearly got smitten by my looks but now you'll deny for sure.. he changed the gear looking at her but turn around quickly to keep his gaze on road..

Avni : I was not staring at you..

Neil : see, I told you you'll deny it.. but anyways, I don't need to prove myself.. the drool on your face done the job..

Avni eyes widened and she quickly wipe off her drool, but.. there was nothing... she glared at him and pinched his arm..

Neil : Aah!!.. Junglee billi., he move his hand away from her..

Neil : Are you crazy.,

Avni : Yes I am.. any problem..?? she again hit his arm..

Neil : wah, ye sahi hai.., first you ogled someone without their permission and then deny it and when you can't properly save yourself., just hit the person.. Great!!.. He mumbled making her giggled..

Neil : And now you're laughing..,

Avni : why are you complaining like a child..

Neil : Child.?? I'm complaining like a.--.. and what did you do., huh!! You first drool over me like I'm your eye candy and now denying it..

Avni : I was not drooling over you..

Neil : yeah, I believe you.. he rolled his eyes mocking at her..

Avni : whatever... she too rolled her eyes at him and look out of the window.. Few minutes later, she turned to him after he didn't say a word..

Neil : and now you'll deny it again.. he said glancing at her.. She quickly look ahead and muttered a small 'No'... Neil raised his brows at her...

Neil : So you're not denying it.. he asked.. his eyes shows mischievousness..

Avni : Ohh it think, we reached.. she said as the restaurant came in to view..

Neil : got save this time.. he muttered but she heard it and bite her inner cheeks...

After dining in one of Neil's favourite restaurant, Neil drove them to a cliff type place.. It was not actually a cliff, but they view from there was beautiful.. Some more people were also present there, but they all were busy in their own world.. some comes with their friends, some were couples.. There is a small ice cream parlour also present there where few families laughing enjoying their own quality time...

Avneil were leaning against their car looking at the sky..

Neil : Avni., did you miss me.. his sudden question caught her off guard...

Avni : why would I missed you.. She turn around facing him and leaning her side on the car hood.. Neil shrugged his shoulder and come close to her..

Neil : you tell..

Avni : keep dreaming Mr. I didn't missed you for a second.. she said with mischievous dancing in her eyes...

Neil : But I missed you, every single second.. He said looking at her with thousands of emotion in his eyes..

All her mischievousness fly away as he held her captive., his brown eyes darted in her hazel one..

Neil : I'll get something for us.. He said after few seconds and left her with a thudding heart..

Avni placed her hand on her heart as she stares at his retiring figure.. They were in a playful mood when suddenly this idiot have to be all sweet and loving.., She is used to his playful attitude but his sweet and caring side always do some weird thing to her.. she feels all her blood run to her face so much to her dismay..

But on the second thought, A foolish smile appear on her face hearing he too missed just the way she did..

Neil : Here is the hot chocolate for you., And don't worry it's not from the Starbucks.. He said as he came to her with one hand holding her hot chocolate while a beer for him in the other hand..

Avni : Thank you.. she took it from him. And asked... from where did you get this.?? She look around to see only icream parlour there..

Neil : This used to be our hanging spot back in college, and being almost regular visitor to this place we have the advantage to get whatever we want.. he winked at her making her giggle., Avni look at him and rest her head on his shoulder.. but as soon as her head touch his shoulder he jerk away from her..

Neil : Besharam ladki.., anjaan desh mein anjaan jagah par, ek ladke ke itna kareeb.. chee.. Sharma nahi aati tumhe.. huh!!.. He said making horrified face..

Avni look at him gaping her mouth opened and frown appear on her forhead., her eyes shows confusion but soon her expression change when she saw him hiding his smile.. She glared at him..

Avni : Get Lost!!.. she turn her head away from him.. He laugh throwing his head back..

Neil : your expression.. damn, Junglee billi..

Avni : Shut up..!! She smack his arm giving him the same angry bird look.. once he was done with the laugh, he came to her side and put his hand around her neck pulling her close...

Avni : leave me., Idiot.. she smack his arm again and again .. but it didn't work on him.. he didn't budge a little.. earlier, he used to winch like a wounded soldier on a single smack...

Avni : Now, who is besharam.?? She asked after giving up on his stubbornness..

Neil : Still you., who hit someone like a mental person..

Avni : I'm not mental... She pinched his waist..

Neil : Jeez.. Junglee billi stop being violent.. he rubbed his side.. Her smacking might not hurt but her pinches., it hurt so damn much..

Avni : No I won't.. she push away her hair tendril which was disturbing her and take a sip of her hot chocolate.. he look at her lovingly.. Her eyes were gazing the stars while his eyes gaze at her face.. Her lips curled up in a smile feeling his gaze on her.. His lips also twitch in a smile...

Neil : I missed you soon much Junglee billi.. He softly said and kiss her temple pulling her more to his side.. she snuggled into him and hummed in response..

Neil : Did your hmm means I missed you more.. huh.??

Avni : Ha. Ha. very funny.. she rubbed her red nose rolling her eyes..

Neil : so what you mean by that.??

Avni : what That.??.. she look at his brown eyes..

Neil : Thaatt..

Avni : oh That.,

Neil : yeah that..

Avni : That.. I missed my boyfriend more.. she smile widely at him..

Neil : is that so.?? Then I think I too missed my girlfriend.. He grin ear to ear..

Avni : You think.. She narrowed.. her hand close in a fist..

Neil : keep your hands to yourself, Junglee billi.. he hold her fist before it landed on him., She tried to pull her hand but he didnt let her..

Neil : Try harder... He smirk at her taking a sip of his beer..

She gave him a challenging look and gulped down the remaining content of her hot chocolate, keeping it away, she faced him and put her free hand on her waist giving him a look to leave her wrist..

But, Neil put his beer aside and hold both of her hand.. Taking her completely in his embrace he put his chin on her shoulder..

She stood in his arm completely clueless, his action left her dumbfounded but the warmth he is providing is way too comfortable to step away..

Neil : You sure it is normal for you.. Your hands are very cold., the atmosphere is not that chilly.. He asked.. concern laced in his tone which made her heart tingle.,

Neil : Avni... he call her after few seconds when she didn't answer..

Avni : it's fine.. It happens.. She assured him smiling against his shoulder.. He nodded..

Neil : let's go before you completely freeze here.. he pull away slightly still holding her close..

Avni : No, I want to stay here..

Neil : and give competition to snow man huh!!..

Avni : Very funny., she put her head on his shoulder gazing at the shining star..

Neil : See I was right about you being Besharam..

Avni : Go to hell.. She pushed him away and made her way to the car huffing.. A small pout was on her face making her look cute.. Neil just smile at her..
