Avni's Pov :

It feel so good just to sit back and chill.. I've always loved this.. me time.. I can simply sit and relax and be my self or read my books.. I'm currently lying on the mattress in my balcony enjoying the beautiful and calm evening.. The atmosphere is serene and after days I got a chance to enjoy this.. The schedule is very hectic nowadays, work is keeping me engage with one or the other things that I hardly got a time for myself.. The past week was really busy and eventful that I didn't get a time to call Neil..

Neil..

It's been almost 5 months since he went back.. Initially for few days he was not able to contact anyone due to his work he just left message to me about him reaching there safely.. but soon things started getting better there with his work thankfully, and he came around..

A lot actually happen in this span of 5 months.., Meher and I started working with Dad (Prakash) in Khanna Industries.. Bro did whined about his wife working away from him but I didn't let Meher go.. I and Meher wished to work together in a same firm, so I blackmailed her..

Though Bro always used to barg in our office with some lame excused of work and sometimes no almost everytime invite himself for lunch with us.. He can't stay away from his wife.. But he too sometimes get lost in his files as Neela ma mostly handle NGO and Bro had to handle all the business alone.. ofcourse with Rohan's help.. Or else Bro is the top class love sick puppy.. My best friend has wrap him around her finger.. haha..

Coming to others., Rohan and Ashi are doing great like always.,. Kunj bhai and Twinkii are very excited for the baby and eagerly waiting for the arrival of their little munchkin., they are enjoying their quality time in Mumbai., Twinki looks soo cute with her baby bump and every now and then we got a complaint from her that Kunj bhai had called her fat or ballon or blah blah blah.. And their fights are solved by Neela ma.. because if we tried to solve it then I'm not sure how will it ends.. we had so many virtual fights with each other..

It's mostly that Idiot try to provoke me everytime and me giving him a peace of mind.. but it's not always us.. sometime it's Ashi and Rohan sometime it's Kunj bhai and Twinkii or sometimes even Vidhyut and Shanaya..well talking about them.. They shifted to Singapore 3 months back cause Shanaya got a contract to work with one of the most famous fashion designer there and Vidhyut joined her handling his hotels there.. It's a clear excuse, I'm sure Bro is giving him tips.. but we all know the main reason of him going there.. he can't leave without his shanu baby..

Anyways in all everyone is doing great in their respective life.. We don't get much time to talk with our respective works but we still manage.. Many a times we as in Me, Meher, Bro, Ashi and Rohan have movie nights.. or we video call everyone.. but it's been a month now we have spend our time together.. I miss them.. I miss him..

I miss him, without a doubt.. I never thought that someday I'll say this but I think it's better to go with the flow.. it's  better to accept what your heart wants.. what your heart miss..

Though me and Neil call each other almost every day.. but still he is not here., with me.. He is as usual like before.. irritating and annoying..

I thought we both would not be in touch that much, but he proved it wrong.. He is the one who always text or call me first everyday..,and on weekends he is the one who wakes me up., he wake up at 5 in the morning even on weekends.. who wakes up that early dude..!!

And because of him I too had to wake up by 10 or 11 on weekends.. huffs!!.. It's good for him that he is not infront of me or else I would have murder him long ago for disturbing my beauty sleep.. I have told him n number of times not to disturb my sleep but would he listen.?? No..

I have tried to avoid him and ignore his calls also so that he would understand it but again that irritating charming fiancé of mine knows very well how to use his charms on me.. I don't know how he does that but he'll always make me talk to him in one or the other way.. He has the capability to change my mood from 0 to 10.. to happy from sad with his chipdi chupdi baatein..

A part from this there are many things about him which I came across during these months.. and one of them is his work.. He is very passionate about his work., He is very punctual about it.. His professional behaviour is damnn good., and by God.!! he look so handsome in his formals.. Not that I'll say this to him and boast his already giant size ego...

He is really good at his work but strict too, DD and Heri told me about it earlier but I never took it seriously.., not until when that idiot handsome fiancé of mine scold me for zooning out when he was explaning me some finance charts..Khadoos Khanna..

He help me alot with the work but also he is the worst teacher I've ever got.. he is soo stirct and he knows every tactics of mine.. but again because of him only I manage to handle the work.. Dad was very impressed with my work.. so I can let him have that...

My chains of thought broke by my phone ringtone... since how long it was ringing.. guess it will take more time to adjust with the new phone..
Avni's Pov ends::

A lot happen in these few months but Avneil being Avneil are as usual like before but now the communication and understanding between them grow a little more.. They don't get enough time to talk with their respective works but they still manage to text or call each other everyday and on weekends they video call eachother...

They have come across about many things of each other.. Sometimes they behave like long lost friends and talk to each other about everything and anything for hours, sometimes they tease each other until one of them cut the call straight, or sometimes they were at each others throat fighting worst than an animals.. sometime they help eachother with the works, it's mostly Neil helping Avni to learn things about business.. and Avni tried to cheer him up whenever he feel low.. Some day they will talk about their daily routine with eachother or sometimes they will just chill and discussed some random movies they saw recently..

They have come close enough to know the other very well, their relation straightened even after the miles distance between them.. Neil sometimes will say sweet sweet things just to see her red face or will flirt with her using the some cheap pickup lines.. or he'll simply listen her blabber about the thing which he himself not remember later..

That's how they have been.. they still give tension to their family members by always fighting in front of them.. not for once they have talk properly with each other for more than two minutes in front of them...

Avni lifts her phone to see who was calling her.. her face lift up in an instant seeing the caller id, but frown appear on her face.. it's an unusual time for him to call.. she shrugged off but before she answer it, the phone went off..

She stood up and sit leaning against the wall.., she hug her teddy close to her as she call him.. but before she call him., he beat her.. her phone rings again but this time it's a video call.. she accept the call before it went off it..

Neil : You better be free Junglee billi... he said as soon as she answer it.. He seemed to be in hurry as he sit in the car and closed the door..

Avni : Hello to you too.. I'm good.. thanks for asking.. Everything is fine here.. no need to worry about anything... she replied sarcastically... Neil rolled his eyes before smiling sweetly at her showing his white pearls..

Neil : Hello Avni., how are you.., is everything okay there.. Should I need to worry about anything.??...

Avni : Very funny... waise where are you.??

Neil : In car..

Avni : wow.. you must be enjoying a lot there.. is it beautiful.. is the view from the window ecstatic.?? She said faking excitement..

Neil : Are you done now.. he asked after three seconds..

Avni : May be.. she shrugged her shoulder snuggling into her cute soft teddy...

Neil : wait.. you're missing me Junglee billi...

Avni : Who said that.?? She asked narrowing her eyes at him..

Neil : well first of first it was clearly written on your face and second you're hugging the teddy which I gifted you.. he smirk losing his tie..

Avni : Ha.. Ha.. haa.. kitni galat fehmi hai aapko Mr.-I'm-obsessed-with-my-hair..

Neil : will you stop eyeing my hair.. you know I started having hairfall.. everyday my two or three hair will fall.. nazar lagi hai tumhari Junglee billi..

Avni : Haww.. how sad.. Ab mera kya hoga.. I have to spend my entire life with a bald man beside me.. Noo Babaji.. please.. don't let your poor soul suffer.. I won't look good with a Bald man.. right Babaji.?? please help me..

Neil : can you be more selfish than this..??

Avni : Me and Selfish.. No way.. I'm the innocent one...

Neil : Yeah.., and I'm the realative of Albus Dumbledore.. he rolled his eyes at her..

Avni : wow.. isn't it so cool.. she too rolled her eyes at him..

Neil : Anyways., where were you from past few days..??

Avni : Why, you're missing me.??? She asked while wiggling her brows at him with a teasing smile..

Neil : You wish.. You're phone was not reachable..why?? he enquired slightly concerned as it was not possible for her to not pick up his calls..

Avni : It was written on your face that you're missing me.. She smirked at him fliping her hair back..

Neil : I was not missing you but you surely did missed something..

Avni : What..??

Neil : your reward.. he said showing her the scenery out of the window..

Avni sit straight immediately when he show her the surrounding..

Avni : Shit.. Where are you.??

Neil : Milan, Italy... just completed the meeting..

Avni : No way.. why didn't you say anything to me??

Neil : I did.. your phone was not reachable So I left a message for you..

Avni : Damn my phone.. she cursed her phone..

Neil : waise the meeting went perfect.. He said to her hiding his smile..

Avni : Ofcourse it went perfect.. she gritted her teeth..

Neil couldn't control his laugh and her expression was making it more hard so he burst into laugh..

Avni : don't laugh idiot.. it's just one time thing.. from next time I'll make sure to ask more expensive rewards...

Neil : Accha.. what will you ask.., huh.!! Again a box full of chocolates or a soft cuddly teddy..

Avni : Shut up.!! She is felling sad., she missed her rewards this time...

It's like a ritual going between them.., It's started when once Neil had a meeting to attend and he was on call with Avni.. it was an urgent meeting, and important for the company so Avni wishes him and said him that if the meeting went well then he have to give something to her for being his wellwisher.. it was a clear joke from her side.. but next day she recieved a package which contains a box full of chocolates with a small note - for Junglee billi.. attached to it..

And since then, whenever he goes for important meeting, he'll call Avni and she'll wish him and remind him about her reward.. The teddy was also one of her reward..

Neil : Now stop sulking.. you'll received your reward in few days.. i guess..

Avni : Really.. she squeals in happiness.. She'll get her supply of chocolate for this month.. Neela ma had cut her daily dose of chocolate and banned her from buying it.. but then comes her idiot who had given her life her love back..

And as proven before Avneil is a great team when they want to be.., so they had hide their this little act preety well from everyone.. No one knows that Avni is getting her favourite dose all the way from London..

Neil : yupp.. but you've to help me with something..

Avni : I'm ready.. for what you need my help..

Neil : for shopping..

Avni : Shopping.??

Neil : yes shopping.. just a minute.!! He said as he look out the window and few seconds later he step down from the car..

Neil : Yeah so.. Meher comes to know about me being in Milan and I don't need to ask how she comes to know but she gave me a longgg list.. and I need your help with that.. he said making his way inside hotel where he and DD are staying..

Avni : So Meher know about you.. she didn't tell me..

Neil : today Mom call DD and the news spread and soon I got the list from both Mom and Meher..

Avni : may Babaji gives you strength..

Neil : Thank you.. I really need it and also DD.. heri gave him a long list too..

Avni : poor DD.. by the way the hotel look nice.. she said as she got a little glimpse of the interior...

Neil : you're looking at me or the hotel..

Avni : If medicine is surrounded by chocolates then obviously I'll stare at chocolates.. why to look at bitter things.. She shrug her shoulder and bite her ineer cheek to hide her smile..

Neil : finee.. Haslo., aur haso.. he said closing the door of his room with a thud..

Avni : Achha na baba.. chodo.., why are you getting irritated..

Neil : I am not.. stay in line for for few minutes I'll be back.. he said putting his phone on the side table and went away..

Avni popped out the chips packet and started munching it.. Mehbeer had gone for a date while Neela ma was in Mumbai for NGO work.. and She is going to Khanna Mansion for Dinner as she was alone..

Few minutes later and munching a full packets of chips, she heard Neil voice...She pickes her phone which she had put down on the mattress.. He was looking good.. really good.. She can tell he is wearing the white hoodie as she sees his hood.. his hair is slightly damped, and few tendrils are falling on his forhead.. He is looking like a college going boy.

Neil : done checking me out, Junglee billi. Huh!! He smirk at her..

Avni : umm.. No.

Neil : No.. he asked raising his eyebrows and continue.. you want to check me out for some more time.. huh..

Avni : No.. I mean., I was not checking you out.. she immediately took another packet of chips and opened it.. it was a clear lie.. her face said it all..

Neil : Sure.. you're not.. He picks his bag and other belongings and made his way out of the room..

Avni : you're checking out from the hotel right now..??

Neil : Yeah.. have to board the flight after the shopping spree.. He said entering the elevator..

Avni : Damn.. the elevator is also amazing.. Neil look at her with narrowed eyes and put his finger on the camera so she can't see anything.. He went to the receptionist and gives the keys back ignoring Avni's threats that she will cut the call and she won't help him and blah blah blah..

He keep the camera blank till the time he reached the car settled down after telling the address to the chauffeur..

Neil : Yeah.. you're saying something Junglee billi..

Avni : Get lost.. I'm not helping you now..

Neil : why, Neela put away the banned from your chocolate.. huh.!! He asked smirking at her knowing her weak points very well..

Avni : God!!.. you're so annoying idiot..

Neil : I'm glad to hear that.. waise you didn't tell me what's happen with your phone.??

Avni : Bro happened.. she said clutching the chips packet tightly.. Neil raised his eyebrows asking her what exactly happened...

Avni : he was fighting with me for the remote and I hide it so he get a held of my phone and when I didn't agree to give him the remote he broke my phone in front of my eyes..

Neil : why were you hiding his TV remote..

Avni : wait I was not hiding his room TV remote.. it was the living room TV.. he has his room TV all for himself.. me and Meher were happily watching our favourite series when he thought it'll good to interrupt us.. Just thinking of it makes me angry..

Neil : What has gotten into both of you.. Neela ma was also complaining that you and Abeer are at each other's throats ever since he got married and you got engaged..

Avni : It's not my fault that he gets on my nerves every freaking time..

Neil : Yeah., who does not get on your nerves Junglee billi..

Avni : The one who actually cared for me and let me stay in peace..

Neil : That's hard to guess.. was there someone like that existed..

Avni : very funny.. she makes faces at him.. He laugh at her cute expression..

And like that they talk and tease each other all the way till he reached the mall.. Avni helped him with the products her Best friend put it in the list.. Their virtual shopping continue with her teasing and helping and him sulking.. he asked her if she wants something but she refused saying she is happy with her little rewards..

Soon after done with the shopping, they continue to talk for some more time until he reached the Airport.. They bid bye to eachother when the announcement of his flight was made..

Avni lean against the wall staring at the sky which has changed its colour.. and realisation dawn to her.. shit..she is late for the dinner.. damn they talked for a long time..

She hurriedly went inside to get ready.. after taking a quick shower she wore a black faded jeans and a grey jumper.. she left her hairs open and took her bag. 

She rushed down taking her scooty keys and house keys.. she locked the main door properly  and made her way to the Khanna Mansion..

Thankfully, she reached there around 8:30..

Bebe Praksh along with Shweta were talking, sitting in the living area when Avni entered muttering sorry for being late..

Bebe : Chalo., let's go and have dinner.. Mujhe to bohot bhook lagi hai..

They all settled down in the dinning area talking and laughing.. Prakash and Avni discussed some of their office work and Shweta whined as just like her son Prakash is now planning to make Avni workaholic too..

The four of them talk and laugh while having their dinner.. Bebe made Avni's favourite dish and she was thanking her after every bite..

After having their dinner they sat in the lounge with their coffee's made by Avni and were waiting for Mehbeer.. Around past 10 Mehbeer came back.. Avni ignore Abeer like she was doing since past four days..

Abeer : Avni., you are still angry with me.. like seriously even after I bought you a new phone..

Avni : That's cause you broke my previous one.. she said giving him a sting eyes..

Abeer : Come on Avni.. I said sorry millions time.. Forgive me na..

Avni : No..

Abeer : Avni..

Avni : No..

Abeer : Fine.. But I'm sure you'll forgive me after this..

Avni : what.. she asked but Abeer smile sheepishly and look around.. everyone was smiling..

Meher : wait a minute.. She went towards the side table and took out some note.. she scribbled something on it and fold it.. She turn around and pass the paper to Avni.. She opened it and frown..

Avni : What is this.. She asked confusingly.. Meher side hugged her and said..

Meher : A little suprise for you bestie.. She swing her back and forth.. Abeer snatch the  the paper from her hand and pinched her cheeks making her scrunched her nose.. he read the paper loud..

Abeer : Pack your bags..
