The guest started to come for the Engagement ceremony... All were ready and waiting for the bride to come...

Neil and Abeer was standing waiting for Meher...Abeer was getting restless and Neil was teasing him along with Rohan-Abeer's P.A and a very good friend..

Abeer : don't forget... every dog has his day..

Rohan : mine has already gone...
Neil chuckles at this..

Abeer : Mr. Neil Khanna.. don't laugh.. your time will come soon..then we'll see what you do..

Neil : do whatever you want.. i don't care but today is your day Dog.. and hi-fi with Rohan..

Abeer : sure..he said while gritting his teeth...then suddenly music started to play...

They look at the entrance from where Meher was coming with Avni and Ashi(Rohan's wife) on her side...
The trio Rohan Neil and Abeer were looking at Ashi Avni and Meher without blinking...

Prakash : stop looking at them like a foolish... and Neil Meher is your sister and Ashi is already married.. who are you gawking at.... he asked with a glint of mischief... Neil come to his  sense... and shook his head... saying nothing.. Prakash chuckles... But unfortunately Rohan and Abeer are still lost in their wife and fiancée respectively..

As the girls came forwards Neil had to shook Rohan and Prakash had to shook Abeer so that they can help them... Abeer gave his hand to Meher...Rohan also help his wife.. Neil too gave his hand to Avni.. but she look at him with narrowed eyes and stood beside Meher ignoring his help... Abeer notice this and chuckles.. Neil gave him a look to shut up but he gave him a teasing smile...

Abeer and Meher settled in their seat and rest started talking with each other..as there is some more time to start the ceremony...

Neil tried to gain Avni's attention but couldn't...as she kept talking to one or the other person...At last he silently sneak out from his side and went to Avni who was now talking to prakash..

Neil : Dad.. you here... your friend Mr. Desai was looking for you since long...

Prakash : ohh.. did he.. Neil nodded innocently... and Prakash left from there saying he'll be back soon...

Avni turn to go to Mehbeer when Neil hold her wrist and drag her to the dinner area where the helpers are arranging things...

Avni : what the hell.. stop dragging me everytime.. you idiot..

Neil : why are you ignoring me..??
He folded his hand to his chest...

Avni : I'm not ignoring you.. she huffs..

Neil : ohh really.. then why didn't you accept my help earlier....

Avni : ohh that... well i can help my self back there.. so i didn't accept simple..

Neil : bu..but still.. it's just a help...

Avni : correct.. it's just a help.. so stop exaggerating it.. Neil.. come on...

Avni : God... stop behaving like a child.. will you..

Neil : I'm  not behaving like a child  i just ask why you don't accept my help.. she place her hand on her forehead and shook her head...

Avni : Neil it's my fault that i didn't accept your help back there... plzz forgive me.. I'll not do this again... now happy.. she said sarcastically..

Neil : I just ask you a simple question.. you don't need to be sarcastic.. he rolled his eyes at the end.. Ashi comes there..

Ashi : you both are here.. everyone was looking for you.... come on the ceremony is going to start.. And she dragged both of them back to where everyone was...

Abeer and Meher was standing facing each other... Neil took place beside Meher while Avni went to bring the Rings....

Avni came and stand beside Abeer... Neil one by one took the ring and gave it to Mehbeer....

First Meher place the ring on Abeers finger.. All claps... then Abeer place the ring on Meher's finger and Kiss her hand making her blush while other cheers and hoots for them... Rohan and Neil whistles too...

Mehbeer's Engagement rings :

Everyone comes there to congratulate them and gave them their blessings... every one was enjoying and complementing the couple every now and then...when Bebe said...

Bebe : Neil puttar.. kuch naach gaane ka intezaam kiya hai ki nhi.. Neil look at her and then shook his head slightly.. they were too busy with the other thing they don't get time to think about it... Bebe huffs... Avni comes to Bebe hugs her from side and said...

Avni : Bebe... Punjabis ki wedding me Naach gaana nahi hua to kuch nhi hua.. Haina..

Ashi : Correct.. and she too came and stand with Avni... let's show them.. Avni nodded...

Rohan :  hey... wait wait...when did you get the time for practice.. All look at them for the Answer even Meher too...

Avni : we are natural dancers.. we don't need practice...and flipped her hair with a style... Ashi laugh and hi-fi Avni..

Neil : whatever.... and rolled his eyes...

Avni : whatever... she make faces mimicking him..

Neil : what did you say...?? He asked Avni with narrowed..

Avni : why.. you didn't listen.. are you deaf... she said looking directly into his eyes...they both are looking at each other with challenging look... their eye lock were broken by Bebe...

Bebe : achha achha phir shuru hogay tum dono..chalo, gaane vaane bajao.. Avni Ashi... she take their hands.. jao shuru karo... jaldi... She says before Avneil started their bickering...

Avni went from there but not before giving Neil a smirk... He look at her with confused face.. why the hell now she was smirking at me... he thought...

Everyone was waiting for Avni and Ashi dance... they were talking something with the man who was handling the music system...

Both Avni and Ashi came to the centre with some Avni and Meher's college friends which too came for the Engagement...
Soon song starts and they started thier performance...

Neil : well it's time to make our entry... come and throw his hand around his shoulder before taking him to the centre where the girls where dancing.. Neil came and slightly push Avni and dance singing the song...

Ashi and Avni look at them with their mouth wide open... they didn't expect them to dance too well... how the hell can they dance well when they didn't even know about the slightest thing about the it.. Dude they were dancing perfectly...

Neil look at Avni and smirks at her...  she quickly closed her mouth and glare at him... Rohan was also teasing Ashi..  Avni took Ashi hand take her away from Rohan...

Neil gave her a look with raised eyes...

After the performance Avni was feeling thirsty...so she went to drink  something...she was drinking the water when suddenly Neil came from behind...

Neil : soo how's it..??
Avni chocked.. and started coughing..

Avni : yo.. you idiot...  who came like this..

Neil : Me... he said with a wide grin...

Avni : very funny... and turn away..

Neil : heyy.. wait.. you didn't answer... how's my performance..??

Avni : Bakwass...

Neil : oh really... that's why you were standing with your jaw touching the ground.. rightt!!..

Avni : th..that.. was..that was for Rohan.. yeah..for Rohan.. she stammers

Neil : Sachhi... but your face was saying something else...

Avni : then you should start wearing  specs..

Neil : and you should start learning to lie properly.. Avni cursed him underneath her breath.. and walk away... but stop when hear Neil's voice..

Neil : Junglee billi... Blue suits you.. and wink at her...

Avni : and Black always go with MONSTERS... and went away...

Everything was going smoothly with the ceremony... all were having fun...  

Neil and Rohan were planning something... they were whispering to themselves... they look at each other and and mouthed let's begin together..

Mehbeer were sitting talking with the family memebers when they hear Neil...

Neil : Bebe.. Dad.. Don't you think we should let the newly engaged couple hit the dance floor... and smirks at Abeer.. Neil know that Abeer and Meher were not able to practice because of the chaos and Abeer would definitely say No.. so he deliberately say loudly so that his chance to say No will be little less...

Abeer glare at both Rohan and him but he ignore it... They are going to make them dance...

Bebe : Haa bhai..  Abeer Meher.. ek dance to tum logo ka banta hai...

Abeer : Bebe but we didn't even practise... how can we- but Avni cuts him off..

Avni : Bro... we are natural dancers.. we don't need practice..

Neil : yeah.. we can see that..

Avni : you Shut upp!! No one's talking to you..

Neil : Really... but i think everyone is talkin-  "ohhh chup karo tum dono"  Prakash cut him off..

Shweta : Abeer Meher... get up before they both started again...come on..and make them stand up.... Neil smirks at him...

"You start counting you days saale saab" Abeer muttered to Neil...

They went to the centre Avni cheers loudly for them...Music starts to play..

The newly engaged couple beautifully danced on the romantic retro...

Rohan : well then we can see that in Sangeet ceremony... what say... Groom's fam vs Bride's fam.. He suggests..

Ashi : well then I'm going to be on Groom side... and hug Avni who was beside her...

Rohan : well then i think i have to ditch my boss... sorry boss.. but this best and the great dancer won't be in your team.. All chuckles...

Avni : we don't even won't you.. we'll win without you..

Neil : that we'll see in the Sangeet  ceremony only... who'll  be the winner and and who'll  be the loser.. he said winner winking at Rohan who was beside him and loser looking at Avni..

Avni :  yeah.. we'll definitely see.. she said while gritting her teeth...

2 Days later :

All were sitting in the garden area chilling... they are going to the Love Nest - the Villa they book for wedding...

Its already evening time and and it'll take some time for them to reach the villa...  so they decides to leave after having evening snacks.. Soon they all settled in the bus...

Neil came and sat beside Avni who was looking outside the window...

Neil : what happen Junglee billi...??
She glare at him.. but didn't say anything for sometime...

Avni : I'm going to miss this farmhouse... she slowly said still looking out..

Neil : you like the farmhouse..

Avni : I love it... it's very beautiful...

Neil : hmm... he was looking at her...

She was looking at the setting sun.. her face was glowing as the light rays fall on her face making it more beautiful... He was looking at her hairs flying with the air.. her sparkling eyes... her cute nose.. her li- his thought broken by Abeer..he was calling him from his seat just ahead of them..

Neil : what..

Abeer : here... Avni's iPad... give it to her.. Neil take it from him... and he turn ahead...

He look at Avni who was still busy looking the sceneries...

Neil : Avni.. your iPad.. he said shaking her shoulder lightly.. She nodded and take it from him...

Avni : um.. you wanna listen.. she said passing him one earphone.. He look at her for some time before nodding his head... he take it from her and place it in his ears listening the song which was playing...

Neil : Rewrite the stars... Zac Efron fan..

Avni : yupp... she said and again look out of the window... he took it as a chance to look at her again... without any disturbance except from her hairs which kept falling on her face...

It continued till she sleep placing her head in his shoulder... Neil smiles looking at her... he removed the hair strain which was on her face... he move a little and placed her head properly on his shoulder to make her more comfortable... and smiles looking ahead.... enjoying the feeling which was very new to him...
