A week later.::

It's been a week since the dinner... all get busy with one or the other things... elders get busy with the wedding preparations like making guest list, giving ideas about themes etc.. while Avni and Meher get busy with their Exams that have started... Abeer was busy with his business and Neil.. well he's busy exploring Amritsar as well as helping his dad in his business and also keeping track on his business in London....

In the whole week Avneil meet twice that too just annoying greetings to each other when she come to study with Meher for exams in his house....

Present Day :

Abeer and Neil were in Abeer's office and talking ...

Abeer : soo... Mr. Neil Khanna kaise jaa rahe hai holidays aapke..??

Neil : good.. veey good

Abeer : well i got to know that you are helping Dad in business....

Neil : yuppp...I'm helping so that he can have some rest.. he was always busy with business.. he have to retire someday...

Abeer : then settled in India only...

Neil : I too think about it.. but then I love my business in London very much..

Abeer : you are crazy... by the way how are you doing..??

Neil : I'm doing fine.. why??

Abeer : arreey you are here in India away from your office... didn't you miss it...
Neil look at him with narrowed eyes..
While Abeer chuckles..

Abeer : okay okay... but on a serious note.. what is the scene of your marriage... Meher told..
Neil cuts him off..

Neil : god!! Don't even ask.... since day i came they are planning something... and Meher is also involve in it... thank God they got busy in your wedding preparation or else i don't know what would happen...

Abeer : but why are you behaving like you are getting tortured...

Neil : seriously dude... you are asking me that...

Abeer : yes... now Answer me... why are you so against of marriage...

Neil : I'm not against of marriage...

Abeer : then what's the problem..

Neil : well problem is... we are living in 21st century right... but i think my family doesn't know this... i mean who can marry a girl without seeing her or even without knowing her name...

Neil : arrggh..!! My family chose a girl for me and says that i have to marry her i like or not...

Abeer : sooo you mean an arranged marriage...

Neil : yeah!!

Neil sit straight in his chair as Abeer answer the call...

As soon as he cuts the call

Neil : what was she telling..??

Abeer : dude calm down... it's just a normal call... why are you sweating...

Abeer : accha jii ... Nothing..

Neil : okay.. fine... whenever Bebe or Mom calls.. the only thought that roam around my mind is 'Marriage'

Abeer : that means your marriage gonna happen very soon....
This time Neil threw a pen to him...

Neil : forget about this... what did she actually told...??

Abeer : ohh.. that..we have to go your house for lunch... as she has something important to discuss....

Neil : shitt!!.. what if it's related to my marriage... no..no..no... I'm not coming.... you go...
Abeer chuckles...

Abeer : chill dude.. everything gonna be fine... now come on... get up or else Bebe will come here and drag us holding our ears... chal...
And grab his hand and drag him out of his office...

They reached parking....

Abeer : woah... woah!!! Neil Khanna with his bike... that's nice...
Neil chuckles and lean to his bike...

Abeer : nah... I'll take my car... have to pick Meher and Avni from college...

Neil : ohk... then I'll meet you later...

Neil look at him confusingly

Abeer : cause you'll take Avni with you so that I can spend a little time with my fiancée...

And makes funny face...

Neil : ohk..ok... but you have to manage that Junglee billi... I'm not going to bare her tantrums...

They both reached college and was waiting for Avni and Meher to come...
Both were leaning on Abeer's car....
Slowly everyone comes out...

All Girls were checking both of them...
Avni and Meher comes out and see most of girls around them were looking at particular direction....

Meher : why they were looking at the same direction... is some Celebrity comes or what..!!

Avni : don't know.. but let's check what if someone really hot and handsome dude was there... who knows...
Meher chuckles..and they both went...
When they reached their eyes widened and they both suddenly said...

Avni/Meher : What the hell!!....
And look at each other before making their way towards them...

Both Neil and Abeer was enjoying the attention thay are getting when Avni and Meher come there.

They stand in front of them with their hand crossed and with narrowed eyes...

Abeer abruptly stand and straighten his suit... while Neil was still lazily leaning to the car and looking at Avni...

Abeer : Meher... um... how's your exam..??

Meher : good... she replied curtly...

Avni : what are you both doing here.??

Abeer : we came here to pick you both...

Avni : why...??? she asked raising her eyebrows.

Abeer : Bebe told us. We have to go Khanna Mansion.

Avni : again why..???

Abeer : God you asked tooo many questions.... I don't know why she called us there.... now shall we go...

Meher went to the car without telling anything... Avni was also going towards the car when Abeer hold her hand... he looks at Neil and nods his head...
Neil went away from the car....
He returned with his bike to see Abeer was making puppy faces to Avni and whispering something..... after some more puppy faces she finally nodded....Abeer quickly hugs her and gave her a small peck on her head before going to his car...

Avni look at Neil who was sitting on his bike waiting for her, wearing Black jeans vlack t-shirt with dark brown jacket.. he have his shades on hiding his deep brown eyes..

She came towards him and started looking here and there.. Neil sighs..

Neil : a simple 'Hi' won't cost you fortune.. he said sarcastically.. She look at him with narrowed eyes before saying..

Avni : same goes for you...

Neil : fineee.... Hi Avni.... how are you... how's your exam..?? Did it went well.... he said with extra cheesy smile...

Avni : cheesy idiot...

Neil : le... bhalaai ka toh zamaana hi nhi raha.... Babaji why you make people sooo ungrateful... he said dramatically....

Avni rolls her eyes.. but a little smile took place on her face which he noticed..

Neil : hmmm.. if you done smiling than can we plzz.. and gesture towards his bike.. She rolls her eyes and sits behind him...

Neil : soo where you wanna go..??

Avni : where means..?? Ofcourse your house... we have to go there right..??? Neil chuckles...

Neil : well your brother want us to cover for them as he want to spend sometime with his fiancée.. and he don't want to be teased by anyone soo we have almost an hour before going home.. He said looking at his watch.. Avni rolls her eyes again.. Neil starts the bike...

Avni : okay..!! Um.. let's go to the cafe...

Neil : woah.!! Are we going for a date... he said smirking...

Avni : shut up!!!!... and smacks his back...

Neil : ow... take it easy Junglee billi...

Avni : dont call me that... and again smacks him...

Neil : stop doing that if you don't want to get into accident...

Avni : you better get me home in one single piece or I'll kill you....

Neil : and for that you have to stop hitting me....

Avni : fine I'll not hit you...

Neil look at her through rear view and thought 'did she just agree with him'....
And before he put out his thoughts to her... she pinched him on his waist...
He winced

Avni just put an innocent face like she did nothing...
Neil smirks at her..

Neil : well start praying señorita....

All elders were sitting in the living room waiting for Avneil and Mehbeer...

After sometime Mehbeer come and greet them before settling on the couch....

Bebe : areey ye Neil Avni kaha reh gaye...

Abeer : um.. wo log aate hi honge Bebe...

Bebe : aate hi honge matlab tum log saath me nhi aaye.. Abeer looks at Meher for help....

Meher : No.. Bebe. actually Avni wants to go to ice cream parlour for treat as our exams finished and I don't want to go as I was quite tired so she went with Neil... they'll be reaching here soon... right Abeer..

Abeer : ye..yeah right...

Neela ma : Again ice cream., she yeaterday only finished the while tub of chocolate ice  cream... yeh ladki bhi na... atleast Neil ko toh mana karna chahiye tha...

Abeer : Neela ma aap toh Avni ko jaante hona... If she wants something then she'll get it any how...

At that time they hear sounds coming from the entrance....

'You idiot how dare you to do that'.. Avni screamed at Neil as they both get in...

Neil : don't shout... and I already told you to stop hitting and pinching me... but you didn't listen....

Avni : you do that for just a simple revange... you know how much scared I was... it's like i would get a mini heart attack anytime and this is just because of you...

Neil : well you started it... I already warned you...

Avni : no you didn't.. how dare you to go overboard with speed. .. and what was that stunt you pulled at traffic signal...you intentionally put breaks abruptly... didn't you...

Neil : No. if i didn't puts break that time then we both will not standing here in one single piece....

Avni : no.. you did it intentionally..

He came and stand between them...

Avni murmured something underneath her breath and went to Meher before glaring at Neil...

Abeer : dude.. why you both always keep fighting.... can't you both atleast become friends or something....
He said lowly to his friend as they both walked towards everyone...

Neil : friends... and that to with this Junglee billi... Never...

Avni : I'm not dying to be friend with you and I swear to Babaji if you call me by that name one more time I'll kill you.. She shouts from her seat...

Neela ma : Avni... she glare at him... Neil smirks while Avni huffs and cursed him more underneath her breath.. Meher chuckles...

Abeer : Okay..!! Well can we know why this sudden get together... he said with raising eyes still standing with Neil.

Bebe : um.. yeah let's talk about it during lunch... soo chaloo...

And everyone moves towards dining area...all get settled on their chairs.. Avni sit beside Meher on her left side while Abeer occupies the chair on her right with Bebe at the head with shweta and prakash adjacent to her and Neela ma opposite to them while Neil sat beside Neela ma and opposite to Avni..... as everyone settled down Avni again asked them...

Avni : Bebe now toh tell us.. what's so important...

Bebe : achha accha... um..Mehbeer's marriage date got fixed...

"What"... All four shouted together...
Then again they said together...

Neil : Where..!!!

Abeer : When..!!!

Avni : why..!!!
All look at her ignoring what Neil and Abeer said... even they both also look at her... Abeer look at her like she has grown some horns...

Avni : i.. I mean when...
Abeer sighs in relief...

Bebe : hmmm... we have a time in a wedding but we'll discuss everything in details afterwards okay...
All nodded...

Neil and Avni congratulate both Mehbeer and tease them till both of them turned red....

Avni : so soon to be Bhabiji... how are you feeling...
She whispers to Meher making her blush...

Meher : shut up... Avni and eat Silently.. she glare at her trying to hide her blush...

Same goes to Neil and Abeer... As Neil was sitting opposite to them he was giving Abeer teasing look whenever thier eyes meet...

All finish their lunch and went to the living room to discuss Mehbeer's wedding...

All elders were chit-chatting sitting on the couches while Avneil not leave a single chance to tease Mehbeer...

Mehbeer was standing beside each other holding hands when Avneil came there to disturb their privacy....
Avni stands beside Meher while Neil beside Abeer...

Neil : Soo how are you feeling Jijaji...
Abeer choose to Ignore him...

Neil : arrey now don't be shy... you are not supposed to blush... be a man Jiju...
He said teasingly...
Abeer ignore him again.. but he keep teasing him...

Abeer : just wait for your time... you'll regret what you are doing now...
He whispers to Neil as he continuously teasing him....

Neil : we'll see that when my time comes... but this is yours... soo let me enjoy it... he said winking at him...

"God can't they have their chit-chat later"
Abeer muttered referringto the elders as they keep chit-chatting continuously.... but Neil heard him...

Neil : um.. Bebe soo when is the wedding... he said loudly gaining everyone's attention...

Avni : yeah.. Bebe tell us or they do court marriage tomorrow itself... making everyone chuckles except Mehbeer...
Avneil and Mehbeer settled down.. Mehbeer sit together leaving Avneil to sit beside each other...

Neil sit down not before giving her annoying look which she returns with a glare... Neil look forward but she kept glaring at him..

Neil : i know I'm very handsome but stop gawking at me and wipe off you drool...

Avni : ha ha... you and handsome.. my foot... or rahi baat ghurne ki Mr. So called handsome mere itne bhi bure din nahi aaye....Now move a little you fat dog... she said trying to push him to make some space for herself....
Neil chuckles at her failed attempt..

Neil : you are not that much strong Junglee billi...
Avni pinch him hard making him winches in pain...

Avni : don't call me that...

Neil : yeah.. but you every time proves it that it is completely suitable for you.... he said rubbing his hand where she pinched him...
Avni was about to reply when Shweta interrupts...

Shweta : Neil..Avni...kya baatein kar rahe ho..??

Neil : Kuch nahi Mom... nothing important... he said while Avni gave him a death glare...

Bebe : haan... toh bhai shaadi ka yeh plan hai ki... We are having a Vacation wedding...

Avneil : Vacation wedding...
And look at each other...

Avni : don't copy me...

Neil : same goes for you...

Avni : you...

Bebe : stooppp... jab dekho shuru ho jaate ho ladna... ab agar tum dono ek aur baar jhagde to tumhe is shaadi me aane hi nahi dungi...
Both gulped hard while this time Mehbeer laughs at them...

Bebe : accha toh hum kaha the.. Vacation wedding.. yeah...toh bohot waqt ho gaya hai hum sab ko kahin bahar ghume hue.. toh plan yeh hai ki...
But shweta interrupts her and excitedly said...

Shweta : ki.. hum sab pehle kahin ghumne jaayenge or phir Engagement or phir Shaadi....

Bebe : haan Madam Madonna... tu hi bol de...Sab kuch...

Shweta : sorry Bebe woh me thoda zyaada hi excited ho gai... she smiles sheepishly...

Bebe : toh jaise Madam Madonna ne bata diya ki plan kya hai... so ab tum log decide karo ghumne kaha jaana hai... or Abeer or Meher tum dono ko kaisi shaadi chahiye...

Avneil : Destination wedding
And again look at each other and was about to say something when Shweta interrupts...

Shweta : oyyy.. shaadi tum log ki nahi hai... wo log ki hai... toh unhe bol ne do... tumhara waqt aayega to tumhe bhi puch lenge...

Neil : Mom... jaanta hun par wo dono ne hi hume bataya tha ki unhe destination wedding karni hai... or
But Avni cuts him off...

Avni : or wo bhi Jaipur me...

Neela ma : sachme.. looking at Mehbeer... They both nodded with a smile on their faces...

Prakash : Jaipur me hamara ek Farmhouse bhi hai...

Bebe : thik hai.. Jaipur confirm...
All nodded...

Prakash : okay... I'll take care of arrangements...

I'll help you Dad... both Neil and Abeer said together...
And smiles...

Neela ma : par Vacation ka kya..??? I mean kaha jaana hai...

And they all went into arguments about which place they chose for the picnic....

Abeer look at everyone as they are arguing continuously.... he tried to stop but they didn't....at last he shouts everyone to shut up...
But again there are two peoples who are still arguing....

Neil : i should handle everything about picnic guyzz don't worry...

Avni : ha ha... yeah he's doing a part-time job as a guide i gues... but no thanx... we don't want to spoil our vacation....

Neil : then who told you to come... you can sit in your house... we don't mind..

Avni : i would love to sit in my house instead of going to the place YOU have chosen.... and flip her hair back...
Or waise bhi... who doesn't know Amritsar in proper way is going to chose the place for the vacation.... na baba na...mujhe kisi jungle me apna Vacation spend nahi karna....Babaji ab aap hi kuch kar sakte ho...

Neil : tumhari problem kya... why you always poke your nose in every matter...

Avni : because I'm not going to spoil my vacation just because of some dumb people...

Neil : did you just call me dumb...

Avni : haww... you are deaf too... so sorry to hear that... she said sarcastically...

Neil : don't be over smart Ms. Junglee billi.... or tumhe jungle se dar kab lagne laga... tumhaara to ghar hi wahi hota hai na... and he smirks...

He asked as he doesn't know...

Avni : that... she said irritatedly...

Avni : ahghhh.... !!!! Idiot.... Idiot Khanna....

And this time Avni hit him with the pillow beside her....

Neil : What the hell was that... and rub his head...

Avni : tit for tat... and smirks...

But cuts off by Bebe...

Bebe : SHANTII!!!
Ye kya laga rakha hai tum dono ne... ek baar me baat samajh nahi aati kya... chalo Sorry bolo ek dure ko baat ko yahi khatam karo... chalo...

Avneil : I'm not going say sorry....
And glare at each other as again they said the same thing together...
But before their fighting starts again Bebe interrupt..

Bebe : keh ditta te keh ditta....

Both look at each other waiting for the other to say sorry...

Shweta : we don't have all day... just say sorry Neil amd glare at him...
Avni smirks at him... while he glares at her...

Neela ma : Avni.... and give her look saying her to tell sorry...

Avni : sorry... she whispered...
Neil eyes widened as he heard that... and look her... she in return gave him a hard look... he smiles sheepishly...

Avni : Bebe he didn't say sorry...

Bebe : Neil.... she says in warning tone...

Neil scowls a bit and slightly whispered sorry...

Avni : what did you say..?? I can't hear it...

Neil : I'm not going to repeat that... it's your problem if you didn't hear it...

Avni : Bebe see-  she was about to complain when Abeer interrupts her...

Abeer : okay... everything is fine... !! Now coming to the Vacation.... How about we visit different places in Rajasthan... it'll be easy for us to travel to Jaipur also.. He said changing th topic...
All agreed to him...

Avneil : superbbbb bro/dude...
And Avni gave  him a hard look...

Prakash : well let me makes arrangements... he said standing up...

Neil : I'll come too dad... or else  someone will kill me with her junglee eyes only and went towards prakash before Avni hit him again with the pillow...
Abeer too went with them leaving all the ladies for remaining discussion....
