It is four hours now that the journey has started. Everyone is chatting in the beginning and playing some games, but slowly everyone feels asleep. But not Adaa

She is not very happy seeing Shaurya falling on Prof Reeta, while sleeping. Reeta on the other hand feels like taking him to bed, that very moment and caressing him like a baby, as he is looking so cute, but she feels like slapping her.

It is almost 10 pm when the bus came to a halt and everyone gets up with the jerk of the bus.

'What is wrong?'

Many students has this question, and then one of the Profs went to ask the driver and quickly returns with the announcement, that the bus will halt for half an hour for their dinner and then they would leave.

It is a overnight journey, which means they would travel throughout the night. It is a long journey of two days, as Mayong is a beautiful valley, but there are two ranges of hills to be crossed, to reach there. So they don't want to prolong the journey by resting for that night. Next morning they will get the first hills and then by afternoon the second hills will be crossed and finally in the evening they will reach Mayong.

After the dinner everyone has gone back to their seats and as it is quite dark, no one noticed that Adaa and Sharad/Shaurya are missing from the group.

She is still in the washroom busy sleeping and Sharad/Shaurya is searching for her, as he didn't find her in the dinner table. Some of the Prof did enquire about her, but Eisha told that she didn't want to have food as she is sleeping and is already there in the bus.

But Sharuya finds it a bit fishy and wants to check it out himself. He didn't find her in the bus after checking it many times and keeps quite as he understands that something is going on, in Eisha's mind. He waits back telling the driver and also one of the professors, that he is not feeling very well and so would not be able to continue and assures them to join the next morning in another bus that goes to Mayong.

The bus finally leaves the isolated place, but Shaurya is very tensed, thinking where Adaa has gone suddenly, and what have happened to her. He searches for her in the entire dhaba but can not find her. Finally he decides for the last place and that is the washroom. He realises that the dhaba is not visited much, as very few people travels towards this road and Mayong is out of question, for the strange reputation that it carries.

So he knows after their college group there is no one who have actually came there. So no one must have gone to the ladies wash room. But he hesitates a bit to enter there. But there is no women present at that place, and he could not let any men enter the wash room to check over his Chand.

'Lagta hai ab humein hi jana parega,' saying this he carefully sneaks to the washroom, without the men noticing him. And his doubts are clarified when he actually sees her lying on the basin slab.

He runs to her and calls her name, while shaking her, but all in vain. She doesn't respond and he feels like she is not in her senses. He thinks that maybe she is drugged or something is mixed in her meal, to make her senseless.

He feels her wrist and her breath, and is relieved finding her still quite normal. He decides to take her to a lodge and make her rest and check her in the morning. But he is quite angry with Eisha. 'You will have to pay for this. You are not worthy to be called a sister.'

He goes to the dhaba owner asking for some help, 'Excuse me sir, can you give us a room? Actually she is not very well and have almost fainted. So if you can help me, I would be very greatful to you.'

He shows the face of a weak Adaa, while she is still in his arms. The way he carried her with so much of affection, the sardar ji thinks that maybe he is the girl's husband. So he agrees.

'Oyee praaji, yeh aapki wife bimar hai kya? Tusi fikar na karo ji. Hum kuch karte hai,' saying this he informs that there are no proper lodgings nearby, as very few people used to travel in this road and that he have opened the dhaba recently as people have started travelling to Mayong very recently, for excavations and researches, and there are mostly archeologists who never halts anywhere at night and prefers to travel the entire night.

He offers him to stay for the night at his home and then move out in the morning.
