Jets pov

I was dragged out to a private area away from the others. All I could do was stare. My kidnapper was a bunny lady with a metal arm. I felt a little intimidated by her.

Once she let me go I yelled "what the hecks wrong with you!"

"what's wrong with me? What's wrong with you!" she yelled back "your planning to steal from us after we so kindly invited you into our camp!" she took a deep breath "look kid I have enough problems. My fiancé has been kidnapped by robotnic and if we can't save him and the other captives tonight they'll get robotisied so I don't need you causing trouble"

"I'm not trying to cause trouble" I insisted "I just want to leave. Everyone here hates me"

Her eyes grew softer at my words "hun no one hates you. Your just different and folks around here are afraid of different"

I looked at her robotic arm and leg "are people afraid of you?"

"oh of course suger. Who wouldn't be afraid of these bad boys" she flexed her robotic arm "but people got used to me and they'll get used to you too"

"I don't know" I muttered "my kind doesn't normally mix with others"

She sighed and took a seat. She patted the ground next to her. I nodded and sat next to her.

"do you have any family hun?" she asked.

"not really" I mumbled "my dad abandoned me and mom when I was a chick and soon after that my mom got sick. I've kinda been looking after myself ever since"

"you poor baby. That's no way to live" she petted my head. I blushed slightly. I haven't been this babied since mom was around.

"it's fine. I can look after myself just fine" I said firmly.

"kids these days are forced to grow up so fast" she shook her head sadly "doesn't it get quite lonely though baby?"

"no way! I have my friends wave and storm to keep me company" I said with a bright smile.

"Well you can never have too many good friends" she chuckled. Suddenly we heard a sound coming from a nearby bush "hi tails"

"how'd you know it was me bunny?" tails came out with a sheepish smile.

"because I know you" she shook her head at him "now stop spying on us and show our new friend around camp"

"yes ma'am!" tails yelped as he took my hand and ran off.
