I rush to the place and find Aiden waiting for me at the entrance. We share a quick embrace.

"What is it Aiden?" I ask.

"Well, there's good news and there's bad news." he says "We've lost Jack.. He sacrificed himself to save the mission..but, we found water on Onocentaur."

Both things hit me at once and I take a step back breathing deeply. We all grieve the loss of Jack for a few minutes.

Water on Onocentaur could open so many possibilities. We could eventually live there. It could be so much better than Nedroj too. I ask the team for more details

"Apparently, it is a fresh water body." Arkan says.

"Could there possibly be any aliens?" Mark wonders.

"We're about to find that out in a few days."

I was genuinely excited. Jack wouldn't have wanted his death to set back the mission. We could be helping hundreds, if not thousands of people.

I speak to the astronauts and they seem as excited to see water on Onocentaur as the team on Earth was.

I go home, excited to make new plans for Onocentaur spaceships. I tell the news to the twins and to Ash. "Let's do it!" Ash says excitedly.

"Of course " I say, chuckling..

Her enthusiasm makes me enthusiastic.

"Have you heard about what happened to planet Earth?" she asks as we sit down. I look at her with confusion. "Without all the human interference, earth has slowly been recovering. Plants are starting to take over abandoned cities. We can see some animals again.. Earth is healing."

"Could we possibly go back...?" I murmur to myself.

"I mean, we could try.." she says.

"What?"

"Going back to Earth, you mentioned, right?"

"Yeah....but...I won't be able to stand it if it became Grey World it was.. again." I say biting my lip.

"Well, somebody is going to try to go back to Earth sooner or later and they might not always have the best motive." she explains. "It is better we try going to Earth first and instead of allowing any of that to happen."

I think about it for a while. "That makes sense. We could launch a spaceship to Earth. We'll keep all this secret. A secret mission."

"There you go"

I rush back to the team along with Ashley.

And so a new journey starts...one to rewrite the past. One to convert our grey world.
