(2 days later)

(Y/N's POV)

The ship has been traveling for a couple of days and I have no idea where it's taking me next, hopefully back to my world but who knows where. At least this ship has plenty of rations of food and water to last for about a few years, man did Mario ever use these when he used this ship? Maybe not but I'm glad he left them or else I would've starved. For entertainment, I have been catching up on the games that appear on the Switch which have kept me sane through this trip. But now, I'm just lying on the couch waiting for anything to let me know where I'm going next.

*Beep Beep*

Y/N- Speaking of which...

I got up and went to the central console of the ship to look at the computer screen and saw that it had a location pinpointed and a name too but it looked strange.

*Location- P5*

I don't know what P5 is, but it said we would arrive at the detestation in 5 minutes. Well, I have to prepare in case it's back home, maybe it will be I'm praying it is. I got my backpack and packed it with some food rations, leftover clothes from my previous adventures, and my switch. 

Y/N- Ok, all set.

*Arriving at P5 in 30 seconds*

I rushed to the nearest window, in excitement and a bit of worry about what this P5 place meant, maybe it was a glitch or something but here goes nothing.

(No POV)

It's a normal evening in Yongen-Jaya, the everyday people living their lives and whatnot, business as usual until suddenly the blue sky darkened and a thunderous-like sound could be heard from all over. The ground shook a bit causing things that weren't bolted solid to the ground to fall, the people were confused and a bit freaked out, they thought it was an earthquake and a thunderstorm happening at the same time but they didn't expect the sky to brighten up with strange colors and saw the sky open up a hole and what came out of the hole in the sky was a ship in the shape of a top-hat.

The ship flew in the sky, heading its way to the city. The people were all in shock, awe and some fear that a strange-looking thing would appear. People began to pull out their phones and took pictures and videos of the ship. Traffic came to a full time, causing car crashes and accidents, and daily life came to a screeching halt. The ship stopped at a standstill, now floating below the city, Y/N ran out outside in a panic, he had no idea where he was now, it looked like his home planet but something about it he thought was not exactly right. He looked down and saw tiny moving figures which were people and he immediately ran back inside cause he knew that they were watching him and the ship, running to the central console trying to figure out what button to push to land it or something to get it moving. He then found a red button blinking, pressed it, and waited for something to happen. The alarm system went off, the floor shook and a bright light began to surround the ship, Y/N felt a sickening feeling, making him feel weaker by the second causing him to pass out cold on the floor. The light caused the ship to disappear from the sky but not before another thunderous sound was heard and a wave of bright light spread across the city, causing a blackout to happen. With the ship now gone, the power in the city cut off, and all forms of communication offline, it led to only one thing...

*Screaming*

A whole public panic ensures.

(Y/N's POV)

I woke up with my body on the floor, I don't know how long I was out but I do remember that I saw a bright light around the ship, and then I passed out feeling bad in an odd way. I stood up still feeling a bit weak but having the strength left to go to the central console to see if the ship had any power left from all that, I looked at the screen and it said...

*Central generators are currently at 0%, navigation systems at a non-functioning state.*

Damn it, both systems are not working so getting off of here is not possible, wherever I am I might add. I decided to go and explore where I was, hoping it was home but when I saw the city which I had never seen before, something told me it wouldn't be the case, well only one way to find out. I got my backpack on me and checked to see if all the supplies and my switch were there. I opened the door outside but I saw tunnels, train tracks, and dimly lit lights. The color of the environment made me shiver as it was like a blood red and dark fever dream, the air was cold so much so that I shivered a bit but I pressed on and began to walk to the north.

(Timeskip)

I kept following the tracks which took me uphill and when I got to the top, I saw I was in some kind of train station but with no one in sight and creepy as hell. At least there were some benches to sit at to rest my legs a little, I sat down looked around the area, and thought about where I was supposed to go and how to exit this hellish-looking place. I had no game plan at all but sitting here won't solve my issue so I stood up and continued my journey, I went to a different tunnel instead of following the one to my front when I got here. After walking a couple of miles, I began to hear some sounds, some kind of growling noise. I walked slowly to see if I heard it again, that growling sound didn't happen again so I thought I was good for now until

*Stomp Stomp*

I heard loud footsteps coming in my direction so I hid behind a rusty-looking cart and peeked on my left side to see what was causing the stomping and what I saw was nothing but terrifying. 

It was a huge black blob-looking creature with faces all over its body, and when it got closer I heard the same growling sound from earlier so now I know where it came from. It was standing in the tracks where I was going, so now I had to turn back to find another path. I slowly turned around and began to sneak away from there and grabbed onto a metal pipe on the sides to get back on my feet but I felt the bar loosen up very fast and to my horror, I saw one of the pipes fall out and...

*CLANK!!*

It hit the floor making a loud noise, causing the creature to look in my direction and run after me. I ran for my life and now had to outrun it and hide again. I looked behind me to see the creature roared and got two more of those ugly things to come out and run after me. I ran even faster than before and went through a couple of different paths of tunnels to try to get away from them. But no matter what, I didn't seem to lose them which was making me feel like there was no hope, I was starting to think that I was gonna die. I ran to the end of the tunnel I was in and saw that it was a dead end, with no doors or anything to crawl underneath. I was screwed as the three creatures were gaining up on me, I thought that this was the end for me...

Y/N- Well, I hope they get it over with....Mom, Dad. I will miss you.

Just when they were about to end it, I felt something shaking in my pocket, and then....

*Flash!!*

A bright white light flashed before my eyes, I didn't see the creatures but I felt they were closer so I closed my eyes for the impact but...

*Slam!*

I didn't feel any kind of pain I thought I was going to face but when I opened my eyes, I saw I was in some kind of shield that had a dark pink color to it. The three creatures were slamming on the shield as hard as they could but the shield didn't crack or show any sign of weakening.

Y/N- What the hell is going on?

"So, you are the pathetic monsters who dare to try and harm my master."

The creatures stooped attacking the shield and turned around and looked up, I did the same and couldn't believe who I saw.

It was Gardevoir but she looked very different, like she was a completely new Pokemon. And she had a very dark and pissed-off-looking face.

Y/N- G-Gardevoir?!

She looked at me with a soft concerned look on her.

Gardevoir- Do not be afraid anymore master, I will destroy these heathens for trying to kill you.

I saw her raise her hand and a dark ball of energy was getting bigger, she threw the ball at the monsters and all I saw was bright dark purple light. But in a flash, the monsters were completely gone my chest felt so light that I lay on the floor with a big smile on my face.

Gardevoir- Master Y/N?! Are you ok?!

She raised me to my feet with my back in her arms, I felt much safer with her but I was very confused at the same time.

Y/N- I'm fine but...what are you? Are you Gardevoir for real?

Gardevoir- Master, I am the Gardevoir you have known for a long time, I have lots of memories of the battles we fought together and when we first met and everything. 

I wasn't sure at first if she was the Gardevoir I knew but after her saying that, my suspicions were eased a little. I still have questions about her, really her change and the ability to speak to me are what I am at most odds with.

Y/N- Well, we can worry about that later, let's get out of this tunnel first and get to the main station.

Gardevoir- Understood.

We walked back to the main station of the place, I chatted with her along the way to learn more about her now that she can talk.

Y/N- So you mean to tell me that the whole journey out of the Galar region to here caused you to evolve in this way?

Gardevoir- Well, I can't explain what caused this change in me fully as it all happened so fast and I was still in my ball so I couldn't see it with my own eyes but I felt it happen for sure. Sorry for not answering your question one hundred percent master.

Y/N- No no, it's fine, I didn't expect an easy answer in the first place, the important thing is you are here, healthy, and ready to go. I'm so glad you're here Gardevoir, I mean it.

She did a closed eye smile at me and I felt glad to have her at my side in this place, after some more walking we made it to the station and went to sit down on the bench again until...

*Vrrom Vrrom!*

A loud engine-like sound was heard from behind us and when we turned around, a big white car sped in our direction, I was scared that the car was gonna hit us but Gardevoir looked like she was ready to stop the car...

*SCREECH!!* 

The car came to a sudden stop.

Y/N- Who was driving the car like that?

"I was."

The car door opened and came out the driver but it wasn't what I was expecting.

"Hi, mister, and whoever you are, green creature. I heard fighting down here which is strange since I didn't see anybody enter here so I came here to check it out and I see nothing but you two. Who are you? Do you have any idea of where you are?

First, I get teleported to a strange new world I have no idea if it's even my world in the first place, I get to this hell-like dimension, then I get chased by shadow-like monsters who I thought were gonna end me there then saved by my Pokemon, and then now I have met a kid who has an eggshell on his head driving a car who came right at us.

Y/N- Well look, I'm just gonna say this.

I walked up to him, crouched to his level, and looked directly into his eyes.

Y/N- Where am I?

And the first chapter of the persona arc is now here. I hope you enjoyed it and one thing to note is the picture for the shadow is kinda shitty but it was the only one that worked on my computer so I am sorry for that. But with that being said, I can't wait to do more chapters soon and see our character go on another yandere-filled adventure. Well, thank you for reading and I'll talk to ya'll later.
