(Y/N's POV)

After a fantastic lunch, we got back to work and it was just as intense as earlier but I was getting the hang of it and even though her facial expression didn't change all day, I can tell she can see some kind of improvement. I looked at the time and it was 6 pm and I was getting tired so I stopped and rested on the floor for a bit. 

Bea- Any issues Y/N?

Y/N- *Breathing* I'm tired, I think I want to end it for today.

Bea- I think you should see if Oleana will allow it.

I stood up and went to Oleana who was texting on her phone.

Y/N- Uh Oleana?

Oleana- Hm?

Y/N- I'm getting tired, is it cool that I stop for today?

Oleana- Well, it's not 7 pm yet but you have been working hard non-stop today so...ok I'll allow it.

Y/N- Yes! I'm gonna shower in the locker rooms.

Oleana- Ok, but I'm already gonna head home since I have some work to do in my home office so you can hang around the town but be back by 10 pm sharp. Understood?

Y/N- You got it. Thanks.

I got my gym bag and headed to the shower to get freshened up, I want to explore the city more.

Sometime later...

I got out of the locker room all cleaned up and ready to explore, and when I exited the door, I saw Bea standing there.

Y/N- Oh, hey Bea, what's up?

Bea- You are going to the city, right?

Y/N- Yeah, I am.

Bea- Well, Oleana said I have been assigned to be your guide and to make sure your safety and well-being are present at all costs.

I think that's a strange way of Oleana doing things with the two of us but I think it's a nice time to get to know her more.

Y/N- Ok, well come on then. Lead the way.

Bea- Of course. 

And so, we were off to the city and I gotta say, that this was one of the biggest and most beautiful looking cities to date so far. Bea showed me a cute-looking pastry shop and I wanted some sweets so I went inside. I looked at all of the selections and saw that she was looking at them as well with an interested look on her.

Y/N- Do you want something, Bea?

Bea- Hm? Oh, well I usually don't indulge in sweets as it makes my body feel bloated.

Y/N- Really? Come on, just a light treat won't hurt you at all, some sugar won't kill you. 

She took another look and pointed to a cake-pop-looking treat.

Y/N- Yes, trust me you're gonna love it.

I ordered the cake pop along with other sweets for me, we got our order and exited the shop to find a good spot to enjoy our treats. We found one in the middle of one park and I got out her pop.

Y/N- Here you go, tell me how it is. Your rare treat in probably ages. *Chuckles*

She took it and ate her first bite and based on her head moment as her face didn't change once again.

Bea- Delicious.

It was a success.

Y/N- Told you so, now time to feast on my end.

I took a cream puff and began to eat it.

(Bea's POV)

I am at a loss here, I am feeling some kind of emotion that I don't remember the last time I have felt this but with my time with Y/N so far, he is treating me like a...normal person than the others who have feared me and only acted nice to just to get something out of it. But Y/N is not only respectful but also kind, and generous, I don't what to think of it. He ate the last of his treats and we walked to the other side of the city just chatting between the two of us, and while I didn't show it but I was having a great time.

Bea's mind- What is happening to me?

Everything was fine until...

Y/N- And I was hoping we can also...

"Y/N?"

I heard two voices calling his name and turned around to see two women and I know them both.

The Pokemon and Dynamax expert Sonia and the water gym leader Nessa. How do they know him?

Y/N- Wha?... Sonia and Nessa?

Sonia- Hello again Y/N, nice to finally see you after a long while.~

Nessa- We haven't talked since your last text a couple of days ago, how are you?~

Y/N ran to them and gave them long hugs each, I felt a small yet sharp pain in my chest but I let it go, trying to forget it.

Y/N- It's been ages since the last time we met in person, how are you two?

Sonia- Perfect, now that you're here.

Nessa- Yup and we were wondring if...Y/N. Who's that with you?

So now Nessa just noticed me, did they ignore me the whole time?

Y/N- Oh right, well Sonia, Nessa, meet Bea. She is gonna be training me to become a stronger trainer to prep for the rest of my Journey.

They both looked at me with colorless eyes and had a glare that felt uneasy even for me.

Sonia- That's...g-great Y/N, nice to see that you have...help.

Nessa- Yeah, even though I think you need a...better kind of help.

She said as she stared daggers at me.

Y/N- Better help? Uhh, I don't about that, I think Bea is a great training partner to help me, so I don't think I need any more help.

I felt that warm feeling again as he defended me.

Sonia- Oh ok then, well if you change your mind, call us anything.

Nessa- We'll be there for you in a blink of an eye.

Y/N- S-sure, so what were you gonna ask me again?

The two looked at one another and turned to him.

Nessa- I think we'll ask you another time, Sonia and I got to go somewhere else actually.

Sonia- Oh right, well maybe next time Y/N. Catch you later, bye~

Nessa- Bye-bye for now.~

Y/N- See ya!

The two walked off waving goodbye sweety to him that made my handball into a fist, I felt the pain increasing inside of me. Why?

Y/N- They are nice people, Bea, I think we should get together sometime so you can get to know them, how about it?

I didn't like the idea as I knew already they hated my guts but then act so nice and sweet to him, but also, I don't like the feeling of this pain when he stops focusing on me.

Bea's mind- I am losing control of my usual self but...I kinda don't mind it at all.

(Timeskip)

It was around 9:30 pm and it got dark so we headed back to the gatted home entrance where Y/N is living with Oleana, we got to the front gate and he turned to me with a smile.

Y/N- Well, I had a great time with you Bea, hope we can do this again soon. Maybe one of these days after training?

Bea- That...would be a great plan.

Y/N- *Giggles* Well, goodnight.

Bea- Goodnight Y/N.

He went inside and ran towards his home and I turned to go back to my suite room, but along the way, I kept thinking about the day we had earlier and how it made me feel happy, an emotion I thought I had kept away for so long but today, my stone heart cracked into pieces and Y/N unknowingly did this to me. But I'm not mad, no I'm very happy that this is happening as I got a new purpose in life now...to protect Y/N from all dangers and see if I can make a deal with Oleana about something I'm not sure of yet. I looked down at a huge puddle of water beside the streets and when I looked at my reflection...I saw me but with... a smile.

Bea's mind- Y/N, you have opened something in me and now, I'll get to share it with you someday soon.~

(No POV)

But in the background, hiding in the shadows was another familiar face that has been desperately searching for Y/N for a while, and now has found him and plans to reunite with him once more.

"My sweet Y/N, I have finally found you again.~"

But, they will have many challenges to claim the boy and a new bodyguard to get through. But nothing will ever stop them. Nothing will.
