(No POV)

The ship was cruising along in the dark void of nothing and Y/N was laying down on the couch playing some Super Mario Bros 3 to make him feel better although slightly. Then all of a sudden, a portal opened up and the ship was heading towards it, Y/N fell out of the couch and looked at the window seeing how it was going ultra-speed. He kept a tight grip on whatever he could find and embraced for the unknown, then in like a few seconds, he saw a giant area of woodlands. Just lots and lots of trees, where could he be? Then he heard something coming from the controls room.

"Initiating landing sequence...Location ERROR ERROR! LOCATION UNIDENTIFIED. 

This did not make Y/N safer as he has no idea where he could be, but he will have to exit the ship to find the help of any kind. The ship landed safely, thank god Y/N thought. Once the ship deactivated, Y/N took a full minute to comprehend what is happening, he is in a new world that's not the Mario Universe and he doesn't know what kind of Nintendo world this would be but he has to out there and find out.

Y/N- Ok, well time to explore I guess. I hope I don't die out here.

He then found a backpack that was probably left there by Mario or something, he checked inside to find a canteen of water, a flashlight, a notebook, and many small but essential items. He grabbed his switch to put in the backpack and was ready to go.

Y/N's mind- Here we go...yay.

(Y/N's POV)

I exited the ship, closed the door, and stepped foot on this lush green grass. I looked at the ship to see its giant size which made me think that someone is bound to see it and investigate. I hope they hear me out and tell them my story, that happening is making me feel very scared but it's bound to happen eventually. For now, I should explore my surroundings and hope I find civilization, I should start out north.

Y/N- North, here I go.

I began walking and only hearing my footsteps, nature being nature, the wind, and no sounds of cars or anything like that. This is very strange, I don't hear any other vehicles passing by, no planes, clear roads or anything. I think I'm not in the modern world, but what kind of world am I in then? I guess I have to keep walking to find that out. 

(Timeskip)

After just 30 minutes of non-stop walking, I finally found a road but it's not concrete it's more like rougher stone. I decided to go right and follow the path from there. I walked and walked until I saw something from a distance, I looked closely and found a horse carriage heading towards me. I didn't want to be seen, so I hid behind some thick bushes and waited till it passed me and moved along. It did so without even stopping and I went back to walking, I had a feeling that there is a town or something nearby so I continued on wanting to confirm this.

10 minutes later...

I finally saw a town but something was off about it. There were no tall buildings, just wood huts and a couple of wider stone and wood buildings. Everyone dressed like medieval common folk and there was no electricity. Oh no...I think I'm in a fantasy franchise in the Nintendo lineup but I can't remember which one though. I can't go there as I look like an alien from another land which I am but still.  Plus I have no money with me so I can't just look around without looking suspicious. There's nothing I can do right now so I decided to just head back to the ship and figure out what to do next.

(Timeskip) 

I made it back to the ship without any trouble which I'm thankful for, I went inside and sat down on the couch to plan what to do now. 

Y/N- Ah man, I don't know how I'm gonna survive for the next few days till I figure out how to get out of here. But then...

*Knock Knock*

"Hello?!

My heart froze and my body stiffed as I heard a voice from behind the door. It sounded like a...girl. 

"Is anyone there?" "Are you alive?"

I didn't know if she was a friend or foe so I had to hide underneath the couch.

*Knock Knock*

My heart was beating so fast that I swear I could faint any minute now. 

"If anyone is not here, then I have to break in to see for myself then."

Then whoever this girl began to meddle with the door and trying to unlock it. I was praying that she couldn't be able to unlock it but my hopes were down when...

*Click*

The door opened and I saw her boots, she walked around the ship and looked around all spots of the ship, then she made her way to the couch I was hiding in. I thought she was gonna flip the couch to find me but then she moved on and went to the back. I wanted to breathe but I was scared that I held it to the best I could. But then...

*Sneeze*

I made a red flag for myself.

"Aha, you are underneath this couch."

She lifted the couch and I slowly turned around to see the person who found me.

She had a sly smile and didn't seem hostile to my appearance.

"Say, now why are you hiding here? Is this....yours?

I nodded.

"I see, then may I ask your name and where did you come from. Cause from what I can tell, you aren't from any kingdom or alliance state at all.

I was so nervous to say my name but she still had her smile at me.

"Ah come one, if you think I'm an assassin or bandit, I'm not those scum and I want to help you.

With the way she said it, then I guess it's safe to tell her my name.

Y/N- Y/N, Y/N L/N. 

"Ah, clever name, well folks from all over call me Anna. Nice to meet you, Y/N"

I stood up and she put the couch back to its spot and I sat down.

Anna- So tell me Y/N, who are you really? And what is this...thing you came from with.

I told her about what happened and where I came from, both my real home and the Mario Universe. Also, I tried the best I could to explain this ship.

(Anna's POV)

This boy Y/N told me everything that has happened to him and while I didn't understand half the things he said or what kind of "ship" this was, I can tell he isn't a liar and he is scared, helpless, and...lost. I couldn't leave this boy to fend for himself in this world he doesn't know of, that isn't how I work.

Anna- Very interesting Y/N, I must say that you are already a person with many surprises.

Y/N- Thanks, Anna.

Anna- My pleasure, now I concluded that you don't have any money, no place to go or even a family here right.

He nodded sadly and my heart was sore. I patted his shoulder and looked at him with warm smiles.

Anna- Don't worry Y/N, I'm gonna help you.

Y/N- You are?

Anna- Of course, I can't just let you go around here getting yourself into trouble, can I? No, so come one Y/N, come with me and I will help you with whatever I can. 

He looked around the place for a bit before he said anything and I was hoping for a good answer. 

Y/N- Ok, I'll go with you.

Yes! I'm so glad he agreed.

Y/N- But let me gather a few things before we go.

Anna- Of course, no need to rush. Plus I'm gonna mark this on my map so one day...we can come back here and see if you can make this thing work again.

Y/N- Sounds good Anna, I'll meet you outside.

Anna- Ok.

I exited the 'ship' and got out my map to mark it along with a cute little picture to remember what it looks like. Not long after, Y/N got out his knapsack and headed my way, then I lead him to my travel wagon where we will go to another village to get things afloat. This may be the beginning of a new chapter in my travels and this time... I have a travel companion with who I can teach much of my skills too and who knows...we may make great things happen together.~

Anna- Welcome Y/N, cause from now on, you are with me.~

(End...for now)

Now, we are in the fire emblem arc now so I hope you guys are ready for it. Also, I have a question, in the future do you think i should do some genderbednds with characters in other worlds. I only want to see what your opinion of this is, should I or don't? Who knows what kind of comments I'll get but till then...this is adventurefan2020 and I'll see you in the next chapter.
