Nandini entered into the house all tired, worn out. Seeing her Alia got up to get water for her.

"Finally di aap aa gaye." Naira got up from the sofa and took the things from Nandini who passed her a sad smile.

"Bhabhi theek ho na?" Kartik asked seeing her all pale. Nandini just bobbed her head and sat on the sofa. Alia came and gave her the water. She took it mumbling her a thank you.

"Papa aur Manik kahan hai?" Nandini asked on not finding them to which Naira replied

"Dono rest kar rahe hai di. Aap bhi jao fresh ho jao. Mukti di chai bana rahi hai." Nandini agreed to it and went upstairs to her room.

Entering inside she saw Manik sitting on the bed thinking something. Seeing her he smiled brightly but soon frowned seeing her all pale.

"Whats wrong Nandini? Kuch hua hai kya?" He asked to which she ran to him and hugged him taking him a bit startle.

He wrapped his left hand around her, she hid her face in his neck letting her tears flow. He got worried feeling her tears.

"Hey, baba kya hua? Batao na."

"Manik, I... I...."

Nandini's POV

No! I can't tell him. No way. I have to be careful. He hasn't recovered yet.

Yeah! I won't tell him.

"Bolo na Nandini." He asked worriedly.

She broke the hug and wiping her face, she smiled and said

"Nothing, was just... I don't know mood theek nahi, aise lag raha hai ki sab kuch chod ke bas aapke sath rahun." He smiled and caressed her cheek.

"Toh? Why do you have to cry? Main hun tumhare sath." He said pecking her head. She bobbed her head.

"I'll get freshen up." She said getting up and left into the washroom without listening his reply.

"Something is really not okay Nandini. And I know you are hiding something. But vakt aane pe bata dogi yeh bhi pata hai. But just don't make it more worse." Manik mumbled looking at the closed door of the washroom.

Soon Nandini came out and helped Manik to take him down. Seeing her coming down with him Dhruv and Kartik ran towards them. They both helped him to get down and then made him sit on the sofa.

"Ab kaise hai aap papa?" Nandini asked seeing her dad sitting on the sofa watching tv.

"Theek hun beta. Chinta na kar."

"Yeh Mukti ki chai abhi tak bani nahi kya?" Nandini mumbled getting up straightly went into the kitchen only to freeze on her place.

Her eyes widened seeing the whole scenario. But soon a smirk came on her face and cleared her throat making both Abhimanyu and Mukti to jump on their places.

When Nandini saw them, Abhimanyu was holding her hand and she was blushing talking to him.

"Agh... bhabhi...aap..." Abhimanyu stammered making Mukti a bit nervous.

Nandini folded her hands and looked at them with raising her one eyebrow.

"Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho Abhi?"

"Woh...bhabhi main... Mukti....haan chai Mukti bana rahi...thi...toh...toh main..." He was blabbering making the situation worse.

"Help kar rahe the?" She asked to which he immediately bobbed his head making Mukti's eyes widened.

"Haww! Mukti tune mujhe bataya nahi ki tujhe chai banane nahi aati...kabse chod di chai banana?" She asked teasingly making Mukti look here and there. Abhimanyu was embarrassed. He rubbed his neck.

Nandini couldn't control her laugh and she let it out making them blush like hell. She moved towards them and pulled their cheeks and said

"You both are cute. Aur Abhimanyu, jab chai ban jaye na please aa jana. Varna sabko shak ho jayega." She left from there.

As soon as she left Mukti started hitting Abhimanyu with a spatula making him protect himself.

"What the hell woman. Stop hitting me."

"What is wrong with you? Why did you hold my hand? God knows what di must be thinking." She said with a crying face.

"Arey chill! Bhabhi ko sab samajh mein aa gaya. Ab bas bakiyon ko bata denge humare baare mein." He said hugging her she pouted and snuggled more into him.

"Chai ban gayi toh chale?" He asked to which she slapped his chest making him leave a fake whine she poured the tea in the cups and took the tray out and Abhimanyu followed her.

"Bhai aap kitchen mein kya kar rahe the?" Kartik asked raising his eyebrow seeing bother Mukti and him coming out together.

Nandini smiled and looked at them making them blush. Manik saw this and frowning looked at Nandini who smiled and seeing this Manik chuckled as he came to know.

"Woh... I had gone to drink water."

"Arey! Jhuth kyun bol rahe ho Abhi? Kartik tumhare bhai na Mukti ko chai kaise banate hai woh sikhane gaye the kyun Abhi?" Nandini teased which led Abhimanyu to glare at her and Mukti bite her lower lip.

They all fake coughed making them blush. They had a fun during the tea time. Mostly Nandini was zoning out from the talks which was noticed by Manik.

Around 7:30 the match was there between 'Chennai' & 'Mumbai' and all were sitting to watch the watch except for Nandini who was in the kitchen cooking dinner with the help of Shanti.

She kept the wok on the flame and added a 2 spoon of oil and got lost in something. The oil was heated very well infact too much which she didn't realise.

"Beta, oil garam ho gaya. Kahan khoye ho aap?" Shanti maa asked making her come out of her zone.

She looked the wok and reduced the flame and added onions in it. Throughout the cooking Nandini was here and there zoning out and only because of Shanti she was stable otherwise something would definitely happen.

Cooking was done. She moved out and saw they still watching match. She went and sat beside Manik. He smiled and held her hand in his making her smile.

Around 9 clock they got up to have food. Nandini and Mukti served everyone and settled themselves. Mukti waa sitting beside Abhimanyu and they were teased by others alot.

Soon the dinner was done and Manik and Mr. Murthy had to take medicine and go to sleep so they both went and younger clan sat watching the match. Nandini checked the kitchen it is clean or not.

Putting off the light of the kitchen she moved out and said

"Guys even I'm going to sleep. You guys before going to sleep make sure you close all the lights and all."

They just bobbed their head and Nandini went upstairs to their room. As soon as she entered she directly went and laid beside Manik.

Feeling the bed sinking Manik opened his eyes and saw Nandini lying onnthe bed halfly with her hands on her eyes. He got again worried.

"Nandini. What's wrong?" He asked to which she looked up at him in teary eyes.

"Come here." He forwarded his hand to her. She got up and moved to him, and sat beside him.

"Bolo, what's going in ur mind?"

"Manik, mujhe aapko kuch batana hai, I... I... thought to not to tell you...but it's killing me inside. Today while coming from the school I got a call from the police, and they said that the breaks of your car were failed that too by....Vikram Malhotra."

As soon as she said Manik's hand stiffened around her. He was really shocked listening the name. How could Vikram do this? And why would he do this?

"They said they are in search of him. First I didn't knew who was Vikram when I searched on the interent I came to know that he is your......"
