Epilogue

Few weeks later.

I was sitting on the sofa in the living room of my parent's house when someone knocked on the door.

"Hey Ava." he whispered from the other side of the door. "Coming." I shouted as I saw myself in the mirror one last time before walking towards the door as I tucked few strands of hair behind my ears. I walked near the door and smiled as I opened it.

"Merry Christmas." I hugged him.

"Haha Merry Christmas and here's a present for you." he said as he pulled out the gift from his bag.

"Ohh what's that?" Melissa shouted as she stood from sofa and tried to walk towards us while doing her snooping but she stopped where she was standing as I glared at her.

"That's for her to know." he said as he planted kiss on my forehead.

"Ahem." he cleared his throat. By the sound of it I could say it was Ron.

"Can't you all just settle yourselves on sofa instead of stalking us?" I yelled as Melissa and Ron walked towards door. I invited them and as usual Trevor was living in his parent's house, that is, besides my parent's house, since past few days.

"No we can't." Louis with tray in one hand, came walking towards me and Trevor just to stalk us just like how his girlfriend Melissa and Ron did.

"Cookies?" Louis asked to Trevor.

"Melissa's mom and I made it." Louis said as Trevor took one cookie in his hand.

"Yea I actually met aunt." Trevor said.

"Your mom called me. As always, your little sister was missing me and she wanted to meet me." Trevor smirked as Melissa looked at him.

"She is in love with you." Melissa said in a teasing tone.

"But he is in love with me. " I hugged him as Melissa started laughing.

"Shut up guys. This is gross. She is ten years younger than us." Louis said as we all laughed.

"It's dinner time. Come on everyone." my mom shouted from kitchen as we all walked towards dining area. My parents sat on one side of the dining table and Ron sat besides them. I and trevor sat opposite to Ron with Louis and Melissa besides us.

**

Melissa's mom came to meet my mom after dinner and they were chit chatting, my dad was talking with his friends in his room and five of us sat on sofa watching movies.

"I need a refill." Ron shouted as his bottle of coca cola got over.

"You should stop drinking carbonated sodas if you don't want cavities and rotten teeth in near future." I said to him as I walked towards kitchen to give him another bottle.

"You wouldn't mind some alone time, would you?" he said as he tapped on my shoulder while I opened refrigerator to take out coca cola bottle, by the voice of it I could assure it was Trevor.

"No, why would I?" I said as I faced
him.

"Wanna go there?" he smirked.

"Aah yes." I said as we tiptoed out of the kitchen, infront from everyone, and walked over the staircase leading to second floor. He opened the door leading to balcony.

"Remember how we used to come here often when we were kids?" I asked.

"And Melissa once threw chair on your father's car causing dent on top of that car? Yes I remember it very well." he said as he sat on chair.

"But it wasn't her mistake, the car should be parked in the space assigned for it and not openly." he said after a short pause and laughed.

"Hey, so do you mean it was my parent's mistake?" I pouted.

"I never said so but now if you are framing it like this, I think so yes." he laughed as I threw cushion at him.

"Why do I still love you knowing you are a pain in the ass?" I laughed.

"I guess because we both are pain in the ass for each other." he said as he held my hand and I sat besides him.

"Are you feeling cold?" he said as he looked at me rubbing my hands.

"Duh. It's winter season." I shrugged.

"Here, take my jacket." he said as he offered me his jacket.

"Thank you." I said to him as I wore his jacket and we stood on the balcony looking at old people and little kids talking with their loved ones and cars passing by.

"Remember how once we used to stand on this same street like this and wished for a lover when we used to see couples standing in their balcony." I said as I looked at him.

"And then how we used to go stargazing in holidays and used to give names to stars." he said as he held my hand.

"Never knew our stars were entangled and we would meet again like this."

"Our entangled stars." he said.

"Well I guess it sounds better this way." I laughed as I laid my face on his shoulder as we watched little and old together as snowfall started.
